No stars for this company. My family was waiting for the driver for 45 min to attend our loved ones funeral services. I had called them to ask if the driver was on his way. Come to find out the driver forgot. They asked if we could wait 20 more minutes cause he's coming from Waikiki. I told him NO they will go in their own car. Our wedding planner booked them for us, so we didn't personally interact with them during the booking process, but they were polite and courteous, and they got us there on time. The limousine itself was also very nice - clean and stocked with ice-cold water for us. The only reason I didn't give them a full five stars is because they didn't call me when they got here - we had to wander down to the street and look for them, which is a bit awkward in a wedding gown! read more

We arranged three trips between the airport and two hotels and found this company to be responsive to our needs. At first we booked an SUV that turned out to be too small for the 6 of us with 2 small children and 7 bags, and they provided a larger vehicle for the other two trips. Our second trip included a stop at Target to buy groceries for a week. The drivers were on time and courteous. My only complaint is that somehow we got our home phone listed on one trip, so make sure everything is correct on their trip sheets. I would use them again. read more

I just got off the phone with the guy and he is charging us 3 1/2hrs and goes into explaining how it takes 45 minutes each way to our location in kailua which equals 1hr 30min then 30 minutes to take us to our destination which is in waimanalo?! Ok whatever... that equals 2 hea total.. i would understand if he put an extra half hour but where the fck did he get a whole hr and a half?! Why put prices on your website if we aren't able to order what's on there.. I wanted the Chrysler 10 passenger, $85/hr, 2hr minimum... which should've came out to 170 + gratuity & tax and he gives me a total of $362, double the fking charge! We used a company that contracted out to Duke's Limo, so Duke's was our service provider. Duke's service was meh, the drivers weren't very helpful. We ended up with the stretch hummer limo which was nice, but not what we asked for (this was cleared up after they lied to us). They stated the limo we ordered was on another call, but come to find out, the limo that we reserved doesn't even exist in Hawaii. We were dropped off at dinner at Yardhouse on Lewers st. When we called to be picked up, they said they were busy and would pick us up in a party bus instead. Whatever, we're drinking and having a good time. Except the "party bus" was a van...with regular seats. We called to complain, and the company we used said the limo couldn't fit down that street. Although it went down that street to drop us off.... Look, if you want to be picked up from your dinner in a handi-van and driven to a limo you didn't want, Duke's is your limo service to go with. Good luck... read more

We hired Duke's for our wedding day transportation and received fabulous service. We had a 24 passengers bus to transport our guests to the wedding ceremony location and a 12 passengers limousine for our wedding party. So did not have quite the fun nor professional experience promised.. Came to the beautiful island of Oahu to get married. We needed a second limousine for the bridal party so we found dukes.. They had good enough reviews and there cars looked nice.. So I originally reserves the Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take me and my groomsman to the beach for the wedding.. Less them 24 hours from the wedding I get a call that the A/c unit in that particular car was on the fritz so they would happily "upgrade" me to the Mercedes party van.. I looked on there site and it looked amazing, lots of space and a bar area for a fun ride to the wedding.. So I happily agreed to the "upgrade". So at the time of pickup the driver arrives almost 15 min late.. That I could forgive cause traffic in the area is pretty crazy. But finally when a Mercedes van does show up, the driver just pulls to the side And just sits there on his phone.. After waiting another 10 min for the driver to get out he just remains in the van and we have to go tap on the window and ask if he was our driver.. The name on the side of the van was labeled somethings else other then duke's so it was very confusing. So we find out that he is our driver and he never gets out to greet us or open the door.. We Have to get the door and just pile in while the driver sits on his phone. We were looking for the limo experience and the van that they sent was nothing like the photo online. Just 4 rows of seating like any other van.. No bar or drinks, no way to play the radio and no way to use the climate control which the driver left the Ac on full blast and we froze for have the trip.. There were glass cups on board which would give the impression of drinks, but they were next to a big sign that said no liquids in the vehicle.. So what the hell?? After we left the driver never spoke to us once, stayed on his phone and went to the wrong location 3 times even though we kept yelling up that he was at the wrong place.. We tried to call and let them know what we thought of their "upgrade" but they either don't answer there phone or just ask if they can call us back. Needless to say we will never be using there services again.. For all that do be weary of the upgrade. read more

My husband and I wanted a nice limo to take us to our wedding and we reserved the crysler 300. The day before our wedding they call and tell us the air conditioner broke in that one and that they would upgrade us to a party bus. We were like yeah! Awesome! Do it! The bus that picked they guys up wasn't a party bus but rather a shuttle with dark Windows. No drinks in the van, no complimentary champagne (which usually comes with a limo for a wedding) no music...literally just leather seats and silence. The driver didn't even get out of the car to call his name, they had to walk up to the window and knock on it to get his attention. The driver didn't speak any English and didn't even know where he was going and took them to the wrong location. I'm sorry but for $500 this was a total rip off. I called them to complain and they said they would look into it and call me back in a few but they never called back. This company is ridiculous. Don't book with them. read more

Booked a mini bus for a big wedding party. I reconfirmed the reservation the day before. The guy who answers the phone first of all is not personable at all! Reservation reconfirmed for 2p pickup on the wedding day. Everyone involved planning a wedding on the wedding day is stressful. Well, 1: The driver didn't show up on time, 2: I called the office, he told me to call the driver myself! (REALLY????!!), 3: Driver shows up LATE with a white old looking shuttle bus, talk about added stress when everything on the wedding day is on a schedule, 4: the bus driver thought he was going somewhere other than the church I mentioned when booked and when I asked him if he knew where the church was he said "Oh, I thought it was Queen Emma Summer Palace"? He showed me the reservation and it clearly stated which church and address, REALLY????? On top of that, he was recklass (almost hit a bicyclist), everyone on the bus was unsure of getting to our destination safely. SO DISAPPOINTED! We had a very beautiful wedding, only to ride on a ghetto looking "shuttle" bus. If you book this service, beware of added stress. read more
