    Came in on June 18th evening around 6:45pm to CellSpot about an iPhone 6 issue I think they close…read moreat 7pm. It was stuck at the Apple logo screen for a brief second and then reboots while connected with the charger. I told them about what I was experiencing when trying to turn it on and let them know it's one of my back up phones so it's not urgent and I was okay with them taking their time to find out the solution if it was a battery issue, logic board issue, or software issue. I did go to another phone repair shop at Cypress before and they weren't able to resolve the issue, after checking the battery and diagnosing it, so I thought I give it another try at another local repair shop here at CellSpot in Anaheim. The next evening (June 19th) I checked with them to see what the status was and if they were able to diagnose it. They let me know the progress and status. Although it wasn't quite finished I respected their follow up response and customer service. They let me know after testing the phone on another battery it was still giving issues so they asked permission if I'm okay if the possibility of loosing the data for them to try and reset the firmware/OS, since the volume/power button method didn't work. I was totally fine with it since it was one of my back ups. The next morning (11am) on June 20th they let me know it was resolved, and ready for pick up. The issue wasn't the battery or logic board, it was the software/OS and they were able to reset/reinstall the OS and got it back up and running. My total experience calling in advanced for the quote/service, walking in the store, following up, and final day to pick up the device was overall pretty good. It was busy when I came and when I returned to pick up the device so I know patience was key. The ladies I spoke with on the phone and met in person to drop off the phone and pick it up were good! And of course the phone still works on the latest firmware it can handle! Would repeat for other repairs and the price was fair. Here's the feedback I promised, thank you CellSpot!

I'm actually handy…read morewith these repairs, but I did not have ~3-4 days to wait for the replacement screen to arrive in this scenario. A battery is one thing, but a cracked screen with no haptic on my daily driver phone is a hard stop, so I figured I would give this place and try and see what the price and turnaround time would be... they had my phone ready in an hours time, and at a price that was more than fair for their time, expertise, and simply having the part ready and on-hand for installation. I hope to not find myself in this situation again anytime soon, but if I do CPR Cypress will certainly be my first stop! :)

He ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and found that one of my front camera lenses was broken (not found) AND that my battery's capacity is only at 65%. Did he tell me about this? No. I didn't find out until yesterday when I had to pay for a new battery. If Mohammad would've told me about the diagnosis my insurance would've replaced my iPhone with a newer one! But instead, he decided not to say anything. He just replaced my broken screen and sent me on my way; KNOWING that I was about to cancel my insurance. I'm so mad. Do you think they will fix it if I call?

I purchased a hotspot device from this store, trusting the staff to set me up with something that would actually work at my home address. Instead, they knowingly used a different address in their system just to qualify the sale -- even though they were fully aware the service would NOT work where I live. From day one, the internet barely worked. I went back multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue was my plan -- that I needed to upgrade for better speeds. I trusted their guidance and ended up paying more and more over the course of October, November, and December. I even upgraded to their highest plan, thinking it would finally fix the issue. It never did. They had me moving the device all over my apartment, troubleshooting, and basically making me believe the problem was on my end -- when in reality, they knew from the beginning that the service was not compatible with my location. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told that multiple customers had complained about the exact same situation at this store. That says everything. I returned to the store to resolve it, but the manager has avoided me for months. Calls were not returned. Messages were ignored. I was even given an email address that led nowhere. After spending around $300 on equipment and service that never worked, I was offered absolutely nothing -- no refund, no accountability, nothing. This is not just poor customer service -- this feels intentionally deceptive. Selling a product you know will not work at a customer's address, then pushing upgrades to take more money, is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this location double-check EVERYTHING and be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I would not trust this store to give honest or accurate information. Very disappointing experience.
