I have to thank XS limousine for saving my wedding! My fiancé and I planned a secret elopement at Kualoa ranch, my close friend was supposed to give me a ride from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch, unfortunately she was visiting family in another state and her flight was delayed and cancelled multiple times, she would arrive the day after my wedding. Now needing to get a ride last minute, I had to figure out a way. A Lyft or Uber would probably not accept due to the ride being long. I went on wedding wire and tried to see if any wedding car services were around. I saw XS limousine and sent them a quick message, not expecting to hear anything back. Right away Vinny messaged me and asked how he could help, I explained my situation and needed a ride last minute to my wedding venue. I was in luck, he was dropping off a client at the airport around the time I needed and would be able to pick me up and take me to Kualoa! He picked me up in a roomy Escalade which was perfect for my big wedding dress I had on, he found out my fiancé was Vietnamese like him and even told us his favorite spots to eat at in Honolulu. Thank you Vinny for the amazing customer service and getting this bride to her wedding! read more

My hotel recommended Vinny for a personal tour around the Island and I quickly booked it. He is great, I booked him to drop us off at the airport Friday morning, that's how great he is !! read more

First time in Hawaii from Orange County and I will say I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. Vinny, was 10 minutes early, responsive when I texted or emailed him, and was dressed like a true professional. The limo was pristine and even the glasses were just washed that day. It's attention to detail that blew me away. We had him for 6 hours on a Friday afternoon and he was conversational when we asked him any questions and respectful to our privacy. I have never experienced this quality of service before, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE! Inquire from this gentleman and get a price quote. You'll be amazed by his quality of service and pricing that beats the rest. Julian H. read more

While we traveled to Hawaii for a short trip we used the services of XS Limousine. It was a great ride and we felt like we were in first class all the way. Alex was our driver and he was so friendly and knowledgable about all the areas we must see in Hawaii. He gave us several recommendations and was so helpful in making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend their services if you are planning to travel to Honolulu! We will be using XS Limo anytime we are in Oahu and will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Alex, you were great and thank for making our stay and ride so memorable! :) We will see you next time we are in town. read more

FIRST of all when I had talked to Vinny, he did not bring it to my attention that it was NOT an hourly service. I wouldn't have any problem if that was the case. Once again, I had emailed and notified that we couldn't make it in due to car trouble. Then from June 19th, I was awaiting response from your rep. I didn't get a response until I had made that initial call the day BEFORE the wedding. Again, did not mention anything about point A to point B. People like us? Wow!!! You have no right to make judgments. My family would go to the ends of the earth, as they should. Tensions run high when a driver deserts a newlywed couple on their wedding day! It's not that we don't get our own way, it's basic human common courtesy. And it's funny that you want to dispute after I leave a negative review. Expressing my first amendment, freedom of speech. I also noticed that you removed my husband & cousin's review. Funny, again. My lawyer will be in touch. :-) read more

The best limo company on the island! When looking for a last minute limo service for prom (3 days before), Vinny was so helpful in getting back to us very quickly with a quote, confirming the details and our reservation information. The entire process from the initial inquiry email to the actual service was so smooth and easy! The limo was spotless and our driver (Eddie) was extremely professional and patient through our stops before heading to the venue! So grateful to have been able to use their service for prom and will certainly be booking them in the future! Highly recommend! Thank you XS Limousine! read more

My son had his wedding yesterday at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel with the ceremony at a Buddhist temple in town. We had both the limousine & van transport the bridal party and immediate families to the ceremony, and wedding reception. In between, we were taken to various locations for photo ops. Vinny and Andy, both drivers were excellent - - very courteous and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with the owner Alex who treated us with respect and as local kamaainas. I highly recommend them! From drivers to vehicles -- everything was immaculate & perfect! Mahalo!!! read more

