    Spectrum is a joke. Wont compensate for days without service. Paid for 400mb and we got maybe 25mb.

I met for my first time Michael Gable who is a very young and super smart T-Mobile employee. My phone had started to have strange commercials and people's voices appearing on my phone without me touching for anything. Michael was so good as he used a lot of his time to work through my phone and eliminated some apps on my phone. He also made my phone start working a lot better. I was a teacher for 35 years and when I see a very nice and very smart employee as young as Michael is, it really makes me feel good. T-Mobile is very lucky to have Michael as one of their employees.

Today was a long day at this location but all my issues were taken care of. The thing was I went to this location for the first time to to see for myself because if you call 611 customer care and you try to figure it out yourself, you will get very frustrated. So I decided to go to this store front and call customer care from there. That way I can be assisted from both side. It seems like the store front and customer care are like two different companies. So anyway, I met Tina and Mike who were the reps in the store. They were so awesome. Tina was the quarterback and Mike was the reciever. The service was excellent. They were so patient and understanding and took their time helping me with my several issues. The place was busy but they were still attentive to me. They really knew their sh*t. Another person I want to appreciate was Carmen from customer care..she was the operator on the phone. Even though they don't know each other, they worked so well together tag teaming me with great service in a good way lol. If you are a veteran, you can get a discount on your phone plan! Thank you both for your patience. I was there for almost 3 hours! Thank you again Tina and Mike!

    EXTREMELY PRIMITIVE, SUB-PAR PRODUCT! This is coming from a former employee so listen close. I left…read moreCharter in 2007 in good standing and hold no grudges. With all due respect to the many fine professionals this company employs. The facts are as follows: 1- The boxes are the exact same equipment that I installed & serviced in 2007 and NO ADVANCEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. 2- The interactive so called features are feeble & pathetic. 3- YES the DVR still incorporates a "copy to VCR" function. The recording space is roughly one third of that offered by Direct TV and Verizon for example. 4- The WIFI is unreliable as well. 5- Ironically Charter is only a few bucks cheaper than their competitors while their product is years behind. 6- AND last but not least Charter does not even offer NBA TV, LEAGUE PASS OR ANY SPORTS PACKAGES WHATSOEVER. SPECTRUM? Don't make me laugh. You could at least give your customers the option! What a shame Charter Communications. You have a lot of nerve. No wonder you have so many 1 star reviews.     I live in West Covina and I am very interested in our city government. Thankfully channel 3 carries…read morethe council meetings. That was until we turned in spectrum recorder. Spectrum says because we don't have that (saving us $15 a month) we get the feed from Norwalk and because of this we get Norwalk as our local station. What sense does that make. Their response was basically if you want local West Covina because that's where you live get the box back and you can access your city's feed. So pretty much screw you customers, we don't care. With all the technology there is and with all the money spectrum gets from its customers you mean to tell me there is no way to provide this basic service to customers.
