I can only speak to the Fried Chicken sandwich "for now". And it was presented exactly as I ordered. Oh their house made Lemonade is also very tasty and not too sweet. * I have been more than a few times and at present am addicted to their Sally Hurricane's Southern Fried Chicken, Shredded cabbage, pickled onions, chipotle yogurt, brioche bun - $13.20. It comes flaming hot on a warm fresh bun. Super crispy around the edges but never dry. I always ask for a little less "shredded cabbage" and go lite on the chipotle yogurt (it's a spice issue for me). Love the fact the chicken is always hanging outside the bun a bit, as the chicken is a tad bigger than the bun. Great price, for a substantial meal. The defining hurdle of a visit is the notorious wait time, where customers routinely stand on the sidewalk for an hour or more just to be squeezed into a cramped, noisy, and basic dining room. While the legendary original dry-fried chicken wings are decent, they ultimately fall short of their mythical reputation; the signature sweet-and-spicy glaze leans incredibly saccharine and sticky, masking meat that often turns out slightly dry and over-fried. Beyond the signature wings, the rest of the extensive menu feels surprisingly ordinary and heavy-handed with sodium, making standard dishes like the black bean sauce noodles and string beans feel like ordinary takeout rather than a destination meal. Combined with a hurried front-of-house staff operating an "all-business" conveyor belt to clear tables quickly, the rushed environment and inflated, ala-carte pricing leave you feeling like you paid premium time and money for what is ultimately a standard neighborhood Chinese spot. Ordered the following: *Chicken Biscuit & Tots - First, I was happy that there was a smaller portion sized item on the menu so I ordered this and IMMEDIATELY REGRETTED THIS DECISION. The biscuit was the driest biscuit I have ever had in my LIFE! It was too "floury" and was falling apart the moment I picked it up and not in that "yummy flaky" kinda way but in the "I'm about to steal every single drop of saliva in your mouth" kinda way. The chicken ALSO DRY! It was literally a piece cut off a bigger piece of chicken becuase it was cleanly cut and I could see the white meat. They didnt even bother to cut it and then batter and fry it. LAZY MOVE? I'm not sure but it was sorta weird. The chicken was also flavorless so that sucked. The tots were good! Literally the ONLY saving grace for this order. *Fried Chicken Sandwich - Not sure what was up with the bread but it was STALE AF!!! Crumbled and fell apart with every bite. Chicken was yummy and so were the slaw and pickles etc, but none of it stayed in the sandwich due to the stale ass bread that was falling apart. Ended up eating the rest with a fork and knife. IDK guys....Im going to say for such a limited menu on chicken sandwiches you're really screwing up by not having the thing that holds the sandwich together (THE BISCUIT/THE BREAD) be stale af and falling apart. Or if its late night and the bread is stale, maybe educate your staff NOT to serve that to customers or at least warn them to eat the stale bread at their own risk or warm the bread, toast the bread or something to "cover up" the staleness?!? IDK not really my job...

I've been coming here for a while now, and every visit is a pleasure. Maria, in particular, always greets me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that makes the experience even better. The service is consistently quick, and the booths are comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast burritos are my personal favorite, especially with sausage added, and just the right size to keep me full for hours in the morning. I've also tried the Cobb salad, which is huge and very flavorful. It's clear that the staff takes pride in the food they serve.
