We started with the beets which were light and citrusy. The crackers with them were crispy and paired perfectly. We also had the carrot bread grilled cheese, which was so unique! The fried fish collars were cooked super well and perfectly salted. We also got the bratwurst which were nicely charred with some yummy, mustardy potatoes. Our favorite dish was actually dessert! It was a delicious red velvet brownie that was super decadent but perfectly balanced with the filling. Definitely don't skip the dessert menu! Overall, it was a great experience. For the main I went with bacon cheeseburger and I don't know just how to articulate how much of a comfort burger this is but boy oh boy it was a great diner style burger! I was especially convinced to go when I did because they had a deal going on for Central Falls restaurant week which was too good to pass up: 6 burgers with a small fry for $12. I took two friends with me to help me finish all the food. We added lettuce, cheese and mayo to the burgers for $1 each upcharge. We also ordered a homemade lemonade each. They have about eight flavors to choose from but we went with strawberry, pineapple, and passion fruit. The food came out quick. The patties were a little bland in color, but the flavor was there. I wish they had toasted the buns. We requested the fries to be made dirty which meant sprinkled herbs which I think helped with adding flavor. Their fries are on the thicker side which I am not the biggest fan of but they still tasted good. I ordered a chili dog but I sort of regretted it singe it was messy and I felt like there was too much going on. Our server was very kind and patient with as (we were asking for lots of requests). They have a parking lot which makes it so much easier to dine in.

They serve light lunch and dinner fare including sandwich/burger plates, salads, soup/chowder, appetizers, loaded spuds, specials, plus fish & chips and baked cod on Fridays & Saturdays. They also serve breakfast on the weekends. The bar offers a few beers on tap and cans and mixed drinks. There is seating around the bar, table seating and booths overlooking the golf course. I took a seat up at the bar and started out with water, which was a bottle of Poland Spring ($1.50) served with a glass of ice. I ordered the Fish & Chips ($14.99 plus tax) which took about 22 minutes to come out. The plate was comprised of a large crispy deep fried beer battered cod filet, standard fries, tartar sauce, and a cup of sweet coke slaw (wet texture), malt vinegar and ketchup bottles brought over. The food was a bit greasy, but it tasted just fine. After I was done, I requested the check which was $17.69 with tax and before tip. Overall, a good filling lunch and adequate bar service.

I was glad they did not add too much arugula since it can get bitter. The ciabatta was a good choice of bread for this sandwich, and it came lightly toasted. I did not taste much of the garlic. The fries were good. They were like regular fries, but with some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and a parmesan dipping sauce. I also ordered some secret sauce for my fries because I went down a Reddit rabbit hole and was compelled to try it. I was not impressed and it indeed tasted a lot like ketchup and mayo, with maybe a couple other things. We stayed for the full match including overtime.
