We used Speedi Shuttle since it's included in our vacation package through Diamond Head Vacations. The pick up at airport was great because our flight is packed with people who purchased the vacation package. Our hotel was the first stop so it was really quick. For pick up at hotel, we had to change the pick up date & time since we've changed the flight. We called up Diamond Head Vacations to have the reservation changed and I planned to call the day ahead to confirm the pick up time. Diamond Head Vacations did NOT give Speedi Shuttle my contact number, so Speedi Shuttle called our hotel room to confirm the pick up time and told us the pick up time would be 10 minutes later than the reserved time. The pick up that morning (3:45am) was on time and we're the second last stop so it didn't take long to get to the airport. The driver was nice as well so we'll definitely use their service again if we do not rent a car. read more

I actually had a great experience with them. Even though my family arrived on separate flights, they were able to coordinate and get us to Disney Aulani without a hitch. Definitely got some good local tips from the driver. I had to make alterations to our drive to the airport, and the phone representative was extremely helpful. The drive to Honolulu International was just the same as before, on time with plenty of time to spare. Maybe because our flights were outside of rush hour, but the entire experience was smooth sailing. read more

This is the most horrible shuttle service. We had to wait for 2 hours at the airport (Honolulu ) to get the shuttle. On top of that, the people working there are just pathetic and have no sense of customer service. When repeatedly asked for the status, one agent named, tried to act as a bully. I called the day before arrival in Honolulu to confirm my reservation for an Exclusive Shuttle. And upon arrival at the baggage claim area, I again called as I did not see any greeter with my name or calling out my name. I was assured that one would be coming momentarily. Finally we, all ten of us and 20 pieces of luggage, were the only ones left in the baggage claim area. We were tired, yet excited to be in Honolulu but your company was putting a big damper on that. So, I went to one of their agents at the counter who explained that he wasn't a greeter, but would take care of us. He led us to where the shuttle was parked and their staff were just sitting on a bench nonchalantly as if we were interrupting their break. No smiles, no greeting, absolutely NOTHING! At no point was I given an explanation or did anyone make an effort to apologize. Normally I would have expressed quite vehemently my dissatisfaction with their customer service, but I didn't want to do that in front of my family who are now excited again. And quite honestly with that level of customer service, I didn't want to jeopardize the second leg of my reservation. We still tipped the driver, and quite well I might add, when we arrived at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. When making the second leg of our reservation, and loading our luggage into the shuttle, one of their representatives on site said "Are you [my last name]? You need to hurry it up because I have another shuttle coming in." REALLY??? She should have said that to the employee who was loading the luggage. If my mother hadn't been standing next to me, I would have used a few choice words to convey that I would be taking all the time that I needed and she and the arriving shuttle would just have to wait. My mistake was in not checking reviews before booking. If I had, I would have never used them. When I return to the islands, I will not be using SpeediShuttle. With customer service like they exhibit, I'm surprised they are still in business!!! read more

As far as shuttle service goes it was food for two of us with no reservation HNL Airport to Waikiki just under $30. You can't expect non stop service, if you do take a cab. But at this price we didn't mind the 4 stops prior to getting to our hotel in Wailili. Driver was training with another driver but courteous and polite. The vehicles made by Mercedes and seemed quite new. I would use this service again. I've also seen their shuttle service on the island of Maui which was good to see. read more

I needed a ride for the first flight from HNL to OGG. The phone staff was efficient and very professional. The driver (Tuan) was right on time and very nice. The vehicle is very clean, and quite (very cold for a 3:00AM-1-passenger trip). LOL Overall, I would highly recommend and use this service for every airport transfer. I use their services for 6 times and twice we encounters the driver take over an hour circling around to pick more customers. Usually they promised the shuttle Would get us to airport in 30 Mins so I Suggest anyone taking this Shuttle make sure you have enough time . By the time they pick u is appx 1 hour or More to airport. If lucky u get there in 30 Mins which happen to us a few time. I booked Speedishuttle weeks ahead of a trip to Kauai because I initially could not find a rental car. After arriving at Lihue Airport, could not find Speedishuttle van. I called the company, got cut off twice and finally put on hold for 30 minutes before they informed me that they were unable to find a driver. They recommended getting a cab. Turned out the cab ride was only a little more money than Speedishuttle. Good thing I was able to find a taxi. Hard to imagine that the Speedishuttle people could not have known ahead of time that no driver was available and let me know earlier. read more

