Got lunch here and it was very good! I ordered the Super Roll, which combines a spring roll and summer roll in one. Such a genius idea and I haven't seen it done anywhere else. I also tried the pork plate, which was decent but the Super Roll definitely stole the show. I'd 100% come back just for that!

What a great place to be. It's right in the food court by the theaters. The staff is always friendly and attentive. At times, this place can get a very busy with so many things going on. It's a nice comfortable environment. We ordered couple of the Combo Pho and a Summer Roll. Their broth is always consistent and very flavorful. Although the bowl might look small but the content inside is a lot. We also added tendons for a little extra cost. We always leave there full or sometimes take home leftovers. Lemon Grass Chicken is another favorite dish that I order once in awhile. It's really good.

First time trying Diem Cafe and I like the many vegetarian options. I tried the Monk dish and it came with noodles, salad and the fried tofu topping which was the best part. The sauces came in little containers which were perfect for me because I like to control the amount of salt. The place is located in the food court on the theater side of the mall

I used to always eat here for lunch when they were located in Mapunapuna in 99 Ranch. They have some of my favorite spring rolls. I tried the Super Roll today and while it was good, it was not really my favorite. This is probably some of the best Vietnamese food you will find a food court. Their pho is also pretty good.

Diem 99 Cafe was a satisfying first experience. Their menu presents quite a wide variety of choices. It wasn't a quick decision at all. I showed the gal at the counter several photos on my phone from Yelp and asked what those dishes were. I asked if the lemongrass chicken was spicy. She described the ingredients then, to my surprise, she asked if I wanted to try. I took up her offer and she came back with two sample pieces of the chicken sitting in the lemongrass sauce. Flavor was nice but it was a little too hot for me. I wasn't used to having lemongrass chicken in a watery liquid either. I'm sure, once it all goes on the rice the meal would appear more appealing. They give you a round device that will buzz to notify you when your order is ready. The sound is quite loud, no chance of falling asleep while you wait for your food. (Lol) I ended up ordering the regular BBQ pork plate with Jasmine rice. Came with two containers of sauces. One had a very mild fish sauce taste I used for the pork. The other sauce had a slight Asian-dressing flavor for the salad. The taste of the salad wasn't strong, so I poured some of that sauce on. Besides the obvious pickled carrots and turnip, there was a nice size cucumber buried between the greens. Their salad was a delight to eat! The last Vietnamese takeout I bought somewhere else only gave lettuce. The pork had a good flavor. Texture was a little on the dry side. All in all, I enjoyed my meal and am glad I stopped by. What stands out was the exceptional customer service. Thank you (didn't get her name) for the patience, generosity and kindness today. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. If they had another location closer to where I live, I'd definitely be a regular customer.

8/12/25 Stopped here to pick up some lunch and dinner. First time here & had seen them featured on a morning talk show awhile back so wanted to give them a try. This location is located in Nehu Market food court in Pearlridge by the theater. It was just after 1PM with no line at the counter. I was greeted by a warm and friendly girl who promptly took my order and after I paid, handed me a buzzer with a number on it. I thought this was convenient since you don't have to hang out at the counter and even if you were seated, you wouldn't have to listen to them calling out your number. It took just over 5 minutes before the buzzer wet off. Their menu is extensive with pho, banh mi sandwiches, combo plates, and rice or noodles dishes. I ordered the pork patty sandwich and a Diem Mix plate1 which included BBQ chicken and pork, 1 spring roll, rice (or noodle), and mac salad. The pork patty sandwich was ok. The pork patty itself was delicious and very tasty. It was chopped into bite-sized pieces. The baguette was a little thicker than I anticipated and a lot more thicker than what's shown in the picture on the menu. There was also the usual pickled daikon, carrots, and 2 thinly sliced spears of cucumber. That was ok but I think there was too much veggies and not enough meat with too thick of a baguette. The mixed plate was ok and not anything like a local plate lunch with BBQ chicken and pork. Portion amount was good for a combo plate and the protein had a nice marinated flavor but both were dry to the taste, especially the pork. The spring roll was over cooked and the mac salad had too much mayo. I was looking forward to some yummy food considering the $20 cost of the plate, but was let down & did not fully meet my expectations. If I were to come here again, I would get the pho or salad. Overall, great customer service, food ok.

Located in Pearlridge Theatre Food Court. Absolutely LOVE the Food & Excellent service!!! Favorites are BBQ chicken Banh Mi, Pho, Oxtail, Summer Rolls, Lemongrass Chicken Plate & Lemongrass Chicken Curry. YUM!! MAHALO!! :)

It's one of the best Lemongrass Bhan Mi I have ever had!

All I have to say.... The best Lemongrass chicken Bhan Mi I have ever had! A little bit pricey all around, but good food for the price, so it's cool! Fast service, lots of seating in the mall food court. Totally recommend. It actually currently one of the better food court options, in my opinion.

Got an early dinner plate lunch here and it was just as good as their old location. Looking forward to coming here again in the future! In a mall food court, it's nice to know they have some somewhat more healthy alternatives like Diem cafe!

