If you can stomach that call and end up entrusting them to repair your equipment, cross your fingers it'll work. Charged me $420 to get my blower to start and then it failed upon the first use! Asked for a refund and was met with some more of that arrogance, because there is NO way they could be wrong. I'm ashamed to admit that I hired them, don't make the same mistake we did.