XS Limousine are amazing! I have never been to Hawaii before and I needed to book my entire wedding for February 14th over the internet from NZ. After getting a couple of quotes for transporting wedding guests to the location, it was evident that Alex had given us an incredible price compared to other companies... so incredible that I had to double check with him that he had quoted correctly, especially given that it was for Valentines Day and for 14guests (we booked the luxury Mercedes Sprinter Van which was perfect for taking extra luggage like picnic blankets and drinks/snacks). Alex said that yes the price was definitely correct as they don't believe in charging people more for the same service, just because its a wedding or because it was Valentines Day and he went on to say 'why should people pay more of their hard earned money for the same thing?'... I was shocked. How often do you come across a businessman with this kind of generosity/kindness/integrity? Then Hawaii had a big storm the day before, and day of, our wedding. The entire wedding had to be changed to the next day! Not a problem for XS Limousine. We also had to change the reception venue too as the restaurant I'd originally booked wasn't available the next day for my wedding reception (especially since I'd booked it 3months earlier). So we found a place closer to the ceremony meaning that we would need the driver to now stay at the location longer (2.5hours). Again - not a problem for XS Limousine. We were happy to give a generous tip to our wonderful and patient driver, Vinnie, because Alex said it would cost us no extra for moving the date, or for bringing us back later. I was referred this company by my wedding photographer that i used in Hawaii, and i also based my decision on the reviews i read on Yelp... other companies didn't have the kind of reviews these guys did :-) And now i know why! Thanks for making my wedding day relaxed and easy Alex and Vinnie! read more

We used XS Limousine for our wedding in December and they're fantastic. Not only were they reasonably priced (Kamaaina Discount), but their service was professional and their cars were immaculate. Alex is a top notch service guy who was very patient, calm, and friendly. He was also very accommodating in my wife's pickup time prior to the ceremony. We rented the Mercedes S550 as the prime vehicle with a Yukon Denali for the wedding party. We really didn't get a chance to check out the Denali because we were still taking photos, but it looked very high end from afar. Our wedding party loved it. The S550 was practically brand new, or at least they kept it that way. The ride was comfortable and Alex made sure we took a route that avoided much of the traffic into Waikiki. En route, we made small talk with Alex. It was a great way to unwind from the ceremony and transition to the reception. Great customer service, outstanding vehicles, and attractive pricing. Being from Vegas and being used to dealing with great drivers I wasn't really expecting what I got from a limo company in Hawaii. XS Limousine is top notch all the way!! I was on an emergency trip for a client in Hawaii and was worried I was gonna have to take time to explain what I had to do and where I had to be at certain times. Alex, the driver and I think he's also owner/operator asked for my itinerary and that was it. I transferred my info to his phone and for 5 days of meeting and dinners I didn't have to worry about one thing. Alex confirmed my appointments and also gave me 30 min call outs prior to me needing to be downstairs fro my pic up. I only see this type of service from companies in Dubai. I can't say enough how easy he made my trip and the knowledge this guy has about the the island. Anytime I am back in Hawaii this is the only company I would use, the amount of care this company takes to make sure you are where you need to be and makes sure your there on time is the best I have ever seen. read more

XS is very good Limo company. There are perfect, on time, and amazing cars, and nice drivers. Also, they have many luxury new cars. XS is very nice partner for us! We can make use of XS with a sense of security for my customer. Always thank you!! read more

Highly recommended XS Limousine. Vinny was great to work with. I received a text from Vinny letting me know that Danny will be our driver the day before our event and then I received a call from Danny later in the day confirming our time and place. Danny was professionally dressed and the vehicle was spotless. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Mahalo read more

Vinny was great! Very professional and communicative via email, text, and phone calls. I researched a bunch of car service companies for our trip and they all had 5 stars on Yelp. But I always choose the ones that communicate with me, and I can be high maintenance because I ask a lot of questions. I used XS for 2 trips. On the first trip, they upgraded me to a super cool limo at no charge, and the second trip was a very nice Mercedes 15 person van even though I only had 5 people. XS is a very professional company that I would use again. read more

I just came back home from a trip to Hawaii for my brothers wedding. We were recommended XS limousine by a good friend and used them for arrival, to and from the wedding, island tour for the wedding party and again for family, and back to the airport. We got to ride their Mercedes Sprinter van and it was very nice - it was very roomy and luxurious. It was perfect for the large groups. The bride and groom used their Mercedes S550 to the wedding and they were very satisfied. They were always punctual - they were always waiting for us early and we never once needed to wait for them. They are very professional and very attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable. We are very pleased with their service. I would definitely use them again when I'm back in Hawaii and recommend them to everyone! I don't have a single bad thing to say about them! read more

I shopped around and researched about 8 different companies. I compared not just price for the service, but available vehicle and they way they addressed my questions - level of service. After all I would have to entrust them with my son and his date for prom. I was trying to book a limo 3 days before so needless to say I was stressed. But Vinny was helpful and prompt with responses. When I called he was professional and I felt confident I selected the right company. My son said the Chrysler 300 was really nice and his date was surprised. He said he had the nicest limo at hotel. It made me happy to know how happy he was. And they picked up my son from Mililani since I couldn't leave work for a couple of hours. I will definitely use this company again in future. The price was reasonable and even though slightly higher than other company, I felt worth it. I couldn't believe other companies wanted to charge me $300 - $400 MORE than what I paid for the EXACT same route!?! read more

