Elite Town Car Service came through when I needed it the most. I had to make a last minute booking for my family to get to and from the airport. I needed a car seat and large enough vehicle. Driver named John took care of my family. He patiently waited for them, helped them with all the luggage and even helped them unpack at our home. It was a late night arrival, so everyone was tired. But the service was superb. This company is honest and every person we interacted with was kind and understanding. 5-stars plus. If you really want a VIP experience, look no further. Can't thank them enough for taking care of my family. read more

I hired Elite 3x times on 6/8, 6/12 & 6/15 for pickup services from HNL to hotel for my grand daughter and her friends grad vacation, plus trip to Kualoa Ranch, and they came through for being on time plus being so safe & professional. First independent trip for them. I appreciate also communicating with Gary, scheduling each trip no matter what time of day/night I called. Highly recommend Elite and I would use them again anytime over Uber. read more

Amazing!!! 10 stars!!! They were waiting for us, polite, and it was a pleasurable experience!!! This is who you want to book with!!!

I highly recommend Elite Towncar Service by n Honolulu. They were very professional, kind and good to work with. I had a scheduling problem on my end, that was my fault, not theirs, and they worked with me in a positive fashion to help resolve it. Hard to find people that care and do the right thing and they definitely did. Thank you, Elite Towncar Service! I will use them again. read more

Wow, what a fantastic experience. I highly recommend booking this company. We were looking for an island tour that fit our wants. Tony was our driver and he was fantastic. We told him exactly what experiences we were looking for and he nailed it. We went to the Waimea botanical gardens where we saw beautiful vegetation and an amazing waterfall. He also took us to the North Shore, a macadamia nut Farm and several of Hawaii's most beautiful beaches. Thank You Tony for a perfect Hawaiian tour. read more

Elite Town Car Service - Inside limo - Limos Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

By far the best Private Car and Limo service in Honolulu. We use them all the time. From Booking ride to Drop off, always Five Star service.

Owner has terrible customer service. Beware, this company will try to rip you off. Quoted a limo a few days ago, and when I called today for the same limo, they tried to charge me $250 more than the original quote. No thank you, I will take my business somewhere else. read more

Highly recommend Elite. My daughter and I flew into HNL, were greeted by Tony, who was waiting for us at arrivals inside. Professionally dressed with a sign, and Lei's. He was kind, professional, and provided great customer service. After flying 6 hours, so nice to land and not worry how you are going to get to the resort with all your luggage. Escalade was very clean, and perfect climate control. Ask for Tony, he is worth it! He provided lots of good information about the city... read more

Elite Town Car Service - Our driver Tony, and my daughter Molly. - Limos Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Found Elite Town Car Service on Yelp. I could not be any happier with them. They were very responsive, booking process was smooth, and they were able to accommodate us, even though I had called the day before our arrival. We were so happy with them that we then used them for our return to the airport as well. Tony was our driver. He was amazing. Always had a smile on his face, dressed in a black suit and tie, was punctual for both trips, and helped load our luggage in the Escalade for both trips. We got lost at the airport upon our arrival, but Tony couldn't have been any nicer about it. Btw, the Escalade is a newer model (unlike most other cars in Hawaii). Was a very comfortable and smooth ride, and already had the booster and car seats installed in the car for us, which was included at no additional charge. I will use this car service, and will specifically request Tony, each time we are back in Honolulu! I highly recommend! read more

Very good service on time and stress free from my doctors office back to the airport. Nice driver too. Mahalo

I called Elite Town Car Service for a ride from HNL to Waikiki. The team did a great job of communicating pickup instructions. Pickup from outside of baggage claim was seamless. I will happily call Elite Town Car for rides in the future. read more

Fantastic service. Called day of when we were flying over from Kona and was able to get a limo. Was just expecting a sedan or suburban, etc., but instead we were transported in a stretch limo. Driver met us at baggage claim, and we grabbed our bags and he was parked right outside the door. Got in and we're off to Waikiki. They also provided cold bottled water and a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Nice touch! Price was about $20 more than a ride share, and no waiting in line, or waiting for a driver to pick you up. AC was blasting, limo was beautiful and clean and we got where we needed to go FAST. No worrying about...ride share crap--with a stinky car or driver just waiting to give you a bad rating if you ask to have AC on when it's 95* and humid. Elite limo is great and would do it again. Very easy to book over the phone, and no stress fumbling around trying to get a ride share or taxi...or taking the complicated, slow bus ride. read more

John with Elite Town Car was amazing!! They were great communicating with us for pickup and instructions for meeting spot were perfect! Highly recommend! read more

