Sam did a great job coordinating our limo and shuttle services for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch Secret Island on 8/1/21. The drivers were professional and drove us safely. They were also on time, which was great! The limo was clean and looks nice. Would recommend them for sure. read more

First of all I would like to say thank you to Sam and his staff for a fantastic job that they did. From the beginning when we booked our charter to the end when the driver picked us up. The vehicles are very clean, in and out, also we had cold water waiting for us when we arrived. We were met by the driver who was dressed really nice and looked very professional. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the islands. We would definitely recommend this service to all our friends and family. read more

I absolutely loved giving my business to Dukes Limo! They were so professional and had amazing service. I just had a huge wedding and Dukes Limo made sure that our special day would be more memorable. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable, the office was quick to respond back to us, and the car looked awesome inside and outside. I would highly recommend Duke's Limo if you want a unforgettable experience!! read more

BRIDE HERE! I hired Dukes for my wedding this last Saturday 5.25 and they never came to pick up me and my husband at for our grand send off! That's right, they left the newlywed couple stranded at Kualoa Ranch where calling an Uber js basically impossible... not to mention a major part of our wedding got totally screwed. I am absolutely shocked by this so if you're gonna hire them, be careful because you may not have a ride home from your own wedding... read more

I am a Wedding Planner and for my son's birthday, I wanted to rent a limousine to drive us around to deliver cake (since we couldn't do a "drive-by" due to Covid). I came up with this idea with less than 24 hours to go and with my regular contacts either busy or out of business, I reached out to Duke's! Sam helped me to secure exactly what I wanted very quickly and very conveniently via email and text, then his driver Anthony was better than I could have asked for. He showed up EARLY (even for my standards), texted me that he was early and how I could find him...since I told him he was a surprise for my son). Then he was really GREAT at helping us to get to EVERY stop I had on our list (within the time we rented the limo for) and we even had 2 minutes to spare and be able to take pictures in front of it! I will happily send future clients to use Duke's and might hire them again for my older son's birthday! read more

No stars for this company. My family was waiting for the driver for 45 min to attend our loved ones funeral services. I had called them to ask if the driver was on his way. Come to find out the driver forgot. They asked if we could wait 20 more minutes cause he's coming from Waikiki. I told him NO they will go in their own car. Then he asked if we needed for return home. I told home nope and hung up! I work for a mortuary and this is not the first time they have done this. I was skeptical on having a limo but because my family had already paid for one in their plan I thought maybe it will be good. read more

Our last minute decision but BRANDON came through for us! We wanted our guests to be comfortable and safe...that's what they provided for us. Our driver Philip was so attentive and thoughtful. They worked with our budget. We really felt the island hospitality!!! MAHALO. read more

Duke's brought our family wedding party from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch out in Kaneohe and then back. Our wedding planner booked them for us, so we didn't personally interact with them during the booking process, but they were polite and courteous, and they got us there on time. The limousine itself was also very nice - clean and stocked with ice-cold water for us. The only reason I didn't give them a full five stars is because they didn't call me when they got here - we had to wander down to the street and look for them, which is a bit awkward in a wedding gown! read more

Reasonable rates and was on time. Duke was easy to get a hold of and was patient with me. I change my reservation details a few times and Duke was great with the changes. We had complimentary water and the limo was in good condition. Would highly recommend. read more

If you ever find yourself on Oahu and in need of a limo with an excellent driver, then I suggest calling Dukes and requesting Keoki as your driver. Everything was perfect for our drive around the island. We couldn't have asked for more. 6 stars if I could. read more

We arranged three trips between the airport and two hotels and found this company to be responsive to our needs. At first we booked an SUV that turned out to be too small for the 6 of us with 2 small children and 7 bags, and they provided a larger vehicle for the other two trips. Our second trip included a stop at Target to buy groceries for a week. The drivers were on time and courteous. My only complaint is that somehow we got our home phone listed on one trip, so make sure everything is correct on their trip sheets. I would use them again. read more

I worked with Duke's on airport transfers for a corporate incentive. Christian and team were fantastic to work with - organized, diligent, professional, and covered all of the details. Each of their drivers was outstanding. I would recommend Duke's for anyone looking for group or individual transfers. read more

Had dukes for my wedding . I had to call and track down my driver. Who had my number and didn't call or text. The driver going to my wedding was 30 mins late. By the time we got to the venue I was so sick from the hard breaking and terrible driving. read more

We had a great experience using Dukes Limousines for our wedding. From the very first email to the several changes I made along the way Brandon was very accommodating and prompt in replying to my emails. On the day of the wedding the driver was on time and friendly to our guests. The vehicle was clean, luxurious and our guests said they had a comfortable ride to the ceremony and back. I would absolutely recommend using Dukes for your wedding transport. read more

Staff was friendly and easy to get along with. Limo was clean and on time. Overall great experience.