XS Limousine - Limos Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

I would give this company no stars if I could. We made a reservation and even called to reconfirm and no one showed up to pick us up from our wedding. They refused to take blame or even apologize. Their attitude was outrageous. We were left at the venue with no ride. We called multiple times to the designated driver and he laughed at us and did not care. He also said that he worked directly for the company but he did not have a limo. We were told to pay the driver at the end of the night. We were not given any receipt. I called back to make sure it was that simple and they said we would be taken care of. Also! Our wedding party left reviews and the company had them taken off of yelp and accused me of creating multiple accounts. I'm sorry but I don't have that much time on my hands. Do not use this company. Not reliable and very rude. read more

My family, 11 of us, recently celebrated my father's 80 birthday in Hawaii. XS Limo, particularly, Vinny, assisted in making it a wonderful experience, from beginning to end! Vinny's e-mail communications were timely, professional and accurate. He provided a confirmation, via e-mail, detailing the specifics we discussed, and he did not skip a beat! Service from the airport, upon our arrival, as well as our return back to the airport, on departure day, was absolutely phenomenal! All 11 family members totally agree and we highly recommend utilizing this company! read more

We used XS Limo for our recent trip. I called in based on their positive reviews, I spoke with Alex, and requested a copy of the itinerary and transfers we discussed via phone. We had 3 transfers during our trip, each trip our driver Danny showed up on time. He was professional and courteous. We will definitely use XS again for our next trip into Honolulu! read more

Amazing customer service! I needed a limo for my daughter and her friends to the prom. With prom season being so busy the day before the prom, most companies just pushed me away. Not Vinny, he was nice enough to see if he could find me a driver to accommodate me then got back to me. Out of desperation, I kept searching not thinking Vinny would be successful finding me a last minute limo driver, so I went with another company and made my commitment to them. If I didn't already commit I would most definitely taken Vinny's limo. So glad people are still willing to go the extra mile! Mahalo Vinny! read more

Vinny is the bomb dot com !!! So professional ,courteous ,and just a amazing person . We needed a car to take us to a fancy dinner so we needed a driver so we could enjoy champagne for a special occasion .From the moment I called to his triple confirming the time to make me feel comfortable it was the best car service Ive ever used .Vinny showed up in a beautiful suit and tie .Opened the door for us ,had ice cold bottled water and let us change the pick up and drop off time by 30 minutes .So accommodating with all our needs . I asked him about a negative review he had gotten ,because I couldn't even imagine why someone would have ANY negative things to say -He told us a wedding planner had forgot to book them for a wedding and then told the clients that Vinny no showed ! He seemed shaken telling the story .This sight does not have anyway to monitor false reviews .So please believe me when I say -XS Limousine is the BEST limo service on the island ,hands down. I will be handing out his cards to all my friends and clients ! Thanks Vinny for being a part of our amazing evening -YOU ROCK !!!!!!! read more

I booked with XS Limousine for my clients recent trip here. We used their airport transfer and charter services. I have to say that from the beginning to the end, they are amazing!! My clients were also very impressed with this company's services and standards. I spoke with Alex and he was very patient and helpful with our 6 day schedule. Vinny was the best driver ever!! Excellent customer service. Friendly . Love him!!!!

As a wedding planner I am very particular about the vendors I choose. XS contacted me when they first opened. I like to get to know new companies so I gave them a shot. Booking transportation can be scary. Will they show up? Will the vehicle be clean and presentable? Will the air conditioning work? Will the driver understand good customer service? Are they accessible when I call to book, confirm and reconfirm? All of these things will have a huge impact on MY reputation so I don't take chances. Not only have they have proven to be one of the most reliable vendors I have, but they also go above and beyond when needed. If they don't have the vehicle I need they set me up with someone who can accommodate. If the passengers are too drunk after an event (very challenging!) they handle it with the utmost patience. Although most of my guests are great - occasionally we have a group where the guests are not very nice. Still, they are always treated with the utmost respect. I have an unspoken policy to never reviews companies so I can remain neutral. However - I am shocked to see these negative reviews for XS. They are simply not true. I would rate them a 10 if the stars went that high. read more

