The shrimp were excellent with the spice adding a nice flavor to the slightly crispy shrimp. (A national chain has shrimp like these but not as good) Calamari was good but not particularly memorable. For dinner my wife ordered the Citrus Crusted Salmon special. This dish was pan seared and served with a delicious mango remoulade. My wife said this is as good salmon as she's ever had. I agreed after trying the small piece she shared with me. I was really in the mood for grouper. It was only offered as a sandwich-not as an entree. I'm glad I stuck with that choice as it was also excellent. We had a great server who kept the drinks coming and continually checked on us. What's better than discovering a new restaurant and enjoying it with friends? Here's the real problem. We can't possibly stay long enough to revisit all our new favorites.
