We used Fly Shuttle & Tours to attend a wedding on the North Shore of Oahu. The service was excellent. Due to last minute scheduling changes we had to change our pick up time and the company was very accommodating. The pick ups were prompt and the drivers were very friendly. Steve and Bobbi read more

My 1pm shuttle was late. The company was rude and unapologetic when they said over the phone the shuttle wouldn't arrive until 2pm. I had to cancel and find another way to the airport. I wouldn't trust this company with anything important and I don't really know if they deserve someone's hard earned money because I don't know if they care about the customer. read more

Negligent drivers and owners. Stay away! My elderly mother was badly injured thanks to a driver who did not lower the step (at night which is so dangerous) or offer his hand in assistance. When she fell he was on the other side of the bus & did not even check on her! The coward hid as others helped her up. She broke her foot and spent the remainder of the week in a wheelchair/walker. Dean called and pretended to care - claiming he needed to "check with insurance" and many months gone now. Emails and calls unanswered. Simply the worst experience- my mother suffered permanent and lasting injuries. These people have no conscience. read more

Booked and paid for shuttle service in July for a November trip. The airport pickup went fine, however, the evening we were scheduled for pickup for return trip to airport they called me at 6pm (ride was scheduled for 9pm) and told me they could not get into our area at that time due to a parade. She apologized for not calling that morning - it got overlooked. My option was to be ready in 45 minutes and sit at airport for five hours or get picked up at 10:30 and arrive less than an hour before flight. I cancelled, set up an Uber for original time, had NO traffic issues AND it cost $20 less. Stick with Uber! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Where do I start? The shuttle was over an hour late picking us up from the airport. There were multiple reasons provided, and none of those were true! We had a scheduled departure time and they moved it up an hour. Why? We were told they had others to pick up going to the airport as well. They lied about that too. No one else was picked up and dropped off at the airport other than my mom and me. My mom has mobility issues and I asked the representative if they could pick her up from the main lobby. The woman was extremely rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. Needless to say they made no accommodations. The music the driver played during the ride to the airport was totally inappropriate. I'm pretty sure passengers don't want to listen lyrics that discuss licking between a woman's legs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL! read more

I had a great experience with Fly Shuttle for my first Waikiki Beach vacation. The shuttle was there when my flight arrived at circa 9 pm 26 Aug. I actually booked for 10 pm as I was not familar with the airport and how long it would take to get from the gate to the shuttle pick up area. When I got off the plane and walking from the gate the shuttle driver called me and guided me to the pickup area. I was the only passanger scheduled so we left promptly. I forgot the drivers name but he gave some good recommendations for restaurants. 4 days later for the return to the airport ride, the shuttle was there almost 10 minutes early and made sure everyone on his list were accounted for before departing. There were two other hotel pickups then we arrived at the airport about 12:30; pickup was scheduled for 12 - 12:15 pm. Prompt courteous service! Next time, I will book Fly Shuttle again! read more

If I could give them -5 stars I would. This was an awful experience. We waited for nearly a hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive. My boyfriend called three times and was repeatedly told that our shuttle would arrive in 5 mins. We waited another hour in the heat. I would not recommend this shuttle service at all! read more

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would! Never use these people we waited for 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time then got a taxi because they didn't show up. Don't waist your time with them!! read more

Been using this shuttle service for years. Recently just booked in for our upcoming Hawaii trip. I made a mistake and it double charged me and I also picked the wrong pickup time since I forgot it was Hawaii time. Stupid me. I called and big shout out to "Tasha" she was super friendly and very professional. Processed my refund and also reschedule my pickup time instantly. Love these guys and appreciate Tasha's help. Highly recommend. read more

Ordered a lei greeting as a gift through Hawaii Discount, and was contracted to this company. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. Greeter was around 45 MINUTES LATE after the recipients got off their plane. They sat in an empty baggage claim, watching the other passengers receive their leis from better companies, and even watching their pilots finally leave the terminal, with no greeter in sight. Their greeter told them they were "5 minutes away" for at least 30 minutes. WHAT AN AWFUL START TO A TRIP. Completely ruined their first experience in Hawaii. Why bother asking for flight info if you are NOWHERE NEAR THE AIRPORT WHEN THEY LAND, AND THEY MUST CALL YOU SEVERAL TIMES TO GET YOU TO EVEN SHOW UP? I wish I could give a lower rating for how they BOTCHED this gift experience. read more

Do NOT use this shuttle unless you're prepared to wait 40 minutes later than the pickup time. The shuttle was 40 minutes late picking me up (and 1 other passenger on my same flight) than the time they quoted. They were also late in picking me up in the morning to go back to the airport. The Roberts shuttle was on time right at 5am, but when I called to Fly Shuttle twice after 15 minutes passed, concerned I would miss my flight, I was told "if you don't want to wait, catch a taxi!" (And then he hung up on me). This was after I specifically asked if there's a chance that of the shuttle not on time the day before. To be fair, it's rideshare, but had I known I was one of many stops, I would've booked an Uber, which I ultimately ended up doing. It's only $27 and don't need to panic about being late or missing your flight. Finally when I called to provide feedback and mentioned I would post a review on Yelp, I was told "you're gonna do what you're gonna do." Wow. That's the mindset of their customer service! read more

