Using a Go City Oahu Pass, I took the Honolulu and Pearl Harbor tour. Miah, our tour guide, was informative and entertaining, sharing lots of information I had not heard prior to this tour. He was a great balance of lighthearted humor and solemnly genuine regarding the respect our lost service men and women deserve. As soon as we landed in HNL we needed to figure out how to get to the airport. I guess we planned everything except for this lol. During our plane ride, we saw an advertisement for this shuttle that said $10pp shuttle anywhere. We decided to keep the phone number in case we needed to use them. When we landed, we got a quote from the shuttle service that was at the airport and it was about $120 for 4 people which was insane. I got an estimate from Uber and Lyft and since it was busy hours this shuttle ended up being cheaper. We called and they arrived in about 20min and the shuttle got full of people. The driver was nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this one if you don't have many options. Pretty cheap and we didn't need to book. read more

ZERO STARS!!! The worst shuttle place ever. I knew it was a shuttle to pick up others but it was so disorganized. The guy picked us up first. Then his dispatched called and said 2 more. Than called again and said 3 more. And so on. The guy driving didn't know how many people he was picking up. By the time we drove around the airport several times, the shuttle was packed. The guy sitting next to me was soooo close, but not his fault. And then I called for them to pick me up from hotel to airport. I had already prepaid for the shuttle. Ugh, don't do that! Anyways, I asked if was on time. Well. I asked for 0500 pick up. He told me 0530. I asked how many places are we stopping. He RUDELY replied, "this is a shuttle, you ordered a shuttle so we pick up other people at other places!" I asked if we would get to the airport in a timely manner. He again RUDELY replied the same remarks. I'm confident that I would not make it on time to airport. I know I paid for the place. But I took a cab instead. It was a less money!! The cab driver was cool. And I got to airport in a timely manner. I would never recommend Fly Shuttle to anyone visiting this beautiful island of Oahu. It's a crappy start to a vacation. read more

I made a reservation through their website on 18 June for a 14 July pick-up at Honolulu Airport. Upon my return to Honolulu, I wrongly assumed there would be someone standing at the baggage claim area with either my name on a placard and/or calling out my name. I walked outside and did not see a sign for that particular shuttle company on any signs. I then made a call and could barely understand the person that answered the phone. From what little I could understand, it sounded as if they said I needed to go into the parking structure across from the baggage claim area...so I did. After waiting for awhile with no one in sight, I made another call, which then instructed me to stand in the middle median where the rental car shuttles pass by. I waited but did not see a shuttle - not even with a sign on the outside of the vehicle indicating that it was Fly Shuttle & Tours. I then made another call and the person who picked up said they would send another shuttle. I waited, looked around, still nothing. I decided I had had enough and went inside the baggage claim area to see if they had a desk in there - there was no desk or a representative in there. But I did see Speedi Shuttle in there...within minutes I had a reservation and was on my way and I was even dropped off first. After being dropped off and getting settled in, I checked my phone and did not see anyone trying to call me back to see about picking me up. I later sent two E-Mails (15 and 27 July) to Fly Shuttle & Tours to ask for a refund but still haven't heard anything back (and I don't expect to). I must admit, I should have been more careful in asking for instructions since this is the first time I used their company (they were listed on an advertisement on one of my flights back on either Hawaiian or Alaska Airlines). But I have been "spoiled" by the services that were provided by Speedi Shuttle where they actually meet you at the baggage claim area and in some previous cases, also took my luggage to the shuttle for me. I've never had a problem with them and they've always been on time. If you decide to use Fly Shuttle & Tours and plan your reservation through their website, make sure you call them afterwards to clarify everything - especially where they will pick you up at. My wife and I flew to Oahu on Hawaiian Air. On the seat back video screen there was an ad for Fly Shuttle. It was $10 a person to take us to our hotel. The driver was nice and gave us valuable advice. We used them to go to Pearl Harbor. It was $15 a person round trip. I just have to say that they were very professional, and friendly. I would not think twice about using their service again. I am adding to my review. As I read the other reviews there seems to be a very obvious difference between my experience and others. Like i said before, our drivers were very polite, friendly and nothing if not nice and showing the real aloha spirit. My wife and I were very happy. read more

