Driver was supa cool and a safe driver. His van was clean a newer model. Not like some of the buss up taxi's you end up getting when you call Charlie. Price supa reasonable too. $28 flat rate from Kakaako to the Airport. We typically end up paying $36+ from where I live. He even picked up my mom in Salt Lake no extra charge. We chose this company based on the posted reviews. Very happy we did. We had an early morning flight and had to be at the airport by 6am. We also had to pick up family members at a second address. Quite frankly, I was worries that the driver would not show up so early, having read some oher posts for other companies. The driver, Linh was awesome. Our pickup time was 5am but he actually arrived at our house about 20 minutes early and patiently waited for our family to get it together! His Toyota Sienna van was spacious and very clean. We easily fit 5 adults and 6 suitcases with ease. He got us to the airport when we needed and was patient, polite, professional and just a nice person. This was our first time time using a service for an airport pickup in Honolulu - and it was exceptional in all aspects. Very easy to schedule the service in advance by email. Our flight arrived 15 minutes early and our driver Rodney was already waiting. He texted us to let us know he was 3-5 minutes away in the cell phone lot. While we were waiting for our bags Rodney called to check on us. After we got our bags he met us curbside just a couple of minutes later. He loaded up our bags and we were off. Rodney was friendly, engaging, and informative during the drive. We arrived at our destination in Waikiki without delay. I used this shuttle service to get to and from the airport. I have to say they give the most genuine customer service!!! They are really good about staying in communication. They called a couple times to confirm and let me know they were on their way. They try to accommodate everyone as closely to their schedule as possible. LEIGH was my driver when we landed and she was so kind. JOE was a driver returning to the airport and he was great too! Hubby had made reservations for this place to pick us up. Upon arrival, hubby got a voice message that the driver has arrived and told him where to meet up. When we got there, the driver told us that he needed to make a phone call to his office so we patiently stood to the side. After the driver had finished his call, he told my hubby that he was going to get a call from the office. A few seconds later, hubby got a call and was told that another driver will be taking us to the hotel and it'll be a 5 minute wait. Okay, no big deal. While we were waiting, that particular driver decided to take another family instead. We waited between 10-15 minutes before our driver called us and he had parked half a block away. We grabbed our kids and our luggages and hauled it down the block and met up with the driver. As soon as we got in the car, the driver mentioned something about "leis". I was so confused and said, "No, we didn't order any leis." Hubby then told the guy that he ordered the leis and he had already paid for them. The driver then drives us to pick up the leis and then to our hotel. On our way to the hotel, the driver kept looking at his schedule. Half way onto the freeway, we almost got into a car accident because he was trying to move to the left lane while another car was already there. The only positive thing about the ride is that we got to the right hotel. read more

John arrived earlier than scheduled (monday morning) and was kind enough for me to get ready. He picked me up at the century park plaza and safely drove me to the airport. We also picked up two other travelers that were waiting for their cab (30 minutes). Great service! On time and very professional. He cares about the customer than his business.