I like to start with the three positives: 1) $13 p/p from airport to Waikiki 2) extremely friendly drivers and office staff 3) great air condition and comfortable seats in the van Reasons for my two star review: 1) emailed directions are wrong. They tell you to call when ready for pickup and head to the median. Instead, we were supposed to go to a parking lot. Even the picture of the shuttle on the email was wrong- we kept looking for the white van (pictured) but a black van arrived. 2) the number to call doesn't have a voicemail set up, so we sat waiting. I was finally able to get through after 10 minutes (the first time). When I called a second time (45-minutes later) it took about 15 minutes. 3) wait time- I was ready at noon for my scheduled shuttle to head to my hotel. I watched multiple groups of people and various shuttle companies come and go, even people booking on the spot. I was finally in the shuttle at 1:10/1:15. The staff told me there were traffic issues but It didn't seem to affect the other shuttle companies. I won't use this company again. read more

I landed an hour ago and called right away. I was told my shuttle was arriving in 15 minutes so I didn't stop to charge my phone or take my time freshening up and now I am deeply regretting the decision to book with them. I have called twice and they keep telling me something new. Obviously didn't check the reviews beforehand since they were recommended on the hotel website but they are going to hear about it too! read more

Couldn't find an appointment to go to the Arizona Memorial in Hawaii so i found them on FB or they found me because i was searching..lol they had openings right away and didn't book it quickly because wanted to make sure they were legit. They followed up with a text and a call. A few days later they were booked so i figured to pull the gun. Scheduled time to the pick up location was 815 got there earlier and they didn't pick up till almost 830 which i understood because it's a huge bus, picked up lots of people. The tour guides were very nice and clearly explained the tour. Relaxing tour! Will definitely go with them again! read more

Scheduled a hotel pickup for 11.. it is 11:51 as I am writing this and the girl on the phone said the driver won't be here for another 15-20 minutes. Took 10-15 minutes to even get connected to someone on the phone, and we would not have known otherwise that the driver was running late if we had not called. Lack of communication and the girl on the line was rude, kept talking over us. If I could give this no stars I would, super unprofessional. I may be late to my flight because of them. You are better off finding an Uber, or Taxi, or some other source of transport. Explain how a 10:30 scheduled pickup turns to a 12:10PM pickup. Imbeciles are working here.. It is not 12:06, 15 minutes later and no sign of driver. Finally picked up at 12:11, over an hour later. Driver had no reason to be late, he had no prior dropoffs and he had no other passengers in the car to pickup by the time he picked us up. 12:22 now and we had to make another stop before heading the airport. Book another company, or you will honestly be better off taking the bus or even WALKING! Very full of sh*t and didn't even apologize for being late or failing to communicate to his customers. Had no reason to be over an hour late if he took his job seriously.. hoping this company along with their employees go out of business and out of jobs if this is how they think running a business should be like. read more

Complete no-show. Clearly a scam intended to rip off unsuspecting tourists. My wife was almost late to the airport because of these clowns. Reserve at your own risk. read more

We waited 15 minutes for the shuttle to get to the airport (they don't come until you land and call?), and then another 10-15 minutes for everyone booked on the shuttle. Even then, some of the other passengers hadn't arrived, there was no phone info to contact them and no flight information to check if it was on time. Honestly as a shuttle business, get basic info to help with coordinating. For $38, my partner and I should've just got a cab or ordered an Uber. I don't think that we got bad service- we just didn't expect it to be this inefficient. Do not recommend unless its a significantly cheaper option and you don't care about the wasted time. Plus side- the shuttle was spacious and clean and the driver was a good / safe driver. read more

ZERO STARS! Horrible experience. Where should I start? The driver was an ahole and unprofessional! Booked for an excursion. I picked up Starbucks at my hotel before pickup. He said we couldn't bring them on board because they can spill. Nothing on the ticket saying beverages not allowed. Asshat driver makes a rude comment that deserved a kick in his teeth! We threw them away, boarded bus and half the people had beverages! A third of the bus has young kids. Driver spots a naked mannequin and points it out for all to look. Not only is that not audience friendly, he couldn't pick out a naked chick if he tried. Makes a joke about people who work at McDonald's! I guess he thinks he is pretty high in the pecking order with his bus license. SAFETY! Ray Charles could drive better than this clown! He hit a street sign with the bus and scrapped the entire right side of the bus. Also changed lanes and almost hit a car. Wouldn't give customers tickets for the tour they purchased. He was infatuated at telling comedic punchlines instead of doing his job. Customers had to tell him to stop and needed their tickets. Zero stars with this clown! read more

We called at 6am the day before and cancelled the 6am shuttle to the airport scheduled for the next day and got voice mail but left cancellation message. Then latter that morning received a call from them saying we could cancel with them but they were not going to refund the charges even through they were comming to our hotel to pick up other passengers at that same time. I would not trust or do business with people who would take your money without providing a service and incured no expense. They are greedy pigs and I would not recommend anyone use them, besides there are less expensive shuttles. read more