Driver claimed to be at the airport coming around the corner where we were told to wait but it took over 20 minutes for him to get there. Then we sat another 20 minutes in the van waiting for his next pickup. There was no greeting for us but he took the time to stop while in route to the resort and buy the other two passengers leis at a street vender. I seriously would not use this company if you want a stress free arrival and transfer to your hotel. I booked with them through the Hawaiian Airline site...why they sponsor them I do not know. They did not pick us up on time...they were not at the meeting place as stated in booking. They don't pick up their phone. They said they couldn't find us so they left without us...we were right where they told us to be -and I called them as soon as we arrived and had our luggage. We ended up having to wait for a shuttle that was in Waikiki. Today my daughter is using them and she's having the same problem. No phone pick up -impossible to get a hold of them. Something definitely wrong with the running and organization of this company. We cancelled our return trip and used Speedi Shuttle. More professional and showed up on time. I had a very good experience on this shuttle. I called from the baggage claim after seeing the ad in the airline magazine. The pickup was easy and prompt, we made one stop for passengers and one drop off before my hotel. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I tipped her and completely forgot I hadn't paid for the ride yet because I always prebook and prepay online-- I felt terrible!!! She was very understanding even though she had to come get me at check in to collect payment. Promised the pickup at HNL within 5 mins. Landed and called. Told will be there in 5-10mins. Waited for 15 mins and called again. Saying 15 mins bc of traffic. Waited for another 10 mins. Called again and was told another 30 mins. Totally waited for 45-50 mins. Found out that there're passengers from later flights And the drivers said that she was busy unloaded passengers bf coming to HNL to pick up during the time frame that the dispatcher promised. I won't mind waiting if we were told that we had to wait for other passengers so we have the right expectation but the continuous lies and empty promises are very unprofessional and upsetting. this company is referred by Sheraton wakiki. I would recommend this company to everyone! We did a tour of the Island with Carlos as our driver. He was great! Carlos had a lot of knowledge about the island, friendly and humorous. There was not one boring part of the tour or a quiet moment in the bus. He kept all 12 of us entertained the entire time. We were also picked up at many different places and every time our driver was on time. Prices were very reasonable and the bus extremely comfortable. We cannot thank these guys enough for making our holiday so great. Fly Shuttle has both the Mercedes Van and the Ford E-Series van as well. I enjoyed my trips to and from the airport. I rode in the Ford E-series van both times and, to me, I got where I needed to go safe and in a good amount of time. I understand many would want or be happy in a Mercedes van but the most important thing is getting to your destination safe and by the time you need to be there. Please note you may not be the only people they are picking up or dropping off, but they will let you know. Very courteous staff who are aware you want to get where you need to go to have fun or head home. Our tour guide Carlitos(Mario) was awesome, we booked the full day exclusive tour around Oahu. For airport service it's great but don't rely on the tours. They bailed on me the day before the after confirmation I could call as the date came sooner and the tour would include the airport shuttle as well. When I called to book the tour the week of they said it didn't include the airport shuttle anymore even though it's was still on there website. I probably will never use their service again. This was my first time ever to Hawaii; I was there for a weeklong conference for my job. Had scheduled a $20 roundtrip pick up from/to airport to/from hotel a few days before my trip and received a confirmation email and number. When I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel, I offered to pay the whole $20, the driver took $10 explaining that I'd give the other $10 for the return ride, but he then complained about the tip--he wanted more money. I was there on a budget, my state is to reimburse me but it'll take a month; I didn't have much to spare and asking for more money is very rude. Then, on the day I was scheduled to leave/return to the airport, when I called to confirm my ride, they said they didn't have a ride for me under the confirmation number, even though I had previously scheduled it; they were all booked up. I found out later in the day that this had happened to several other people at the same conference as well. We all ended up taking Lyfts, taxis, or Uber's. I plan to visit Hawaii again but I won't be using Fly Shuttle Hawaii; they are unreliable and greedy. read more

I started calling them 25 mins later, but only to get answering machine. 35 mins in I finally reach the agent that claims the driver showed up and couldn't find us. Rode with them twice with mixed experiences. Then, they were over half an hour late for our airport pick up, so had to take a more expensive taxi despite arrangements for a large buffer. We booked the Pearl Harbor and City Tour through this company with our Go Oahu City Card. This was a mistake! Fly City called to verify the tour the evening before we left and then the day of the tour called to say they did not have our tickets to visit the Arizona Memorial. We were able to go to the visitor center and other attractions, but not take the ferry out to the Arizona. The city tour was supposed to include a couple of stops, but it did not. We just drove slowly around in a circle. Finally, I had family members with disabilities who were riding motorized scooters. I called months in advance to verify that they could ride on the tour bus and was told that would be no problem, but when the bus arrived, the driver had no idea and we were barely able to fit the scooters on the bus. It was a complete waste of a tour. Even if you get the Go Oahu card, I recommend booking Pearl Harbor with someone else. read more

