Came here with my mom, sister and boyfriend since my family was visiting from LA! We saw this pho place on TikTok and decided to check it out. It looked out of the way and unassuming but the service was amazing. Very attentive and always coming around to see if everything was going well. The playlist was great as my millennial self grooved to N'Sync and Brittany Spears lol. I got a vermicelli bowl with grilled beef and spring rolls. It was nice and refreshing paired with the raspberry tea I got. When we arrived there weren't many people there but as we were wrapping up our meal, all the tables were occupied. The good: banana tapioca pudding was rightly sweet and the peanut topping completed the dessert. iced coffee was strong. the bad: the meat quality is just not it. the beef in the beef salad was dry, flavorless, and discolored.. it's like they took the beef that couldn't be used on pho anymore and cooked it. the amount of meat on the large pho is so disproportionate and definitely not worth $20/bowl. the broth was light and lacking umami that pho deserves. like it didn't cook for more than 4 hours. honestly not sure where the 4.3/5 stars come from especially with much better options down the street. would not come here again. read more

While visiting from the mainland, my sister took my husband and me to Stadium Pho for lunch. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. My sister ordered the lemongrass beef. After only two bites, she realized the beef was very tough and completely lacking flavor. She politely told the waitress, who acknowledged the issue and said the dish would be taken off the bill. However, when my husband paid and we later reviewed the receipt, we discovered we had still been charged for the dish. When we brought this to the staff's attention, their response was shocking -- instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, several staff members laughed in our faces. There was no apology, no effort to fix the bill, and no offer to remake the dish or provide an alternative. Everyone understands that mistakes can happen in restaurants. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was very disappointing. Ambiance not inviting. When we stopped in after getting our nails done next-door, we noticed how busy it was during lunch and thought that was a great sign. Even though they were very busy, staff took time to greet me politely and take my order as soon as I was ready. I thought all of the dishes we got were excellent. I got two kinds of Bahn mi sandwiches one with bbq chicken and one more traditional. I also got some chicken wings for my son which I happily stole a couple because they were so good. If you're looking for a great local spot to eat while getting your nails done next-door or skating at the ice Palace I highly recommend giving this joint a shot. Wow this place was packed when i stopped by after work to get some take out, every table was taken around 5:30 pm on a Monday evening. It's been a while since i came here but got my usual take out steak pho. It was delicious! They pack the hoisen sauce, a garlic chili oil sauce and another hot sauce with basil, bean sprouts, lemon, jalapeño and all nicely packed with the pho soup separate. This place has all of my husband's favorites. The Pho is in point with their delicious beef broth and they also don't skimp on the meat. Incredible pho spot right next to aloha stadium! Parking can be kind of a pain in there and spots are a little small but if you have the time and patience to wait, it's well worth it. Dropped off my husband's car for safety check, we decided have lunch here. I love Pho and always look for good pho place and we've never been here yet. We came in just after 1:00p.m. and inside restaurant was pretty busy. We ordered Fried Spring Rolls and Pho (I chose combination pho steak on side small size and my husband's choice was Rare Steak & Beef Meatballs small size). Shortly, Fried Spring Rolls came. For the number of the spring rolls, and little tired sliced cucumber but fresh fried and good flavor. During eating Fried Spring Rolls, our Pho came. Tried Stadium Pho in Salt Lake and overall, it was just okay. The pho was decent... classic pho. Nothing particularly special or memorable about the broth or flavors. The biggest letdown was the spring rolls. They tasted like they had been reheated, and had a rubbery texture. Definitely wouldn't order those again. This is a spot I've been to before and one my family really likes whenever we're craving pho. It's always been solid in the past, and even my girlfriend's family knows about it and enjoys it, so we decided to come here for dinner. I ordered the BBQ pork vermicelli, and while I was eating it, everything tasted good. No complaints at all in terms of flavor. Unfortunately, the downside is that it ended up giving me food poisoning. That was a huge letdown for a place that's usually been reliable. Love to come here on a rainy day for their oxtail soup. This time around though I decided to get a papaya salad with no peanuts due to allergies. We were greeted upon entrance, then seated promptly. The waitress gave our waters and gave us time to look over the menu. Once we ordered our food, we only had to wait like 5-10mins. The papaya salad was really delicious and had so much flavor. We haven't ordered takeouts for awhile Stadium pho many clientele order takeouts. Today I ordered two items since my husband just return from his trip. While going out I forgot to ask for hot sauce so I guess asked the wrong server who was cleaning up...at the rear of the restaurant. She started to yell to whomever in the kitchen! Visited Stadium Pho from a Google rec after going to the Flea market down the street. I love Vietnamese food so the reviews were an easy sell. I ordered the Vietnamese Banh Mi.