We used Fly Shuttle for round trip airport transfers. They where great to communicate with via phone. Timely and accommodating to us and fellow guests also being transported to their hotel/condo destinations. I will say a guest was having a hard day leaving the airport (lost luggage) and they where acting out at the driver. The driver kept his cool and did his best to not engage in the nasty attitude. Once that guest was dropped off he proceed to apologize to us for the inconvenience. As avid travels we understand it can be exhausting and frustrating. So no worries. Pick up on our departure was just as smooth - on time and with respect. We would absolutely use Fly Shuttle again! Oh and most importantly they hands down had the BEST pricing!! read more

We had the most amazing 10 hour "Ultimate circle island tour" with 'Chief' Rob as our tour guide. Rob shared an absolute wealth of history and displayed an immense amount of knowledge of tradition, culture and what do to and not do. He beautifully spoke Hawaiian And gave many recommendations on places to go on our own time outside the tour; places to eat, shop and visit, when to go and how to get there as only a long time native could. Not only all that he was funny, personable and entertaining! Somewhat rude New Yorker complained the shuttle was too warm and he even arranged for a new bus mid trip! I can't recommend this tour enough, especially if Rob is your tour guide! read more

I was really nervous about booking this company due to the mixed yelp reviews. I called the night before and when I arrived I decided it might be smart to dial their 2 digit number from the service desk just to confirm. When I reached the operator he said it would be about a 10 minute wait. So I go outside and I see tons of passengers getting packed into another shuttle company's van (apparently they have the preferred contract at HNL right now). Nobody shows up to wait for another independent company like I do and after 12 minutes I start to worry that I have made a poor decision. Low and behold...seconds later the Fly Shuttle bus pulls up. I look around and see there are no more passengers and I feel bad that he is only driving one person into Waikiki for 12 bucks but he does it happily. Really nice guy and I would highly recommend this company. Next trip back to Honolulu I'll be calling again. read more

All in all, a great airport shuttle experience despite being priced lower than most other local companies. We would definitely use Fly Shuttle again! read more

Unsafe during Covid. The driver started the tour talking about how people don't have better things to do than to complain and report people not wearing masks. Half heartedly he said "but everyone wear your mask" - - there was a man in the front seat ahead of me deliberately removing his mask in the bus. I told the driver at the first stop that the person in front of me isn't wearing his mask. He did nothing at all and never again announced mask wearing and he was even wearing his mask loosely below his nose. With Covid going rampant and they keep talking about the island possibly getting shut down, this was all very alarming and irresponsible of the driver and this company. If you value your health avoid this company. Our tour was Friday Aug 27, 2021 in Honolulu and bus license ends with *** 860 read more

I booked through their website for a 1 way for 2 people from the airport to our hotel located at Waikiki Beach area. My first impression was great! Driver was professional, nice, and the shuttle was very clean. Although, they were late picking us up. I get it, it is slower paced there and we are on vacation. So, when the driver was trying to up-sell us for a round trip, I was only reluctant because I got a car rental so I'd only need a pick up from Waikiki to the car rental company. He said, that is not a problem. But you have to pay to full price in advance in cash (which is fine). The evening before pick up #2, I emailed them (using the same thread, not a new email) to let them know that I ended up getting a round trip and needed confirmation on the date and time specified. They confirmed. "Day of pick up," I waited at the exact same place that I was supposed to get picked up at (which is where I was dropped off). 15 mins go by, I started to worry, so I gave their office a call. The lady told me that the driver came and left because WE WERE NOT THERE!!!! AND that they did NOT have my phone number; Thats why they did not call me; She said she was just about to email me as I called her. TOTAL BS!!!! We were there!!! AND IF YOU HAVE MY EMAIL, YOU HAVE MY NUMBER!!! I have set up my email to automatically generate on both my phone and computer (any device) with my email signature to automatically have my name and phone number. As mentioned above, I used the same/initial thread to confirm my 2nd reservation. My phone number is not only in my sig pic, but also, in the reservation and the body of the email. This was so disappointing!!! LASTLY, I asked them when they could come and pick us up. It wouldn't be for another 2 hours. By then, why even bother. I ended up taking an uber instead. So disappointing and frustrating! read more

We had an excellent experience using this company to get to Waikiki Beach and back. We did the shuttle reservation through hawaiidiscount.com a month in advance. I received a call from the Fly Shuttle when our flight landed and we were still on the plane to check in on what our status was. I informed them we were still taxing and then we would have to go to the carousel. She informed me to call them back when we are at the carousel. I then called back and the man I spoke to said he would arrive in 10-15 minutes which was an accurate estimate. He also gave me instructions on what door to exit through and where he would be. He was holding up a sign with my name when I exited the airport. There was excellent communication which I appreciated. We had a second reservation to return to the airport and our driver arrived early for our pickup time. She let me know there was no rush. She was letting me know she had arrived.