Prices are too high for the services provided! The driver was not helpful and the vehicle was not what we asked for. NOT WORTH IT!

I called for availability and pricing information, the guy on the phone didn't know very much off hand and didnt make me feel very welcome or like they even wanted my buisness. I told them i would call back after i verified some information.. I called back and was asking about a different vehicle and the guy on the phone said, "i just stepped outside and it's windy, can i call you back in a half hour"..?? I just hung up the phone!! I was trying to rent 3 Navigators, this guys SUCKS and just lost there buisness ALOT of money! read more

Never again! It's one thing that we got stalled in Nanakuli, but the owner gave us a credit and left us there. Had we not found a ride, we would have been waiting over 2 hours like that driver did. I would not recommend a ride or a job from them. read more

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!!!! I just got off the phone with the guy and he is charging us 3 1/2hrs and goes into explaining how it takes 45 minutes each way to our location in kailua which equals 1hr 30min then 30 minutes to take us to our destination which is in waimanalo?! Ok whatever... that equals 2 hea total.. i would understand if he put an extra half hour but where the fck did he get a whole hr and a half?! Why put prices on your website if we aren't able to order what's on there.. I wanted the Chrysler 10 passenger, $85/hr, 2hr minimum... which should've came out to 170 + gratuity & tax and he gives me a total of $362, double the fking charge! Going with everyone else's reviews I thought I'd give this service a try for my wedding.. WRONG! This place is dummmmmb! Bad customer service.. should totally change website to rip off non affordable service.. read more

AWESOME company. We wanted to do something special for a work holiday party so we got a few couples together for a limo. This company was the best rate we could find and also offered a military discount. The driver was early and very courteous. The best part was he gave us a complimentary upgrade for our limo. We had such a good time and arrived in style. I would definitely use them again! read more

Great service, nice driver. Prompt, friendly, professional.

We used a company that contracted out to Duke's Limo, so Duke's was our service provider. Duke's service was meh, the drivers weren't very helpful. We ended up with the stretch hummer limo which was nice, but not what we asked for (this was cleared up after they lied to us). They stated the limo we ordered was on another call, but come to find out, the limo that we reserved doesn't even exist in Hawaii. We were dropped off at dinner at Yardhouse on Lewers st. When we called to be picked up, they said they were busy and would pick us up in a party bus instead. Whatever, we're drinking and having a good time. Except the "party bus" was a van...with regular seats. We called to complain, and the company we used said the limo couldn't fit down that street. Although it went down that street to drop us off.... Look, if you want to be picked up from your dinner in a handi-van and driven to a limo you didn't want, Duke's is your limo service to go with. Good luck... read more

Thank you for the great service! They were there early waiting for us and were very professional. I don't think I said a word to the driver and didn't even get a chance to tip them. Sorry. Just so much going on and missed that one. Duke was very accommodating and easy to work with. We went from two limousines to a limo and a bus! Yup a bus to transport our family to and from the ceremony and reception. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you for making everything go smoothly on our special day! read more

Our limo accommodated all of us groomsmen and later, all of our bridesmaids, in comfort, class, and fun! They had no problems at all when we had to bring along all of our wedding cocktail supplies at the last minute too. Accomodating, friendly, and very welcoming, Duke's limo was the perfect way to relax into our big wedding day. Thank you Duke's! read more

I was skeptical at first when booking Duke's Limousine because of the mixed reviews. I can now say that I would recommend their service to anyone in need of transportation. We hired Duke's for our wedding day transportation and received fabulous service. We had a 24 passengers bus to transport our guests to the wedding ceremony location and a 12 passengers limousine for our wedding party. The vehicles were very clean and better than I could have ever expected. I worked with Keid directly when booking and the drivers were on time and professional. Duke's is extremely affordable compared to other services on the island. You can't go wrong hiring them for your transportation needs! read more

I am not disappointed in the customer service I received from start to finish. I am a returning customer to Duke's Limousine Service. There is no reason to switch to another. I am a satisfied customer. Our driver was excellent in customer care. As the beautiful white stretched limo slowly approached, I said to my group...Here your chariot awaits you. Their minds were blown. To me their faces were priceless. Mission accomplished. Our Limo and a great dinner was the complete package to let my workers know they are indeed special people. I rated Duke's Limousine at the highest rate because they made me feel like I mattered with the extension of quality service. Cannot beat that. read more

Duke's was booked for us through our travel agency to pick us up and bring us back to the airport. The drivers both ways were very professional skilled drivers, and the limousines themselves were very comfortable. The drivers were also very timely with their arrival and pick up times. read more

