The food here is always pretty good. It's our go to spot for burgers in the area and they are pretty tasty! Their French Onion Soup is cheesy and not too salty and has plenty of onion in it. If you are a beer drinker and love stouts, give their Imperial Stout a go. It has a sweet start but its such a great tasting beer. I totally recommend! Our server was attentive and checked up on us several times and even struck conversation. It was nice! It's not too loud here. We usually sit in the bar area and it's pretty chill. terrible the takeout situation/quality is bad-you CAN NOT CALL the restaurant it's AI and when it transfers you to a human they ignore your phone calls so you can't place an order that way. the girl and younger boy that works the takeout counter/expo she is always really nice she makes sure I have what I need, the girl who works behind the bar is rude and dismissive, I have sat down and ate here twice and gotten takeout maybe 4/5 times - with the takeout orders they don't pay attention to the special request tab, they don't give you your sauce on the side and for some reason when I order to go my burger is always well done. This place has always been a favorite of mine. But not until recently, when I had 2 poor encounters. On my first visit, I came here to celebrate a birthday, and I ordered the chicken sandwich with 2 fillets, 1 spicy and 1 sweet. The chicken fillets were overcooked which made the chicken tough to bite into. I also ordered a veggie burger, which tasted like 15 bean soup that was mushy, cold, and turned into a patty. Once I told the waitress about the issues with the 2 entrees, she apologized and said the next time I come in, I'd get 2 complimentary burgers. I gave my phone number so they would be able to properly find the order. So 2 days later I decided to come back on a Sunday and ordered 2 wagyu burgers. This waitress already had a nonchalant attitude while taking my order. I told her the previous time I came in, the manager said there would be 2 burgers comped on my next visit. She came back 10 minutes later telling me she didn't see it in the system. So I asked her if she spoke to the manager (which should have been the next thing done before returning to the table). She went to speak to the manager, and she said the manager doesn't recall this at all. So again I told her the people who were working the shift from my first encounter. So she leaves and comes back again to then say," The manager decided she's WILLING to comp you 2 burgers," as if that wasn't the focal point of the discussion to begin with. When the food came out, the burgers were undercooked. You could still hear the cows mooing. And when she was told this is not how the burgers were ordered, she completely dismissed what I said and walked away. Went to West Palm Beach with my family, and while the girls were out doing their thing, it was just me and the old man. Now as you get older, you'll realize just how important spending time with family really is, and having the afternoon free with my Pop was something that I don't take for granted anymore. Me and my Pop are big burger fans, and this place just stuck out online so we gave it a shot. Very chill vibe inside, and very clean. Big props for the facilities also being clean. My complaints are regarding a couple of aspects. One - the lack of greeting as we (- family of 4) walked in. We stood at the podium for a good 10 mins the (what appeared to be manager) acknowledged that we were there as he was busy explaining who knows what to another employee, not even the host/hostess. Finally we were seated and eventually our server came up. I guess we were hangry but we were really upset to hear that the restaurant was out of fish - on a Friday at 7:30 pm. So, my daughter ate fries. I place my drink order, and they are out of that as well, so the redemption is that our server made something else and didn't charge. That was much appreciated. As we waited for the food, I got up and went to the restroom - out of toilet paper and very dirty. When I let someone know, they were on it a few mins later. OK, so we kinda put that name on everything my love and it won't hasten the process. I chose the Good Morning Stuart with fries. It was perfectly cooked and the tomatoes were sublime. Many folks have a problem with warm protein and cool veg but in my opinion, it's fantastic. The place has a cool vibe. We sat upstairs in the loft although there are outside and bar options as well. The bartending staff, btw, was wonderful. Very informative and friendly. After perusing the menu, we ordered. As they were so busy, it took a while to get our food. We were not in a rush. I ordered a vanilla shake, and it came out first. My husband had a beer. The shake was quite good but had a lot of whipped cream in it. Topped with a maraschino cherry that I gave away. There was probably more cream than shake. I still enjoyed every bit of it. My order came with the wrong side. Before I could grab my burger, they took the entire plate away to correct it. My husband's burger came out correctly and he was halfway done eating before I got mine (after flagging down a staff person to help me.) I got a plain jane burger with cheddar cheese but added mushrooms to it. For my side, I got tater tots. By the time I got my meal, I'd eaten a lot of my husband's potatoes, so I wound up taking half my meal. They'd recommended we order the burgers medium, but for me it was a bit undercooked. What I did eat, however, I liked. My husband had one of their specials of the day -- a tzatziki burger. And he also had tater tots as his side. The burger had tzatziki sauce, cucumbers, spinach leaves, and feta cheese on it. He said it was very good. Five-star good. They have a full range of beers on tap and lots of various whiskeys and bourbons. The bartenders were very busy making all sorts of adult drinks and we got a close-up view, got to ask questions and had a lesson in mixology. We would definitely come back here again.