We were not clients, we are pedestrians who happen to have seen how HORRIBLE and ARROGANT the DRIVER is, short haired almost balding on the top of his head. We were walking on a crosswalk, when he almost ran us over. We used Fly Shuttle for our return trip to the airport. They were on-time, courteous and very accommodating. There was five of us in our party (4 adults and one child). We had so many bags between the five of us. I think we had about 9 or 10 bags (mostly large size luggage). I was afraid we would have to call for an additional vehicle but the driver was able to fit all of us and our bags the vehicle. We were pick up in a black Cadallac SUV, I believe. It was a very, nice, clean vehicle. The cost was very inexpensive as well. I recommend Fly Shuttle. read more

I am so bummed we used this shuttle. We arrived at Honolulu Airport. Went to the shuttle area, where we found a Fly Shuttle & Tours Representative. He directed my family of 4 to their van at the curb, stating that they could take us to Waikiki. He did NOT mention that we would sit at the curb for 1 hour in order for them to have additional passengers. Our Driver Timmy was pleasant and pointed out many eateries on the way to our condo. I got his card. He said call to schedule a ride back to the airport 24 hrs prior to the time we wanted to be picked up. So I did that. We schedued a 7a.m. pick-up. At 6:45, driver (Not Timmy) called us said he was there and where were we. My 2 kids and I hustled to the curb with our bags. We got there at 5 minutes to 7 6/27/18. As we were coming down the escalator he is looking very perturbed and shaking his head. He starts in with, "I have others to pick up. Is this everyone?" I said "My wife is at the top of the escalator, she'll be right here." I was about to toss our bags in the back of the van that he had opened, when he slams the door, all pissed off and says, "I have to go, I have others to pick up." It is now 6:57 as he drives off. My wife is now standing at the curb, we are in utter disbelief about what has just happened. I am only giving this business a star because of Timmy our driver on the initial ride. What a paradox, we wait an hour in a hot van next to the stinking smoking area at the airport, and get ditched BEFORE our agreed pick up time. Hmmm? read more

Fly Shuttle will be my preferred airport transportation from now on! Warned by the hotel that the cab fare to the Waikiki Marriott from the Honolulu Airport was $45, my wife found Fly Shuttle online, with a fare of only $13 each. Having made a reservation, I was just dialing to notify them that we were ready for pickup, when I their representative found us, there in the baggage area, even though the plane was late! Our "Preferred Time" for our departure was 10:00, and the driver was at the hotel at precisely 10:00! (We were lucky to have the same driver both times, who was friendly and fun to ride with.) They handle all the luggage (tips appreciated, of course) and the ride was in a big, comfortable van/minibus. Definitely the way to go! read more

Like others, I saw this company's ad on my inbound Hawaiian Air flight. $12/trip or $20/round trip, plus tip. I took note of the info as I suspected that the crazy family gathering might be easier if I caught a shuttle back to the airport. I am a born-and-raised Hawaii resident, who recently relocated out of state, back for a family event. I suspected I needed a transfer for the return from hotel to airport. You know how it goes? Sister (before I arrive in Honolulu): Do you need rides? Me: I need a ride from the hotel to the airport. I can get a shuttle. Sister: Nah, I'll check if anyone can drive you. Me: Okay. ...Two days later, I arrive... Me: so did you find out if anyone can take me to the airport? Sister: Uh, can... I guess. I'll check again (lists the 15 adults she has found are too busy--at least they have jobs!)... Oh! Maybe 80-year old Grandma can come from the Windward side, pick you up at the hotel, help you with your bags, and drive you back to the airport? Me: Uh... yeah, NO! Nevah mind, I'll get a shuttle! I called Thai Lai for a pick-up, gave him my flight time and latest time I wanted to be at the airport. He advised me on the pickup time, and he was prompt. He helped me with my luggage (poi is rare and expensive outside of Hawaii!). The van is super clean and comfortable. We headed into Waikiki for one more passenger, who was a no-show. *Wow! Be on time, people, or call to cancel!* He let me know how long he would wait, and checked to be sure I didn't mind. He also got me to the airport on time. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. the driver, Thai Lai, was professional, courteous, and very personable. It was entertaining to talk with him. I got a ride to the airport, and an 80-year old Grandma stayed off the road! I gave him $15 for the fare and tip for the bags, and let him know that I'll definitely recommend Fly Shuttle Hawaii and use them again! read more
