My family and I highly recommend this shuttle service. We made our initial transport arrangements to the airport via phone with George. From the get go, he was very professional. George texted us in advance that Brian would pick us up. Brian texted giving his vehicle info and the trip was right on time. We had a party of four with suitcases. Our return arrangements were made via the website online booking. Immediately we received an email confirmation. George came to pick us up but we had a slight delay because we sat in the very back of the plane and were last to exit. George had to wait but sheriffs told him he couldn't sit there and he had to drive around and return. We finally came out and while speaking with him on the phone he was waving at us from afar. With our great trip we actually came back with two more extra large luggages and we were worried it wouldn't all fit. George made it happen and even though we rightfully-so had to pay an extra ten dollars, our return shuttle back was excellent. Fantastic service! I booked with this company for both my airport pick up and drop off. Thomas was my driver when I arrived and he was really communicative - he actually arrived before my plane landed and exchanged texts to let me know where to find him. Very professional. Chris was my driver when I returned to the airport and he was also very communicative. When he worried about traffic he contacted me and recommended an earlier pick up (15 mins earlier than requested) and it was a good recommendation. He ensured I arrived at the airport with plenty of time. Both Thomas and Chris were friendly, professional, and punctual. They both drove minivans and so there was plenty of space for luggage. Booked this private car transfer 1 week before our trip and as promised upon our plane arrival, Thomas texted and called me because they do check what time your flight arrives. Very easy where to meet him and was very professional. Van was clean, I only want to suggest they turn on Hawaiian music during the quite ride to the hotel please! Avoid using the taxi's here at ALL COSTS. Not only was the charge outrageous but the driver was rude and we swear he took a wrong turn on purpose!! As soon as we got in we should've got out, 30 seconds into the drive he yelled "fuck!" And started pushing hella buttons on the meter. Suddenly 30 seconds in, our trip was $11 not including the extra $5 fee and $5% taxes they charge to pick you up at the airport(he forgot to turn the meter on and tried to compensate for the time). Shortly after that he said "fuck" AGAIN and what do you know, he took a wrong turn that added an extra 7 minutes to our drive. We paid $32 for a trip that was LESS THAN TWO MILES AWAY. We tried to reason with him on the price but he started raising his voice and waiving his hands. Couldn't understand exactly what he was saying though because his first language did not seem to be English. Take Uber. Take ANYTHING ELSE. read more

We live on O'ahu and needed a ride to the airport and pick up after our trip. If you want the short answer, don't hesitate to use HAT! Just do it, no need to research further. He even turned around when we forgot to do something before we left. The ride was comfortable, we have 2 kids over 10 and two adults. Everything was very efficient and pleasant. Our trip was a month long, but we ended up having to extend it due to Covid. Chris easily changed our pick up date with no problem. Upon arrival, our driver actually arrived as soon as we touched down. He contacted us and gave us clear directions where to meet him. Here's where the customer service was excellent: United took forever to get our baggage onto the carousel and we had to wait quite awhile. After researching transportation from Honolulu airport to our hotel in Waikiki, we booked Honolulu Airport Transfer for our arrival in Honolulu primarily because of the price and reviews. We didn't want to take the bus as we all had suitcases and were not familiar with the area. When we landed, we already had a text message from our driver who gave us clear instructions on where to go for pickup. There were five of us with one large suitcase each. We were picked up in a minivan that we had to ourselves. The driver helped us with our luggage and gave us great tips and suggestions for our stay. We just came back from Ko Olina after 8 days and highly recommend this company for transportation services! I called a week before to reserve a minivan for 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) from the airport. The driver, Chris, called me when we were at baggage claim and said he would be waiting for us. Once we got our bags, we waited for 5 minutes and Chris came in his black minivan. He quickly got us loaded in and we were at the hotel in 30 minutes. Chris also picked us up for our departure flight and he was so friendly and called me to say he was on his way to the lobby. Great service!! We just came back from Hawaii and utilized Honolulu Airport Transfer for shuttling our family of 3, to and from the resort. We tried to rent a car (and at this time, unless you want to pay $$$, car rentals are hard to come by) We stayed at the Aulani so we really just needed service to and from the airport. Chris was our driver both times. He was early for pick up from the airport. Our flight was cancelled and delayed and he was very understanding and just told us to update him, and he would take care of us. That he did! He also checks on your flight hourly so he already knew our flight was delayed. He would text us with what car he was driving, where his location was and when to expect him. I initially booked with Hele Transportation but the price with Hele and Honolulu Transfer was the same. The main difference is, with Hele you are in a SHARED shuttle with other people. With COVID and Delta right now, I'm not looking forward to being in close proximity to anyone, let alone in the car for a long period of time. Honolulu Transfer was the same price AND it was PRIVATE with just our family in the vehicle. A++ I've already recommended them to our friends traveling to Hawaii soon. I will keep using them when we go Hawaii and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Even after we confirm the ride via email, they will call you before the pick up and drop off and I felt relieved from worrying about if the are really coming for pick up. Driver Chris was very nice and even when we couldn't find the spot where commercial cars can park at the airport, he parked and walked up to us. We had 4 adults and 3 little kids with like 3.5 large suitcase with a stroller and need a drive from to HNL airport to waikiki. It is about $70-$80. We couldn't use uber since we didnt bring car seat. Taxi, too expensive. No way local bus. Option was only shuttle but others were around $100-$120. They were very professional, very kind, polite, and price is great. Dont think of anywhere else. You wont regret! read more