Gary was fantastic. He was punctual, and his texting communications kept all the worry out of our ground transportation needs. Communication with Gary was easy. Prom was at Koolau Ballroom and I thought the price would be outrageous but it was reasonable, especially since we booked week of prom. We got a fixed price for going and pick up. Drivers tip was paid up front prior to pick up. On the morning of prom, the driver called to reconfirm. The driver arrived early but allowed us to take the usual Pre-prom photos without making us feel rushed. After prom, the driver arrived for pick up as arranged and safely brought our children back to us. Thank you Gary and Elite Town Car Service for keeping our children safe! read more

My spouse went to Honolulu for a birthday party for my mother in law. I set a 5 hour tour with Gary. Simple and easy to setup remotely. Perfect service and knew what I needed. Their driver was Brian. I don't know first hand, but the in laws told me Brian was fantastic Will call again when we take another trip to the island. Thanks all! read more

To ensure our safe passage home after celebrating three birthdays with fine wine and an elegant dinner, I chose Elite. Elite offers a flat round trip rate dependent upon your location if you don't need the usual ride around the town. Gary was prompt and especially very patient with me and my party when we decided to partake in a 7-course meal accompanied with wine pairings, which took over 4 hours to complete, nearly 2 hours beyond the initial pick-up time from the restaurant. I kept updating our ETA via text. THANK YOU, GARY!!! I chose Elite Town Car Service later the same week for the same round trip service so my friend and I could fully enjoy the food and libations offered by the stores at the Ala Moana Mall participating in the Passport to Luxury annual event. Again, great service, Gary!!! Gary was very thoughtful and had bottled water for us. If I ever need a driver, I will choose Elite!!! Mahalo Nui Loa for the great service!!! read more

Excellent service we used for our small wedding a month ago. Did research on Yelp for a chauffeur car service for a short ride from church in kaimuki to Ala Moana Hotel. It was for two of us and we didn't want a big limo. Came across Elite Town Car Service's great rating and contacted them. Gary responded quickly providing a quote. Their rate was most reasonable ($50/hour including tax but not driver tip), I decided to go with them and provided credit card info to reserve. Note that another company charges for additional garage time meaning half hour before and half hour after for traveling time, but Elite doesn't do that. On day of service, our driver Brian arrived at hotel on time. He was very nice, professional, pleasant, and the car (a black Chevy Suburban as ordered) was very clean and in good condition. Car has PUC license number on it. Brian was also a very safe and good driver. Got to church on time. Even I told him he could go somewhere to return in an hour, he chose to stay and wait for us. After ceremony he drove us back to hotel on schedule. I highly recommend Elite Town Car Service, with Gary (manager) and his team of professionals for their reasonable price, reliable and excellent customer service. I'll definitely use them again. Don't forget to tip the driver for the service. read more

The car was exactly what we needed. The driver was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Aloha, I've had the pleasure of using Elite Towncar service for several years now. Gary and his team of driver's go above and beyond what is required of them. They wait when they aren't getting paid extra, and never ever complain. I recommend anyone, whether Kama'aina or tourist, to hire Gary. You won't be disappointed. Lynn Calvello-Perez read more

The only company they answered on a Saturday.. The day of a wedding we were in, who happen to be short a limo for the groom. I called in at 10 - Elite Town Car Service had a stocked limo to our hotel by 1pm to save the day. Extraordinary customer service, I highly recommend them!!! read more

Nobody EVER replies to emails sent to the address that's on their website!!! I've sent a query through Yelp two months & got a reply back however the message was worded to the point you could tell they were annoyed at having to reply to me! I sent another email & message through Yelp last Monday to arrange a booking for a wedding & I'm still waiting for a reply! I'm trying to organise this service from overseas so I refuse to call them & pay international phone charges! Sorry, but their communication skills are non-existent! They've lost my business! read more

My job requires me to travel internationally and domestically between 50-75% a year. As a result, reliable transportation to and from the airport is a necessity. I have been using Elite Town Car Service for about a year, and the experience is incredible. The drivers are always professional and courteous, and their vehicles are very clean and well maintained. As an added convenience, the drivers are kind enough to keep my payment information on file, so I never have to worry about settling up when I reach my destination. It may not seem like much, but after flying 12 hours back from London and getting driven back from LAX, it's nice to be able to jump out of the car and immediately head upstairs to get some sleep. Most important, Elite Town Car is reliable! I typically give the drivers 24-48 hours notice before one of my trips, and like clockwork, they are always waiting for me at the designated time. Whether it's outside of my apartment at 6 AM, or at 9 PM at LAX, I can always count on Gary and his team to be there for me. They never once have been late to pick me up, and the value of that cannot be understated. As a busy professional, I have a multitude of things to think about during the week. The last thing I want to worry about is whether or not my ride will be waiting to pick me up at the airport. It really goes a long way. Ultimately, I can't recommend this service enough. If you want professional, courteous, worry-free transportation to your destination, at a reasonable price (I tried a few other services before using Elite-They were all significantly more expensive for runs to both John Wayne and LAX), I would strongly suggest reaching out to Elite Town Car Service. You won't be disappointed, and I'm confident that you'll have the same positive experience that I have been accustomed to over the last 12 months. read more