As a newly wed I know the struggle and the stress that comes from getting everything perfect on your wedding day. Two things that will always be in the back of your mind is if your dress suddenly doesn't fit and your limo doesn't show up. This weekend we had a wedding at Loulu Palms beach and my friend Cierra was getting married, her dress looked lovely, as for the limo... NO SHOW. When you are renting a facility, you have a timeline for EVERYTHING that you do, so finding another limo or even going back to your house and getting your own car can backtrack A LOT and it's just another added stress that does not need to be there. A company that doesn't show up and take responsibility for it its just not a company worth your time. If you are reading this, DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU TOO. As for the company, please don't attempt to respond with the pathetic answer that we don't have a receipt and you want a copy of it. LOTS of limo companies DO do their business over the phone, most of them are owned and driven by only 2 or 3 people and it's easier that way. When I had my wedding (as you can see on my reviews for the limo company that we picked) we booked AND did a down payment over the phone and payed the rest in cash the day of. No receipt only a confirmation over the phone and they showed and were great. So please the least you can do is take responsibility for the stress and trouble that your company DID cause on such an important date. TERRIBLE SERVICE. read more

I filled out an inquiry online late one night for a limo quote for a surprise for my 10th anniversary in Hawaii. I received a call the next day from a friendly guy named Vinny. He quoted me a reduced price if I paid cash which I thought was fair compared to what we were quoted by competitors. We were staying at Ko Olina but headed to Honolulu for dinner at Michels in the Colony Surf Hotel. Vinny texted me the day of our trip with updates and told us our driver Bobby would be in contact before his arrival. Bobby texted me about 15 minutes early to let me know where he was and texted me again when he reached the entrance. Bobby was very friendly and curteous. He arrived on time at Ko Olina, drove us around a bit as we were early for dinner and even brought us ice for our champagne. The limo was clean, probably too big for the two of us but we had a blast and it was a nice surprise for my wife. I would highly recommend XS Limo and would definitely use them if needed again in Hawaii. Thanks Vinny and Bobby! read more

I usually don't care to write reviews but I couldn't ignore the negative comments left by some of the "yelpers..." . Last year I had used Xs limousine for my wedding and I had no problems whatsoever!! They were very accommodating and attentive to my request. They were also very punctual . I had made several changes on the day of my wedding as some of my guest was delayed arriving from the mainland. Not only that they're willing to go out of their way to do my pick ups and drop offs, they even made special arrangements for a pick up with that was not scheduled. They are very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them!! read more

The worst limousine service my driver was rude and left without us. Being in the military I find that very disrespectful.

Arranged with Alex for Vinny, one of their top-notch drivers, to drive my wife and child daily while away on business. Vinny did an excellent job of getting both of them around safely and very comfortably. The car was so comfortable that my wife said she may never get her US driver's license now and wants to ride luxuriously instead. Kudos to Alex and Vinny for such a solid service - better than Uber and other ride services in some ways as we could reserve them ahead of time and were guaranteed the times, frequency, quality of car and excellent driver ever time which you can't really arrange in the same way with the online drive services. read more

Vinny was fantastic! I just got a town car to drive myself and my mom to the ceremony site, then myself and my new husband to the reception. Every step of the way Vinny was extremely responsive and professional. Extremely nice and personable. He was on time (early even) and was so patient with any hiccups that are bound to happen on a wedding day. The site was 45 minutes out of Waikiki and he pointed out different things along our drive (which was beautiful). It was like getting a private guided tour on the way to Waimanlo. The car was clean and in great condition. We will definitely be using XS limo in the future for any transportation needs we may have on our next trip to Honolulu! read more

I used XS limo for my recent trip to Oahu for a couple of special occasions and I must say everything went perfectly! We were celebrating my birthday as well as an anniversary and let me say XS and our driver Vinny helped to make both occasions memorable! Vinny picked us up from the airport on time and he even grabbed a couple lei's for my wife and mother-in law. We also used XS for a custom circle island tour and again Vinny helped to make our tour special. He was professional, courteous, and informative. He went above and beyond in helping to make my mother-in laws experience a memorable one (no easy task!). Did I mention my Mother-in law doesn't speak English and yet she was able to still have a wonderful time along with my wife and I. XS also handled our hotel transfers and trip back to airport. I must also mention that XS is the most reasonably priced! Whenever I visit Oahu I will always use XS Limo for all my transportation needs and so should you! Nice clean cars, punctual, professional, reasonably priced, what else can I say? You cant go wrong with XS because they are the best! Ron S. read more
