We booked a ride to the Airport with this company and OMG Ive ridden in cars that were in Nascar but this guy was out of this world. We sped off to god knows where. He had only two speeds fast and tire screeching stop. It was an older van and an older man driving so we went bouncing around like rubber balls in a square box. Now like the starship enterprise we went into warp factor one, add to that he was on his cell phone arguing with someone while looking like he was about to have a stroke! I kept thinking who had my funeral arrangements. Anyway we did make it in one piece even if we all needed blood pressure medications. If you want a pulse pounding trip to or from the airport these guys fit the bill perfectly. read more

Recently used their services for drop-off and pick-up to/from airport and the driver (Alex) is amazing. On-time and prompt and the van was clean and spacious for our party of 7. To make reservations, I was in contact with Gina via email. And she was very prompt in replying back. Despite the delay for over 6 hours due to the plane mechanical issues, Alex tracked our flight and was there ready to pick us up. Would definitely use their services again in the future. read more

Such an easy process! We used them to pick us up from Aulani and it was super affordable and the driver was friendly and a very good driver and the minivan was clean. Reserving was easy and we absolutely would recommend using King Airport Shuttle to anyone! We will use them again and again! read more

We used King to bring several of us home from the airport. The process was easy, they provided very specific instructions that were easy to follow. The driver arrived on time and was courteous and helpful. We have hesitated using a shuttle for this purpose but will definitely use them again!!! read more

This is the 2nd time we have used King Airport Shuttle. Drivers communicate by text to provide time of pickup at your location--I asked for an earlier pickup and they accommodated. On return, they text instructions as to where we should meet the driver after we collect our luggage--very organized and coordinated! Such a pleasure tovm ride with them! Will definitely use them for future trips. read more

I have used King Airport Shuttle several times for HNL airport drop offs and pickups. They are always on time and communication is excellent. Most recently, our return flight to Honolulu was delayed by two hours, arriving past midnight. The driver was waiting for us and we were picked up as soon as we got our bags. (This the opposite of what happened when our outbound flight was delayed and the transport we pre-arranged in Portland refused to wait and refund our money.) We have had various drivers over the years and they are always courteous and efficient. Highly recommend King Airport Shuttle. read more

We've been using kings for the last four years for our shuttle to and from home when we go on vacation. They are always on time, in fact usually early. Service is always top notch. . read more

Amazing service. The shuttle was clean and spacious. Patrick was a good driver. Also my grandson forgot his headphones on the shuttle and Patrick was nice enough to drop it off to my house. He went above and beyond. I will continue to use kings airport shuttle. read more

Easy to send a request for pickup. Quick response. Prompt pickup at HNL airport with instructions how to meet. Got us back to airport on time.. vehicles clean and safe . Bill & Praba took good care of us. Thank you to Alex too! read more

King Shuttle in Honolulu was excellent! They picked us up right on time, had great communication throughout, and provided outstanding service. Highly recommend for reliable and stress-free transportation. read more

I booked online for pickup at HNL. I followed the instructions to meet outside of baggage claim and to call when I arrived. I left 3 messages before finally getting a call back that the driver was stuck in traffic. Total wait time 1 hour. Unacceptable after a long flight and no communication from the company despite the instructions saying they will monitor your flight arrival. Very disappointed. read more

Easy to book and and they respond to you in a timely manner. Definitely will keep on using them for future shuttle needs.

When my family and I travel, for some reason we never travel light. There will always be a minimum of 1 check in bag per person and a wheelchair for my mother. For the holidays we were travelling to the continent to visit my sister. But trying to find transportation was hard. Checked with Uber, Lyft, and taxis that can accommodate all of us was a logistic nightmare. Did a quick search here on Yelp and found King Airport Shuttle. I admit I was a bit skeptical. Especially when they quoted me a very affordable price for 8 check in bags, 4 carry ons, 4 humans and a wheelchair. It sounded too good to be true. I'm so happy I took the chance. Not only was the pickup at our house early but the vehicle was huge. It was able to fit everything. In fact, we could have added a few more bags and humans. The driver was friendly, professional, and helpful. When we returned, it was easy to find the driver. And received the same great service in a vehicle that accommodated everything. King Airport Shuttle will definitely be my go to transportation. A huge mahalo to King Airport Shuttle! read more

They were waiting for us at the airport and very friendly. And pretty decent rate as well.

