I have no idea why I give these clowns thousands of dollars of my business every year. But it might have to do with the 50 something blond lady who works at the cash register who really seems to care. The rest of the staff is very mediocre, but the shelves are stacked with what I came for to the extent that I have never left not having gotten what I came for. Can't say thank you enough for the awesome service we received in the copy center. My fiancé and I were those annoying people who rushed in a half hour before close, because our save the date cards wouldn't print at home. Vic went above and beyond to help us, even though it had clearly already been a really long day. She was unbelievably patient and definitely deserves a raise! read more

This place is a dump. Customer service is nonexistent. Wait. It's worse that that. They actually would have wasted less of my time had they not even bothered to pretend that they were going to help me (before disappearing). The employees are useless like being useless is their job. These 5 stars go directly to Bikram in the print department. This guy was absolutely amazing with my print project, and a super nice guy to boot. I mentioned my great experience to a friend, and lo and behold, my friend actually remembered working with Bikram a few months ago on something and was similarly impressed. (Bikram helped problem solve an issue with my friend's print project and did an outstanding job.) This guy is knowledgeable, conscientious, and has such a high standard for his work that he actually has a reputation with his customers--that's saying something! Well, I've had many a staple, a post-it note, a file folder and some nice pens from this place. But recently I decided to try the computer or "easy tech" service for my non-functioning laptop. I heard they had a $9.99 tune-up special, but I knew my problems went beyond ten bucks. so I thought I would give them a try. They have this minimum $69.99 service. You leave the computer. While they did complete some tasks within the promised time frame, or actually one day later, it was like my taking a torn and tattered suit to the cleaners and getting it back with stuff taped together or stapled (!) as I have been known to do to solve what others might remedy with sewing. I do not know how they could have given this computer back to me without making some recommendations or suggestions for having it work like the 3-year-old laptop it is. It is slow. It is inconsistent. It still shows strange error messages. But bringing it back there would be like that expression about doing the same thing over and over again being the definition of insanity. So what do I want for $69.99, you ask? You may be right. read more

So as I said in my review of another Staples, there isn't a huge difference between different locations, except for the staff. For my job, I have to have a lot of stuff laminated. The first time I had things laminated, the man who worked in this copy and print center, was a jerk. I know what will and will not fit into their small laminator. I separated my order into piles based on which laminating machine it would work with. Well, this guy didn't believe me, he wasted my time by trying to make things fit. I told him I wanted to drop off my order and asked how long it would be. His response " I don't know, I have 6 orders before you. If you show up and it's not done, I'll drop what I'm doing to do your order and that will be 30 minutes." Um no. I want a time limit. Tell me 2 hours, 4 hours, tomorrow at 8 am. I've never had someone not give me a range. I don't have time/or feel like standing around Staples waiting for my order for 30 minutes, after I've left my order 3 hours before. When I came back 3 hours later, he had finished my order. He was still a jerk and super grumpy. I'll come back because I have to and it's close to where I work and live, but I was definitely annoyed. read more

Employees are friendly, service is very good. I am customer of this store from the very beginning. All my computers (laptops and desktops are bought in this store. Today I needed a little help for my laptop and everything was done in 10-15 minutes. Thanks Carlos. I stopped in to the stables to buy batteries so naturally I headed straight for the tablets. This is where I noticed that they had Kindle Fires on sale for $80 (with 32 gigabyte Micro SD card and some other bells and whistles included). So I grabbed one of the empty boxes and made my way to the register and now when I put the empty box on the counter to have the lady go and retrieve what is supposed to be inside. She looks at the box like she's confused. Grumbling something about a tablet she walks off only to shout at me that they don't got no more. To where is my reply was 'you have that big display and huge advertisement and no stock of the product?'. I am correct. They could order it for me if I would pay them up front and didn't mind waiting a week. So needless to say I did not enjoy my experience at this staples, and I will probably never go back. Besides their battery prices were through the roof and Walgreens had them buy one get one free, so suck on that Staples! read more

Kudos to Staples' copy woman. I was in the store on 3/29 with a 2-page project that I needed to print on tissue paper which I'd taped to a piece of card stock. I tried printing it in my laser printer, and it worked, but I needed it in color for an art project. Kinkos on Western avenue refused to try to print it, but Staples was capable and successful in delivering exactly what I needed. Forget kinkos, Go to Staples. They are very helpful--and no attitude. read more

i went buy chair online on octorber 26 and its not in stock to local store on October 27,2016 then ADA ordered for me and i got email within couple hours they cannot full fill my order, its okay it happen i understand i went back and ask for credit they said they will issue by staples people not us since we charge for them even money goes to their local store bank account they give me run around for nothing they said you have to wait 24 to 72 hours to see credit back and i dont want kind of time they are talking about its Nov 2, 2016 i have see my credit which I bought on October 26 neither October 27, I dont know what kind of business they do to be honest ????????????????????? read more

Stay away from Easy Tech if you know what's good for you. I took my pc in for servicing at Staples Easy Tech and had nothing but trouble. I had a virus that was using my pc as a spam email server and I wanted them to fix it. I left the machine on a Tuesday and they told me it would take 2 - 3 days to get back to me. I know that they connected to the internet on Tuesday because my Blackberry filled up with bounced spam emails from my address. They didn't call me, however, so I finally tried them on Saturday. The technician told me that he was busy and asked to call me back. He never did so I called again on Sunday. The tech said that he tried to call me the day before but I have no record of it on my cell phone so he must have had the wrong number. Anyway, he told me that they had found a virus and it would be $70 to remove it. The next day, Monday, my wife received a call on our home phone (I had told them to call my cell) saying that they needed my password to get on the pc. I had already given them the password so I called back and told them to cancel the work and that I would be in to pick up my machine. When I got there, they had the pc hooked up to a remote tech who was running diagnostics. They told me that I had authorized the work on Sunday so they were going to/had to complete it. This despite the fact that the box had a note attached to it that said "do no more work on this pc". I said fine and they told me to come back at 6 pm and the pc would be ready. I came back at 6:30 and, surprise, the pc wasn't ready. The manager apologized and told me that I could pick it up on Tuesday and there would be no charge. I got a call at 8 am on Tuesday to come pick it up and when I got there the clerk wanted to charge me. I told him no and then waited as made two phone calls to confirm that there should be no charge. Finally, I got the pc home, hooked it up, updated my virus software and, lo and behold, the machine still had bugs! read more