We have used Elite a couple of times for special occasions and they have been amazing. Prompt, professional, and very kind. We look forward to using them again! read more

This was a very nice experience, even if it was an airport pickup. The gentleman who picked us up was extremely nice and would not allow us to even pick up our luggage, he insisted that he do it. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. I would use this team again. read more

I found Elite Towncar Service on Yelp and based on reviews I thought to give them a try. Gary is very easy to work with and they always accommodate my request. I had few trips very early morning and it was no problem for them. It's a pleasure to work them. Would recommend. read more

Was visting Hawaii this past weekend and needed some transportation around the island for my group and I so we called in to book a reservation. When we got to the airport, we had a black Suburban already there waiting for us. Our driver was Brian who was pretty professional and had a lot of knowledge about Hawaii. We used their services throughout the entire weekend. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of any type of transportation services here. read more

I've never ordered car service before. And I decided to go with elite car service as the car service company for my wedding day. They were so amazing!!!! The customer service was amazing! Everything went as planned on my wedding day. The BMW limo was perfect size for my wedding party. Then after our wedding we had a driver pick us up in their brand new Cadillac Escalade 2016!!!! Extremely pleased I chose Elite Town Car Service. Booking was relatively easy, the prices were competitive, the drivers showed up early to each pickup time, the drivers were very skilled and professional, and the cars were very well maintained. They even let us advance our pickup time on the return trip on short notice, clearly showing they were again on track for an early arrival. Definitely going to be using Elite Town Car for all my future trips. read more

In May, we needed transportation from the airport to Kailua. Gary (the owner) was responsive to both phone calls and emails. Booking was extremely easy. $90 flat rate (plus $20 tip) for one-way may seem a bit steep but we wanted a private car vs a crowded shuttle and a more comfortable ride, and it was worth it. Elite Town Car was on time, friendly and professional. We liked their service so much we also booked them for our transport back to the airport three weeks later. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Perfect! Used Elite for round trip private car service to and from HNL. The driver was friendly, loaded and unloaded our luggage, the Chevy Suburban was clean and cool, and they were always on-time! read more

We (my wife and I) to use Elite Town Car Service after researching information, cost and reviews on airport shuttles, car rentals and hotel parking fees. We felt that the cost of the two of us being transported by vans, to and from the airport, was a significant chunk of change. Renting a car and parking in the hotel also cost quite a bit of money. We chose the $70 each way service of Elite Town Car Service. It was personal, professional and pleasant. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver (Brian) picked us up right on time, we had a quick comfortable ride to the hotel. It was a very nice ride, very professional. The next day, we were picked up 10 minutes late (just a communication problem on both ends) and had the same comfortable, pleasant, quick ride back to the airport. I would recommend these services to anyone. It beats the crowded, multi-stop van rides, and the drivers that are in a hurry...you also don't have to pay $30-40 per night to park a car in the hotel parking. read more

When I moved out from Manhattan to Irvine about 5 months ago, I worried whether I would be able to find a reliable car service in the sprawling Orange County area - I fly every week and I needed to find a driver that would take me safely, comfortably and punctually to and from the airport, twice a week. Luckily, Elite Town Car Service was the first one I tried. For the past 4 months, my driver has never been late to pick me up and has always checked in with me prior to my normal flight schedule to confirm whether I needed a ride. He also does a great job of reading his clients during the commute - he is very engaging and personable when we're having a conversation, but he knows when I need some quiet time to decompress from the long week. He has been very trustworthy and is the only person I would call to drive my wife to the airport when I was out of town. It has been a great experience and I am not looking forward to searching for a new car service, now that Elite Town Car Service is relocating to Hawaii. For anyone living in or traveling to/from Oahu, I recommend you give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!! read more

One of the best drivers we have ever had!!! Definitely recommend him, for airport rides or trips to sporting events.

They accommodated me on one day notice. I was moving here, so I had a whole SUV worth of luggage. My driver was nothing less than amazing. He loaded and unloaded all my luggage and was such a happy, sweet man. I'm keeping this number handy! read more

Leaving our hotel in Honolulu at 4:40 AM for a long series of international flights to Africa, we needed super-reliable airport transportation. Missing the first leg of this journey would have been very expensive. Elite Town Car Service provided prompt, excellent and professional service that resulted in stress free transport. Our driver (Gary) was extremely helpful with our gear, kind and courteous. We ended up calling Elite for several trips after we returned from Europe and we've never been disappointed. Competence, timeliness and aloha? Yes indeed. read more