Reliable, punctual, and friendly, and that's all you really need in a transportation service. I recommend this company to anybody!

Consistent on time pick up transportation to and from HNL over the years. Easy to arrange, available, and great customer service. Especially with larger groups, their fleet of vehicles can accommodate people and luggage for a competitive price. Based on my experiences, I can recommend them to family and friends when a ride is needed when arriving or departing HNL. read more

We've use their service multiple times and have always been on time. This last trip to Waikiki, our driver Bob was awesome.

We just got back from our trip to Oahu and I wanted to highly recommend King Airport Shuttle for any transportation https://www.kingairportshuttle.com One of the kids' favorite things was all 10 of us driving around in the bus together. We contacted them on a whim to transport us from Aulani to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and they were on time, confirmed the day before and provided great service. On the next day, we had a tour scheduled with another company and they informed us the day before that they would not have the van to accommodate all of us. Seeing as how much the kids loved being together, that was unacceptable and we contacted King Airport Shuttle again to see if they could rescue us, and they did!! The van came on time and provided a cooler of drinks for us. We had an idea of where we wanted to go and the driver, Bob, had the knowledge and insight to guide us on our tour and make any changes needed. The children loved being together and having the driver and it was half the price that we were paying for the other tour. We ended up hiring them for the next three days to take us around and back to the airport on our final day. We were relieved to have reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Our driver opened the door for everyone each time, waited for us at the sites for as long as we wanted, and kept the van cool and comfortable for us. "Bob" was our driver for most of the rides and he was great! While their website seems unassuming and their name implies only "airport shuttle", they are so much more. We are so happy that we came across this company and will look forward to contacting them again in the future when we make it back to Oahu! read more

They were very prompt with their service. All instructions were sent to us via text a day before our arrival. We used them for pick up and drop off and all went great. Highly recommend! read more

We used King Airport Shuttle for our airport drop off and pick up. They were prompt, communicative and extremely professional. Our flight home was delayed two hours and they were there ready for us at the pick up location which was a welcoming sight. There was enough room in the vans for our entire party. The ride was smooth and the drivers were excellent! Mahalo King Airport Shuttle for making our trip to and from the airport seamless and stress free! read more

Perfect service from the time I called in. To when I got picked up at 4:30 am to the airport. S I really enjoyed talking to my driver he was so nice and very friendly and on time actually I asked him if he could come 15 min earlier and he was there! I would definitely use them again! read more

They are officially the shuttle service I'll use every time we visit the island. Used them for the second time to get to and from the airport during our recent visit. The drivers are always on time and more importantly in true aloha spirit very friendly. read more

If you need reliable transportation from your destination to the airport, look no further than King Airport Shuttle. The prices are reasonable and they even offer car seats for young children/babies. Communication is on point with Alex and his team. They will text you all the details of your trip, cost, etc. The vehicles are large and clean and they are helpful with getting your luggage in and out of the vehicle. There was one instance where I had to make an additional stop before going to the airport and with no questions asked, Alex made the accommodation with no additional charge. Not sure if too many shuttles or Uber drivers would do that for you. Highly recommend King Airport Shuttle! read more

I want to thank Alex for and his drivers! I contacted Alex on Saturday 11/9 to arrange a pick up for my daughter with many luggages and tote. Alex was able to accomodate my request. It was a seamless process. We will use his service again on Monday 11/11. Thank you Alex!!! read more

We used King Airport Shuttle for our trip to Oahu and the whole experience was fantastic. They texted a confirmation on the day of our arrival, and the driver was waiting for us at the pickup location. We added on a lei greeting, and our driver had the fresh and beautiful leis ready for us. Our driver Bob was super friendly and even gave us recommendations for some good restaurants to try. Highly recommend them, and will be using them again the next time we visit. read more

We travel with a toddler who requires a car seat, so I usually drop my wife and daughter off at the airport, because Uber's usually refuse to let my daughter ride without a car seat. I then go home to drop the car off and take an Uber back to the airport alone. Not looking forward to our normal tasks, I Googled "Airport Shuttle". King Aiport Shuttle came up at the top of the list. I ask about the vehicle use and how they work. I was surprised to find out that it is for a private ride in a 12 seater van. I actually needed to haul a lot of luggage to the airport. It was a little extra for the luggage, but very competitive prices. I called last minute and they were able to accommodate appointment. We were picked up promptly at our designated time, so don't be late because these guys are prompt and reliable. The entire process was easy and I look forward to booking them again in the future! read more

