    WE'VE GOT THAT Since I never come into this store I was looking around aloof, and a store clerk noticed and asked if I need help, to which she told me where exactly I can find the item I came for. I was in search of the not-so-common these days business card holder sleeves and THEY HAD THAT. Even though it was not busy in there, they had a lots of employees available to assist. It appears they have back-to-school sales there with all kinds of supplies stocked for students. Which might be a better alternative if you don't like the crowds at places like Target and Walmart. I would say this is a place of convenience for office supplies that also carries some specific items that you may not find at other big box stores. The check-out option is only with a cashier and when the line started backing up, another clerk came over to help the queue.

    I recently visited Staples for my digital passport picture so I'm able to complete my renewal process. The experience was efficient. The staff took my picture, which met the necessary criteria, and picture of me wasn't that good but oh well. Pro Tip Start early before expiration date as you get quoted 4 week timeframe and Opt for digital image only to save cost and you don't need the printed image.

    NICK VASQUEZ is a great general manager! I went into staples in a somewhat bad mood (needing to print out paperwork for court.) but when I was working with Nick he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He was very attentive and respectful to everyone even though it was a busy holiday season. He actually made me feel a lot better. I hope he gets promoted but then everyone would miss out on his exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this location for all your office needs!!

    I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. My fiancé and I were planning a last-minute wedding and urgently needed to send out invitations. I selected and paid extra for same-day pickup to ensure they were ready in time. However, when I arrived to pick them up, I was taken aback by the poor quality--especially the graininess of the prints. We spent $500 on professional engagement photos specifically for these invitations, and the result was far below our expectations. While I selected the matte finish, I didn't expect it to compromise the image clarity to this extent. I didn't say anything at the time because I was in a time crunch and didn't want to cause a delay, but I left very disappointed. To make matters worse, I also ordered business cards that were not ready at the time but apart of the same order. I had already paid the full amount--$64--using a gift card and cash. The price of the invites as well as the business cards. The next day, when my fiancé went to pick them up, he was charged another $64 for the same order. When I called the store immediately, the staff member I spoke with--named Ziva--was dismissive and rude. She insisted it was impossible to have been charged twice and implied I hadn't paid, despite me having two receipts for the same transaction. Her tone was condescending, and the whole conversation felt like I was being blamed for their error. I was told I'd have to wait three days for the manager to be available, and nothing could be done in the meantime. Eventually, we did receive a refund, but there was no effort to make up for the inconvenience or the poor service we experienced--not to mention the print quality issue that still remains unresolved. This was my first time using Staples for printing services, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve both customer service and the quality assurance of printed materials--especially for meaningful, time-sensitive projects like wedding invitations.

    Customer service really needs attention!! I went there to buy a laptop and tye lady at tge printing area (which appeared to be tge Manager) didn't acknowledge that I was standing there to ask for assistance. Then, I asked her if she had anyone tgat could assist me with some questions. She immediately replied, her associate was on break, and I asked her if she had anyone else. She responded, "they need their breaks." By no means that was my main argument. Then, she shifted the conversation by saying that she couldn't move from there because if another customer was to arrive and not find her at the printing area, they were not going to have customer service. Really? I am wondering what kind of service was I requesting? Maybe she thought my assistance was not considered customer service? Terrible! To say the least!. She is by no means a great example of what customer services should exemplifies. All I wanted was to buy a laptop and ask a few questions.