Snack in Aiea, O'ahu, Hawaii... In-between meals, I thought that I would be able to find something to eat at Pearlridge Center. I like to park at Longs in the covered area and catch the escalator upstairs to the "downtown" part of the mall. Catching another escalator up to the food court (Nehu Market), where the Consolidated Theater is (above Hallmark), I saw Diem 99 Cafe. That's a familiar name... they used to be at 99 Ranch in Mapunapuna! I ordered Summer Rolls from the nice young man at the counter. He gave me a buzzer that would ring when my food would be ready for pick up. I asked about the photo of the Super Rolls. He said they're a set of 16 pieces. I'll have to return and get a platter of the Super Rolls for the next potluck! Those sound and look delicious! The Rolls seem to be a combination of Summer and Spring Rolls. The summer roll is wrapped around a spring roll... Anyway, the Summer Rolls that I ordered were refreshing and just right! Both ends were "open"... not folded over... so I had to be careful to not let the contents (noodles, fresh veggies, and shrimp) squeeze out! The sauce was thick and yummy! I should return for a Bahn mi... and the platter of Super Rolls... Note: There are lots of shared tables (with charging ports) and chairs for dining-in at this food court. The restroom was nearby and clean! The air-conditioning was wonderful!

Short Rib combo meal with (2) spring roll and medium drink.

Don't sleep on this place!! I don't normally come to Pearlridge anymore but I'll definitely come back and try more of the menu! The cashier was very friendly and pretty smile. She recommended the combo over ala cart, which was a winner in my book! Very good 10/10 highly recommend

Love there food its fresh and i just love how it is at the food court and close to theatre so i get to go watch movie and eat.I always order here.

The pork rice bowl had way too much rice compared to the pork, and I think I only had half of the rice to eat with the pork on top. All the foods we ordered wasn't very flavorful either and they charged 3% for credit cards. His favorite food was rice noodles, and his wife would bring to him daily, but it would get cold. To keep it hot, she brought chicken soup in a fire-heated ceramic pot that she kept piping hot while added more noodles and other ingredients. Her ingenious way of keeping the food hot became known as "crossing the bridge noodle." Opened in Uptown Pearlridge near Ross Dressed for Less in Aug 2023, Ten Seconds to Yunnan Rice Noodle is known for its customizable Yunnan-style rice noodle soups stewed within a hot broth and 10 side dishes of meats, veggies, and toppings for a signature hot pot experience based on this legend. There are various choices of broths, e.g., pork bone, spicy sour, tomato and are served with fatty beef, pork belly, veggies, etc. They also offer: * Additional soup broths in the cauldron with rice noodles, e.g., hot sour, tomato, and Szechuan mala spicy. There are also ready-to-eat noodles soup served separately with chicken thighs, fish fillets, seafood, laksa, tofu, won tons, beef tripe, etc. * Hong Kong style dim sum, e.g., shrimp pork hash, shrimp dumplings/rolls, spareribs, chicken feet, turnip cake, sticky rice, spring roll, tripe, fish cake, xiao long bao. * Appetizers: beef tongue/shank, pig ear, chicken wings, calamari, fried buns/tofu. * Desserts: and their signature Japanese souffle pancake from their sister Cloud 9 Café HI, bubble waffle. * Drinks: milk teas, fruit teas, iced coffee. The restaurant is a China-based franchised chain with 750 locations in the US and 70+ locations in No. America. This restaurant is the 1st and only location in HI at Pearlridge. This restaurant initially caught my interest when it first opened; however, as it is not close to my home, I eventually forgot about it until just recently when I was in the area. So hubby and I had a quick lunch there. We had just wanted to try their most popular menu offering, the original pork bone soup rice with rice noodles and fatty beef. We were told that one order is sharable between two people. Perfect! Our server brings out a black cauldron of the piping hot pork bone soup. She then brings out a tray of 10 little round porcelain dishes of chives, pickled cabbage, quail egg, goji berries, wood ear fungus, white fungus, meat paste, ham, tofu puff, and corn. Slightly larger ceramic servers included cooked fatty beef, fresh lettuce, and cooked rice noodles made with 100% rice flour. We were instructed to add the beef and lettuce to the broth, then add the 10 ingredients s and stir well, and finally add the rice noodles and wait 10 seconds until ready to eat. We enjoyed it, and wondered whether this was a trendy novelty concept, in addition to being an authentic appreciation of Yunnan foods. We used the house chili oil, which gave the soup a good kick in heat! Our server, Janelle, was very friendly and patient, knowing that this was a first time for us. She explained the process, which made it easy to understand. We explained that since this was our first time, we wanted to try the signature soup and then trying others the next time we visit. Hours of operation are daily from 11a to 8p. The restaurant interior is clean, bright, and spacious. Ambiance is casual and welcoming with interior décor of Chinese lanterns. Free parking is available in the Pearlridge Shopping Center that is shared with other businesses of the shopping complex. There are daily discounts: Monday - military 10%; Tuesday - senior 10%; Wed, Thurs, Fri - early bird discount. There is a 3% credit card fee. What interesting concepts in the authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and unique "crossing the bridge noodles!" We look forward in returning to try different menu offerings of various soup broths, appetizers, dim sum, and desserts! A great introduction to Chinese hotpots!