So we always use them for airport drop offs and pickup when we are traveling for longer then a few days. They are prompt and reliable. Never had an issue. Was so surprised that we had the same driver since we haven't traveled in 2 years They are the best and will highly recommend them read more

The best in business! I've used them for the last 4 trips to Hawaii and will continue to do so ! They were right outside waiting for us! We used the company the past two years we touched down in Honolulu. Easy to communicate with and vans are big and spacious. Will use them again on my next trip to the islands read more

I scheduled the shuttle to pick me up at the Honolulu airport mid-week around 12:30 PM. I called when we got off of the plane and said I would call again when we retrieved our luggage from the baggage claim area. I called and was told 15 minutes, so we went to the pickup area. 20 minutes later, no van. So I called and was told the driver had a delay on the previous customer and it would be 15 minutes. The van finally arrives. On the return trip, I called the day prior to our departure to make sure the van was coming at the agreed upon pickup time. We were at the pickup location in front of our hotel and received a call that the van was 15 minutes late due to traffic. The driver said it would be van with King on the van. We didn't see a van with King on it, however the driver parked and came up to us. No where on the van was King printed or labeled. The price was good, however the service was subpar. I doubt I will use them again and I don't see how I can recommend them. read more

Always early. Great drivers! Great prices! Used this company numerous times without issue!

Reasonable price, clean car, nice driver and efficient services. Booked online, and got quick response from the customer service team.

Super convenient, efficient and on time! Actually a few mins early, so they're great! So glad I found them on yelp! Booked a RT shuttle for my ohana of 6 for a reasonable price that beat everyone else's prices! It's direct in a roomy sprinter van so really, really convenient. The best bang for your inflation buck!! Mahalo King Airport Shuttle. We'll be recommending and using you again. read more

We have used King Airport Shuttle on several occasions and they have always been great. This trip our driver from the airport to Waikiki, Pat was on time and waiting for us after collecting our luggage. Pat was very friendly and loaded all of our luggage. The van was clean inside and out. Our driver from Waikiki to the airport was Bob. Bob sent us a text the morning of departure with his ETA and he was actually a few minutes early. The van was very clean and Bob was great. Bob saw a wreck on the freeway that would slow the trip to the airport so he used an app on his phone to get us around the accident using side roads, we actually got to the airport early. Thanks to King Airport Shuttle for making our trip easier. read more

King Airport Shuttle, YOU are awesome sauce! I had a fabulous experience with this airport shuttle service and would happily use them again in the future! When I booked my flight to Honolulu last year, I learned that ride sharing services are prohibited from picking up passengers from the airport. They can drop you off, but they aren't allowed to pick you up when you arrive. I did some research on popular airport shuttles in the area and many of them had some nightmarish reviews. I came across King Airport Shuttle and decided to use them for my transport from the airport. I called a couple of days in advance to reserve my booking and the gentleman on the phone said that they would send me a text confirmation with instructions. I was able to give them my flight number and they were able to retrieve the flight information immediately. I received the text about an hour or so later with easy to follow instructions about where to stand and about payment details. They charge a $25 flat fee to be transported from the airport to Waikiki. There is a 5% added fee when paying with card and they charge an additional $5 for pick-ups and drop-offs between the hours of 9pm and 5am. My flight was set to land around 9:30 in the evening, but it actually ended up landing earlier than expected. I called the driver to let him know that I had landed, and he told me that he would try his best to arrive earlier than the scheduled 9:30pm pickup time. When I got to the pick-up stop, I waited for about 5 minutes until the shuttle arrived. I didn't get my driver's name, but this guy was a true stand up! He opened and closed to the door for me and put my bags in the car and took them out when I arrived. I know this sounds like it should be common sense but you'd be amazed how many driver's DON'T do this and still expect some kind of astronomical tip! Um... no. But this driver... he was such a joy! He chatted with me during the entire ride and gave me some great suggestions of places to visit while on my trip. The ride seemed so quick and he knew exactly where the hotel was. Overall, a stellar experience and I would recommend King Airport Shuttle to any and everyone! read more