If I could I would give minus one star. I guess I missed reading the reviews before booking with this company as all the complaints I am reading now is exactly what happened to me. I had to wait 2 hours to be picked up and worst of all no one showed at the baggage area, I had to go outside to find the van. On the transfer out was even worst as they had the wrong departure time and when I called to reconfirm two of the agents did not do anything about it with one of them hanging the phone on my face. "Sluggish shuttle". The trip from the house was great, they picked us up right on time, right at our door. The return trip was another matter.....we have been waiting for over an hour and a half for our shuttle. The fellow working the logistic, josh is is not helpful says he had no control over the drivers. Unacceptable, completely unprofessional! Said he had to go as he had a parole curfew. Months in the planning, no excuse for such craziness. The folks with us had similar issues, one group wound up taking a cab and the other was still waiting when we left. I have used Speedi Shuttle over the last two years and have enjoyed their service every single time. Royce is an asset to the company and was my porter yesterday upon returning from Las Vegas. He was very apologetic for taking me home to Kapolei via the scenic route, first drop offs at Aulani and Marriott. Contracts with these hotels, I suppose gives them first dibs. Maybe a discount for the inconvenience would have been appropriate, oh well. Did you know that if I caught the shuttle from these hotels, I could've saved up to $50.00 instead of the Kamaaina rate of $90.00. Oh well, lesson learned.....should I be checking elsewhere?????? I didn't have any problems at all. I had never used speedi before, so I didn't know what to expect. Just as advertised, they had a rep waiting in the baggage claim area, who led me to the shuttle. I knew I had the option to jump into a cab if they didn't show, but that was not necessary. The amount saved was quite a lot over a cab. Because it is a "shared" ride service, just allow extra time to get to your destination. going forward, I will Know what to expect and use the service without concern. read more

Not speedy, and full of tactical errors. We got picked up two hours before our flight departure, at lunch time a Saturday. The airport is fairly close, but we didn't know that Honolulu traffic can get real slow. There were several other pick-ups after ours, and with only 40 min left, the driver headed for the cruise ships docks, despite several passengers calling for us to go to the airport first. The docks were simply closer! The driver did not seem apologetic at all. Disrespectful. Sure enough we missed our flight. When we went from the airport to our hotel, the driver also circled Waikiki several times instead of just letting people off. We will never use this company again. read more

Upon arrival at the Honolulu Airport we were told to go to bagge claim terminal C and check in at the desk. We had made reservations prior. About 1/2 hour later we board the Mercedez shuttle and off we went to the Ko Olina. Great driver. Viable taxi alternative ... We were a family of 5 and it would have been tough to fit everyone in a cab unless it was a minivan type. When we looked at the arrival area of the terminal, there were a dearth of cabs to be found. We went back in and arranged a shuttle to and from the hotel. It took them about 30 minutes to arrange our ride to the hotel, not as quick as if we had taken a taxi. However, getting a ride back to the airport was a much better experience. They even arrived 5 minuted earlier than appointed time and got us to the airport in a timely fashion. Just prior to our flight back home, my family and I were stranded by Speedishuttle transportation service pre-arranged through Costco travel from the Disney Aulani resort to Honolulu airport. When finally reaching customer service, they offered no help or solutions. For a company with ONE job, they really do not deserve a single star. Very nice staff. We were greeted at baggage claim immediately and shortly after taken to our van. We got in, with an almost full van, but then were told we had to wait for another 2 people. The wait for those other people was about 25 minutes. Come to find out, the couples before us had been waiting for about 30 minutes from a prior flight. So we sat in a hot van and waited. It was frustrating that we just got off a 5 1/2 hour flight and were having to sit longer. Anxious to get to our hotel and on the beach. They max out the seats in the van waiting for other flights to arrive. With all passengers staying in different hotels, 4 stops and an hour and twenty minutes later, we arrived safely at our hotel. If you enjoy starting your vacation with an hour and a half of unnecessary anxiety and aggravation by jumping up every time you see a shuttle van pull up only to find out it isn't the Speedishuttle you booked, and then have said company drive two empty vans through the airport pick up spot TWICE, pass right by you as you frantically wave them down, only to have them stand you up and cancel your pickup, then by all means, go ahead and book this company. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I leave this review not only to let the company know what a bad job they did (you seriously had ONE JOB and didn't do it) but more for vulnerable travels like myself and my husband who find themselves unable to rent a car, never having been to Kauai before, booking a hotel almost 2 hours north of the airport and not knowing how to get around. CALL A CAB FROM THE AIRPORT TAXI PHONE. It will cost as much as Speedishuttle and will ACTUALLY COME AND PICK YOU UP FROM THE AIRPORT in a very "speedy" way. Heck, even ask other upset and stranded by Speedishuttle travelers if they would like to share a cab with you, that's what we did. And please, whatever you do, take this and other reviews as a sign and DO NOT place the fate of making your return flight home in the hands of Speedishuttle. Thankfully, we were able to find a cab in time to make it there since the Uber / Lyfts were all quite a bit away. Reserved a shuttle with a wheelchair lift several weeks in advance of our vacation to the big Island. Called to confirm that I needed a wheelchair lift. Called two days before our departure to again confirm my need for a shuttle with a wheelchair lift. Received a confirmation email the day before our vacation ended, with no mention of a shuttle with a wheelchair lift. Called to confirm again the day before we left and was told that the shuttle with the wheelchair lift "was still broken." This left us scrambling 24 hours before our vacation ended. And there is no indication that they would have called us in advance to tell us about the broken lift. Do not rely on this company for your accessibility needs. read more