Five Star! On time. Even when we changed locations the day before. 40 minute drive from hotel to wedding beach the drivers knew directions, waited during ceremony and drove us back to our reception. Spotless clean srinter vans. (we used all three) Professional courteous smiling drivers. Easy to work with on line and on the phone. Can't say enough good things about Duke's. They were one wedding detail we DIDN'T have to worry about! read more

So did not have quite the fun nor professional experience promised.. Came to the beautiful island of Oahu to get married. We needed a second limousine for the bridal party so we found dukes.. They had good enough reviews and there cars looked nice.. So I originally reserves the Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take me and my groomsman to the beach for the wedding.. Less them 24 hours from the wedding I get a call that the A/c unit in that particular car was on the fritz so they would happily "upgrade" me to the Mercedes party van.. I looked on there site and it looked amazing, lots of space and a bar area for a fun ride to the wedding.. So I happily agreed to the "upgrade". So at the time of pickup the driver arrives almost 15 min late.. That I could forgive cause traffic in the area is pretty crazy. But finally when a Mercedes van does show up, the driver just pulls to the side And just sits there on his phone.. After waiting another 10 min for the driver to get out he just remains in the van and we have to go tap on the window and ask if he was our driver.. The name on the side of the van was labeled somethings else other then duke's so it was very confusing. So we find out that he is our driver and he never gets out to greet us or open the door.. We Have to get the door and just pile in while the driver sits on his phone. We were looking for the limo experience and the van that they sent was nothing like the photo online. Just 4 rows of seating like any other van.. No bar or drinks, no way to play the radio and no way to use the climate control which the driver left the Ac on full blast and we froze for have the trip.. There were glass cups on board which would give the impression of drinks, but they were next to a big sign that said no liquids in the vehicle.. So what the hell?? After we left the driver never spoke to us once, stayed on his phone and went to the wrong location 3 times even though we kept yelling up that he was at the wrong place.. We tried to call and let them know what we thought of their "upgrade" but they either don't answer there phone or just ask if they can call us back. Needless to say we will never be using there services again.. For all that do be weary of the upgrade. read more

May 6th we engaged Duke's Limousine for an island tour and was provided service beyond expectations. Our chauffeur. Keoki, provided us with interesting, colorful and personal experiences of life on Oahu and made the day so much more of a value. We highly recommend Duke's for quality vehicles, as our Lincoln Navigator was, that was clean and presentable and very professional in every respect. When you want experienced, proven professionals for your family experience use these guys - they will do it right. read more

We live in Las Vegas and used Duke's Limousine to go to a concert at the MGM Grand. The driver was very courteous and showed up early to pick us up. Arranging the ride with their reservations staff was quick and easy. Keid, the general manager, took the time to explain the ride options that fit our needs. The car was shiny and clean. Great service, excellent people, fair rates. I would definitely recommend them anywhere I travel! read more

I honestly don't know why this place has a 4 star average review. I wish I could give this place a 0 star. My husband and I wanted a nice limo to take us to our wedding and we reserved the crysler 300. The day before our wedding they call and tell us the air conditioner broke in that one and that they would upgrade us to a party bus. We were like yeah! Awesome! Do it! The bus that picked they guys up wasn't a party bus but rather a shuttle with dark Windows. No drinks in the van, no complimentary champagne (which usually comes with a limo for a wedding) no music...literally just leather seats and silence. The driver didn't even get out of the car to call his name, they had to walk up to the window and knock on it to get his attention. The driver didn't speak any English and didn't even know where he was going and took them to the wrong location. I'm sorry but for $500 this was a total rip off. I called them to complain and they said they would look into it and call me back in a few but they never called back. This company is ridiculous. Don't book with them. read more

Booked a mini bus for a big wedding party. I reconfirmed the reservation the day before. The guy who answers the phone first of all is not personable at all! Reservation reconfirmed for 2p pickup on the wedding day. Everyone involved planning a wedding on the wedding day is stressful. Well, 1: The driver didn't show up on time, 2: I called the office, he told me to call the driver myself! (REALLY????!!), 3: Driver shows up LATE with a white old looking shuttle bus, talk about added stress when everything on the wedding day is on a schedule, 4: the bus driver thought he was going somewhere other than the church I mentioned when booked and when I asked him if he knew where the church was he said "Oh, I thought it was Queen Emma Summer Palace"? He showed me the reservation and it clearly stated which church and address, REALLY????? On top of that, he was recklass (almost hit a bicyclist), everyone on the bus was unsure of getting to our destination safely. SO DISAPPOINTED! We had a very beautiful wedding, only to ride on a ghetto looking "shuttle" bus. If you book this service, beware of added stress. read more
