They said their driver was nice, easily identifiable, and helped them with their luggage. Sweet. 2) Our wedding. We hired the Rolls Royce and Jason was our driver. The Rolls arrived on time and Jason was professionally dressed. The Rolls was able to fit me and 2 bridesmaids in the back (I didn't have a big puffy dress, just a fitted trumpet style with little train) and my Maid of Honor in the front. Although it had A/C, my MOH didn't feel much of the air sitting in the front seat and we spent most of the time fanning her to get the air moving. Jason was nice, was easy to talk to a bunch of girls, especially me, who was filled with anxiety and he tried to find the right radio station to calm my nerves. He waited for us during the ceremony, and then drove us all the way back to our reception in downtown Waikiki. All bookings require full upfront payment and a minimum of three hours charged. While we were reluctant to pay for the full fees upfront and did not require the car for three hours, given that we had always dreamed of having a Rolls Royce as part of our wedding, the website stated that it was the only one available on the island and we were promised 5-star service we moved forward. On our wedding day the Rolls Royce was incapable of transporting us to the reception. After several attempts to turn the car on and the car stopping in the middle of an intersection in front of oncoming traffic we requested that the driver turn around. As the car attempted to pull into the ceremony parking lot, it turned off again. We were on a strict time schedule, it was 87 degrees outside and we could not risk being unsafely stranded on a highway. As a result, we incurred further transportation fees and were not able to take photos at Ko'Olina or our reception venue. The next day I requested a full refund from the vendor, however he refused to provide a full refund stating that because we took photos in the parking lot that that carried a $187.50 "photo shoot fee" (a fee which was never discussed prior to entering the contract, within the contract or referenced on the company website). This experience is every bride's nightmare. We expected to receive 5-star transportation services and instead were provided with a faulty car, unprofessional customer service and hit with unreasonable fees. I would highly discourage any customer from booking Rolls Royce transportation services from this company, especially for a day as important as you wedding day - you only get one chance. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews.

We rented the bus for four hours on a Saturday, and he was incredible at staying in touch and being exactly where we needed him throughout the night. He even circled back to multiple stops when a few people realized they'd left phones or purses on the bus. We didn't have a set route; everyone wrote down a bar, and we spun the wheel roulette-style, which made the night even more fun. I contacted Aaron via Yelp and he said that he could accommodate my request for a 24 pax boat from He'eia Kea pier to the Kaneohe sandbar and back for $1100. A rate that we'd regretfully find out was WAY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!! He sent me pictures to my personal email of the boat (Manibuka parked at the Ala Wai boat harbor). It looked decent so we set up a time to look at the boat. My husband and I met Aaron and the boat captain, Kutay Satiroglu on the boat. Kutay requested that we pay a deposit of half the balance ($550) to lock in our date. We paid him via PayPal to lock in our 8/12/18 date back in February. Kutay seemed like a really nice guy at the time and offered to take us out to see the Friday night fireworks when it came closer to our wedding date so we can get to know him a little better and how he handles his boat. We took him up on the offer about a month out to our wedding date and had a great Friday evening. The Saturday before our wedding, Kutay called my husband advising him that he had left Ala Wai boat harbor and that they were on their way to the East side of the island. Then the nightmare happened. Standing at He'eia Kea pier in my wedding dress with 24 of my closest friends and family at 8:30 in the morning, I don't see Kutay's boat. I call him and no answer. I called him about 10 more times with no luck. Apparently, Kutay had boat problems overnight and didn't bother to text my husband until till 8:19 the morning of the wedding when our pick-up time was at 8:30. Furthermore, he didn't even bother to ensure that he got a hold of one of us to advise what happened and just shut his phone off after he sent his text message. We didn't get Kutay's text message till the next day when we went tried to get a hold of him to ask him what happened. My husband called him and Kutay apologized for what happened and explained the situation. As frustrated as we were, we told him that we just wanted our money for the deposit back. He agreed that he would refund us within the next two days. Three weeks later, after we get back from our honeymoon, we still don't see a refund. We text Kutay and he advises that due to the recent hurricane, he took a hit and so now he'll pay us back when he's able to. My patience is completely gone at this point. I text him that this is completely unacceptable and that he needs to refund us immediately. At this point, we are nearly a month after the fact and still have yet to see the refund. As of today, no response from Kutay. I call Aaron, a couple days ago to advise him of the situation. He stated that he knew somewhat of the situation but didn't know the full details. Initially, he agreed that this was a very unfortunate event and that he'd refund the money on his behalf per our phone conversation if it came down to it. He said that he'd first try to get a hold of Kutay to find out what was going on. Aaron texts me back yesterday and says that Kutay told him the same story that I advised and that he would need two more weeks to obtain the funds for repayment. (Mind you, Kutay hasn't responded to any of our text messages). Absolutely unacceptable I tell Aaron. I hold him to his previous offer of paying us back on behalf of Kutay and he proceeds to tell me that the transaction was between Kutay and ourselves and that he merely just introduced us and has nothing to do with the transaction. He states that he was just trying to help us because he's a "kind person". I don't doubt that but that still leaves us with no deposit refund. I would have never found Kutay if Aaron's company, Lux Limo didn't advertise that they do boat charters on their Yelp site. On the other hand, we also rented a mini bus through Aaron for transportation to our reception site and back and that was absolutely excellent. But after the morning fiasco we had, we were just happy that our bus showed up.

Nonetheless, his service was fine, but there is definitely room for improvement and we used another taxi service for our last ride which was a much better experience. We prearranged for Johnny Cab to pick us up at the airport after our flight from OGG to HNL. Unfortunately, our short flight was almost an hour late, and his colleague, Wasa, waited patiently for us until we retrieved all our luggage. His car was on the older side, but Wasa was very patient and an excellent and safe driver. Since our flight arrived so late, it took us around an hour to get to our hotel in Waikiki since we had hit rush hour. Because of this, we of course gave Wasa a very decent tip, but he deserved it due to all the inconveniences our delayed flight created and his professionalism when driving. Because of this, we decided to use Johnny Cab again the next day when we needed a ride from our hotel in Waikiki to our new hotel in Ko Olina. This time we were picked up by Johnny, who graciously came 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick-up time at 1:15pm, per our request. Unfortunately, the things I didn't like so much about Johnny was that he drove a little aggressively, almost tailgating another driver. Albeit this driver was in the fast lane, it wasn't something I expected from someone who drives for a living, and we never said we were in any rush to get to our destination. He also got visibly angry at some jaywalkers. I get it, when I drive and people jaywalk and block my car, I get mad too, but I also don't drive patrons for a living. Finally, we tried to make conversation with him, but the vibe overall was really off. It's hard to explain and maybe our personalities didn't mesh, but it was reason enough where we decided not to use his services again for our final ride. The other tax company we used to take us on our final day from Ko Olina to HNL was much more professional. You can see my review of them as well. When booking with this new taxi company, we received an email and text confirmation right after we booked our appointment. We didn't get any type of confirmation from Johnny Cab. Also, with the other taxi company, we also received a link by text so we can track our driver when he was on our way to us. Finally, the morning we were about to leave (at around 5am - our pick-up time was at 6am), we received a final text confirmation that our driver was coming. He even came 30 minutes early. After using the other taxi service, who charged the exact same price as Johnny Cab, I definitely won't be using Johnny Cab again and would rather use a more established and reputable taxi company. I think Johnny Cab is just a 1 or 2 man show, while the other taxi company has a fleet of over 100 taxis. Maybe we just got a good driver for our other taxi company, but they just seemed more professional overall.