I arrived on time but was forced to wait 45min so that they can pick up another groups of people who had a confirmed pickup time that was 40min later. Unapologetic and rude customer service. I had no issues with the shuttle from the airport to my hotel, our driver held up a sign and I was able to identify the company readily after getting my bags. However, the shuttle was supposed to pick me up from my hotel and I waited outside for 20 minutes and no one showed up at the Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach. I called their "emergency number," and no one picked up the phone either. So I ended up having to get the front desk people to call me a cab because I lost my credit card on vacation and could not use ride share apps. Would not recommend using, HNL airport is incredibly congested and you have to arrive with plenty of time to spare for your flights. read more

This was a fairly priced, reliable way for us to travel to and from the airport. Transportation in Maui is pricey and checking multiple different services this was most cost effective--even compared to Uber. We were picked up within 5 minutes of the estimated time. The car ride was comfortable and smooth. The service calls you the day prior to departure to confirm details, additionally emails and even sends a text message when they are on their way to come get you with a way to track their car. I only spoke with them once on the phone and they were friendly, professional and helpful! We will be using them again! read more

Awful. Rude front desk staff. Terrible service. Over priced. Stood waiting for our shuttle from Honolulu Airport to Waikiki for over 40 mins. Watched another shuttle pick up 11 other annoyed people, 2 of which were going to our same hotel in Waikiki. We were told another shuttle would pick us up soon. Shuttle arrived 15 mins later. TERRIBLE! Airport pick up- When we arrived at baggage claim we booked our round trip as it seemed at the time very convenient. The employee told us that the shuttle ran every 15-20 minutes, and that our hotel was the first stop there and the last stop on the way back to the airport. Sounded great and all, then we went to the pick up location and there were about 100 people waiting! I asked how long it would be and the other employee told me the shuttles run every hour and we were 3 shuttles behind the current. Way different than what we were told! I told her that we were told it runs every 10-15 and she just rolled her eyes. As they wouldn't refund our money we stuck it out, luckily we didn't have to wait 3 hours and 2 shuttles showed up 1 1/2 hour later. next issue.. We weren't the first hotel stop as we were ensured. Hotel Pickup- I checked my receipt the day before our pick up and noticed that the employee at the airport booked me for the wrong day! No big deal I'll just call... So I called to get it changed and I was on hold for 30 minutes as they needed a managers approval and couldn't find one. They had to just call me back once they figured it out. Ok so last part... We get on our shuttle to head to the airport and there is a family who had a special needs son. As they see us get on with them they acted really confused and told the employee helping us that they had requested and paid for a private shuttle. As it was obvious for their son, he had struggled getting into the van and needed much assistance. The employee responded, "oh that's weird." And slammed the van door shut. The employee that was stationed at the hotel also ensured us that we were headed straight to the airport and had no other stops... Wrong, there were other pick ups. Long story short ... Shuttle arrived 15 minutes late at Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki for a 6 am pick up and doesn't even have the courtesy to alert the hotel desk ( they are affiliated with Hilton ) that they are running late I didn't know if she would show up at all and I was just about the call a taxi And bite the bullet in the prepaid shuttle When the driver had finally arrived I told her she is late She argues that the other passengers were late and she had to wait for them Well that's fine and dandy but my airplane back to Los Angeles is NOT gonna wait for me She rudely says, "I was trained to get here" she should have the common sense to let people know she is running late so as not to alarm people. The drivers are super cool & they haul ass - I completely appreciate that ... The dispatch to make reservations - that's where they obviously either ... - need more training? Especially high stress situations ... - lack of good help, because they hire any lady who can answer a phone? - or need to be versed in how to answer questions rather than acting like they didn't hear you or skating around the question HENCE BS-ING YOU. I had the opportunity to go from Kauai to Maui on Saturday to have lunch with my cousin. SpeediShuttle helped me get to her hotel and back to the airport without a glitch. TSA Pre helped avoid the lines and so we could fine tune the timing. Great service, great folks.... read more

Hit or miss. Can be great or slower than walking. Have several different groups? Drop some in Waikiki, LEAVE Waikiki, up to the freeway to drop one by UH, then, fuck it, back to Waikiki to drop the rest. Why not?! At least a cab would be robbing me of money doing that and not a large portion of my life.locals should know better. Used speedishuttle on recent trip in Oahu, going from airport to Waikiki and back. Trip from airport included 15 minute wait and then was a 45 minute trip given all the spots. However, the return was worse as driver was 25 minutes late for pickup. Vans were fine and confidante enough. If you choose this service, build in plenty of buffer time. read more
