    Bad customer service. The assistant manager is rude. Love the print department but won't go back because of the poor customer service.

    I was thrilled to find a local business that might be able to revive my "dead" iPad. When I walked into iParts & Phone Repair, I was immediately greeted by who I assume was the owner. After I explained that my iPad wouldn't charge--even after trying multiple cables and outlets--he got right to work troubleshooting the issue. Less than five minutes later, he had found the problem: my charging cable was the culprit. He plugged in a brand-new cable, and just like that, my iPad sprang back to life and started charging perfectly. I'll admit I was a little embarrassed that the fix was so simple, but that feeling disappeared quickly when I realized all I needed was a new charging cable instead of an expensive repair or replacement. I happily purchased one on the spot. The owner (I wish I had gotten his name) was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. His honesty and expertise saved me a lot of money and frustration. I highly recommend iParts & Phone Repair. If you're having issues with your phone, tablet, or other device, this is the place to go. She put on the new screen on my iPhone and it wouldn't turn on anymore and she had no answers for what was happening. She just gave me a smile and said it's an old phone and she is not used to working on them. What kind of nonsense answer is that???! So now I have to buy a new phone because she doesn't know what she is doing. Never again. To make matters worse she made me feel as though it was my fault because I brought in my iPhone SE and it was an old model and that's why it didn't work. Does that sound like sound customer service? It's my fault I have a phone that she can't work on? Ridiculous. She is not the person to go to for iPhone screen repairs. False advertising. You have been warned!