The portion was generous, fried fresh, and paired really well with a spicy mayo dipping sauce. We also ordered the tofu salad, which was surprisingly large and super flavorful, with a sesame peanut dressing that I really enjoyed. Service was extremely quick, likely because the restaurant was pretty empty (which worked in our favor, especially during spring break). It did feel a bit rushed at times, but honestly, I didn't mind since I tend to prefer a quick in-and-out dining experience. Parking was also very convenient, with plenty of spaces available around the mall on multiple levels. Even though this location doesn't carry all of our favorites from Mililani, we'd still definitely come back. Solid food, fast service, and a great option when you're craving something warm and satisfying.

Wagyu local moco all Rice, no mac Minute chicken cake noodle Garlic fish, mini size one scoop rice, one scoop macsalad Everything tasty I wish I had ordered only rice; forgot that I'm not a fan of their Mac salad... I think the cake noodle was prepared the best that I've had because it was not oily but crispy on the outside tender noodle on the inside made fresh and the texture was better than others. I tried it dry before pouring over the gravy because we ordered it to go and they packed it nicely with the cake noodle and chicken separate container from the gravy. I wish I had a picture of the cake noodle. It was very nice.

Super disappointed with the crazy service tonight…read more I placed an order outside using the kiosk for just a chicken katsu special at 5:52 PM since it was crowded inside and ended up waiting 45 minutes for that one plate. It wasn't just the waiting, it was the service and lack of communication that pushed it over. After placing my order, I entered the restaurant and waited on the side since there wasn't a place to sit and wait. The worker who was stationed at the front soon came back and asked "How can I help you?" and I mentioned that I ordered on the kiosk outside and she walked away without saying anything. Around 10 minutes in I noticed the worker mentioning to every person in line only after they tried to order that the wait would be 30 minutes for anything on the grill since they had a big order. The questions that came to mind every time a person attempted to order was "why wouldn't she tell them that they would have to wait 30 minutes from the beginning before they even tried to order so they could reevaluate if their orders needed the grill?" And "what items are not on the grill?" Every person in line would get frustrated as she wouldn't even show what items didn't need the grill.. They would say "Okay I want to order this instead" and she would keep saying "that's on the grill so you have to wait 30 minutes." Like they were supposed to know.. Who wouldn't get frustrated? Time went on and I found myself still waiting at 6:30 PM. When i heard her mentioning the chicken katsu wouldn't take long since it's not on the grill. No update, just me sitting on those high chairs obviously waiting for my order. It's worse because you don't get a buzzer for using the kiosk. I decided to ask about my order but still had to wait in line to talk to that same worker. When it was eventually my turn, I said "I wanted to check on my order" and showed her a picture of the kiosk with the order number because the kiosk didn't print a receipt for me and rudely responded with "Your order's already ready" and just handed it to me.. Excuse me? No one even bothered to tell me it was ready and she spoke to me like I was supposed to know it was ready. How long was it ready that I was wasting my time waiting there? Also, please fix the option on the kiosk when you select the chicken katsu; it should have the option or be defaulted with "White rice & mac salad" like your app. The kiosk is misleading and doesn't say you don't need to select "all rice" or the other up-charge options. So when she gave it to me and she said all rice I explained to her that I thought it was making me choose an option and she got defensive and said "No it doesn't." She eventually took it to the back to put mac salad then returned and rudely told me "Next time just don't select an option." Wow. It was not my fault that no one called me to tell me my order was ready. It was not my fault there was a flood of orders during dinner time. I like Oh My Grill but please do better with the customer service, especially with the person who's in charge at the front. I understand that it gets overwhelming when it's busy but the communication and customer service was just the worst. No one deserves to be treated like that especially when we come often. This was such a horrible experience.. Maybe won't come back for a while.

The concept is simple but satisfying -- you choose your noodle, broth, proteins, spice level, and toppings, and they build your perfect bowl exactly the way you like it. The broths are flavorful without being overly salty, and the portions are generous. I enjoyed being able to customize everything, from the richness of the broth to how much heat I wanted. add-on toppings let you create something classic or completely unique. Pro Tip: when picking meat and veg. It is charged by weight so pick lighter stuff if you want a lot of items. Also there is a minimum weight and scale by the items... just no putting back items. It's a great spot for families, picky eaters, or anyone who enjoys variety. Service is friendly, the space is clean, and the ordering process is straightforward. Whether you're in the mood for a comforting tonkotsu or want to experiment with your own creation, this is a solid ramen option in the Aiea area. Perfect for a casual lunch, dinner with friends, or a quick bite after running errands at Pearl Kai. I'll definitely be back to try another combination. The ramen was 3, plenty of broth and noodles (rest of the items you select). The spicy broth was good, not great but good. I liked the amount of noodles given, just seemed to be missing a flavor. The fried chicken was 2 if not less. It was bland and greasy, no crunch and the coating was thin. The sauce given did not help or make it worse. I liked the ramen idea, just not a fan of the overall flavors. Plenty of seating and a small group hanging out there. If you are new, they are helpful to assist in how everything works.
