I had to return my ink because it wasn't printing right. I had called beforehand if I can return it since I had already opened the package and the lady said it was fine. When I got to Staples, the guy was basically accusing me of putting in old ink cartridges instead of the new ones when I clearly bought and returned it the SAME DAY. He wanted me to go home and check but I was a 100% sure they were the new cartridges cuz I had already recycled the old ones. Ridiculous since he was the one who rang me up to buy the ink and recycled my old ink cartridges that day and later was questioning my return. read more

Be careful when using their printer as this is defaulted to color prints which I did not need. Even when I had clearly chosen black and white prints, still it printed in color. I spent $35 for color prints I did not need! read more

I'm in love with the Copy & Print Center at this location!! I am a freelance artist and have to come here frequently for printing and packaging supplies. Every time I've come here the staff has been nothing but super friendly, helpful, and overall amazing. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I always leave feeling so happy haha I don't know how to explain it but this crew is the best and I wish SO badly I could remember their names (I think it's Pauline and Brittney??). Sometimes they have multiple customers so you have to wait a little longer but it's well worth it. I've been to multiple print and copy places throughout my career and this is by far my favorite. Came to pick up a webcam 10 minutes before they closed. I ordered the item 30 minutes before I got there, so I wasn't expecting them to have it ready. Nonetheless, I needed it asap. I spoke to Rodney and told him that my item was not ready for pick up, but I really needed it today since I had an interview tomorrow morning. Sure enough, he told me he can process it for pick up right there. He found the webcam I had ordered and processed it all. Thanks Rodney for being so helpful. This location seems to be understaffed. There's never enough people in the printing department. And it would be nice to be able to fax from the copy machines. The have one fax machine that is normally tied up. I also would like it if they sold envelopes by the piece. I just needed one and wound up having to buy a whole pack which I didn't need. Some of the "clearance" items are not that cheap. I bought a pack of gel pens and they were all dried out. read more

Worst customer service ever! I'm 6 months pregnant and ordered a fax machine/printer for my office. My husband went to pick it up for me since I can't carry more than 10lbs. The manager would not let him pick it up since it had to be me to sign for the pick up. He had a receipt also. Ok, understandable. So I went a day later to pick up the fax/printer and this lady manager Aurora cannot find my order in the store and did not even ask for a receipt. She just asked for an order number. We waited forever until she found it. On top of that the manager promised my husband someone would carry the printer to the car. Didnt happen. Some old man saw my cute cousin carrying it and helped us. Shame on u Staples! read more

The worst store. I've been a regular costumer over the last three years and it's always a miserable experience shopping here. With the exception of a few employees the customer service is awful. This location was out of everything we asked for. The employees seemed confused about every simple question we asked. When we finally decided to settle for picking up some ink and batteries we ended up waiting in a line for over 20 mins! One cashier rang up one customer for over 20 mins while the line kept growing. This Staples used to by very well managed by a gentleman named Eloy. Since he has retired the service has gone to absolute crap. Employees have the place in dis-array and seemed to not be able to do anything. Copy center particularly was in shambles. Customer service in copy center is at an all time low. The customer service here is unsatisfactory. The lack of courtesy left me so mad that I went to another office store to buy the same supplies and returned the items I bought here. On the first transaction, Cedric tried to correct me on my error. I actually corrected him. After that, he wouldn't look straight in the eye. Goodbye. On the second visit, the manager working at 2 in the afternoon 19 Aug glared at me and had the poor cashier to do the transaction even though he had the override code for the register. Every time I'm here there's a long line with only two working checkout stations. Through my experience, if a place of business is constantly short on employees and there's a high turnover rate, the weak link is the supervisor/manager. Sadly, it's the high traffic location that keeps them afloat. Well, I'm voting with my wallet and taking my dollars/business elsewhere like the Office Depot on Firestone in Norwalk or in Cypress. Brandon, their tech support, was AWESOME! My lap top was power cycling (a phrase he taught me) and would not turn on it would just flash like it was going to turn on then i heard a click and it turns off. I first tried to go to Geek Squad at Best Buy (they were SO RUDE and didn't explain a thing just said to buy a new lap top) but Brandon was so kind (a laptop and especially the files/pictures/music on there are sooo important to me!) and really did a thorough job figuring out what was wrong and most importantly making sure I understood what was wrong, he really was amazing! read more

Her reason was the store was about to close in 20 mins. She said she wouldn't have enough time to print 16 pages of documents even though im providing the paper. Probably my worst experience at Staples ever. I ordered a couple of things from the copy center online that was confirmed to be done at 2. I go in at 4:30 and am told there was a problem with the machine and the employee doing my order will be back from her break in 5 min. That's fine. I'm patient. 15 min later I check to see what's going on and the assist manager comes to help. The guy that was helping me at first somehow mixed my order with someone else's so there's nothing wrong with mine. Except that I've had to wait for nothing and have to wait for my order to be put through because they haven't made the posters. They also couldn't find the colored copies I ordered even after putting in my confirmation number. Waste of time! I didn't get anything I went in for. I can't believe this one stayed open and the one at LB Towncenter closed. read more

This location is good. Its easily accessible and there is plenty of parking Anything that I need for school or my business can be found here without much effort. If waiting in line isn't your thing, just order online and pick it up in store. The staff is mostly young people that are friendly and helpful. They will always greet you when passing by. I don't understand why there are many poor reviews about the print center. I just went there today to get my art project laminated. At the time I went, about 2 pm, there were three people working at the print center. For some reason, these two women were just talking while watching this girl help the customer in front of me. When more people came to wait in line (including myself), the two older women left the younger girl to work by herself. It seemed a little bit unprofessional. Anyway, that girl did a decent job for working alone. She was really quick, and also polite. I dunno what her name was because she didn't wear a name tag, but she has light skin and brown hair with bangs. I was expecting the lamination to be about $10 because a lot of people complain that lamination at Staples is expensive, but I only paid $2.18! I definitely left the store satisfied. (: read more

Perhaps five stars is overrating but I was very satisfied yesterday when I called and complained that a Canon printer cartridge seemed defective. I did have my receipt, and I was given an exchange by one of the supervisors. I was in and out in a flash. "Oh, that's easy" was my thought as I walked out satisfied. If you buy something here and try to return it, EVEN WITH THE RECEIPT, don't bother, you will only get store credit. Needed 100 colored, double-sided copies printed for Christmas letter. Placed order online and it was ready as promised. I was too trusting and accepted the order without thorough inspection. Problem came to light when I started to place them in envelops for sending- 15 pages were blank and another 10 pages were missing either page 1 or page 2. I was too busy to go back and make a fuss. Very poor internet connection at their Computer station. PC froze and was charged $4.50 extra. Just needed to print out a couple tickets and as it finally got to the print page it froze and couldn't print. Due to this inconvenience, I got an email from my ticket provider with a confirmation number that tickets were printed but never were and now have to wait for ticket provider to investigate and reinstate tickets to allow to be printed. Got my $4.50 back but only after manager also investigated his end. So if you want to feel like a criminal or a suspect, come to Staples. FYI, I don't own a printer because printer ink is very expensive and would rarely get used read more
