Instead of fighting through taxi/Uber crowds, I get direction to locate the driver at a private parking lot across the arrival hall. The driver is always polite and pleasant. He keeps his car clean. Booking was easy and efficient, we were able to pay online ahead of time, and we booked a stretch limo from the airport to Turtle Bay for about half the cost of the resort recommended car service. I kept it a surprise and my kids were blown away. They felt like fancy pants people in the limo! The day of pick ups, our driver Raymond had great communication and provided bottles of water for everybody. Both rides were smooth and we definitely felt first class!
