I highly highly recommend this salon!! I've never been here I came after 9 am and they sat me in less than 5 minutes! the ladies there are super nice friendly and so awesome! I was so impressed with how clean and how both girls took their time doing my pedi and full set! I paid $55 for a refill and for them to shape my nail almond. I left with my nails looking sloppy. I specifically asked for milky white, which I've gotten from them before, but they didn't even try to mix it or find the right shade. Instead, they kept pushing the sample nail colors for me to pick from, which was frustrating. The pedicure is also not consistent. I paid for a more expensive service expecting better quality, but the massage was short and nothing special. Last time I chose the cheapest package and the massage was actually better and longer than what I got today. For the price I paid, the experience and quality just didn't match. Lynn was amazing! She gave me the best customer service and was so sweet the entire time. I came in close to closing and they still took me in with no problem, which I really appreciated. The service was fast but super detailed--my nails came out BEAUTIFUL! Lynn even added a free nail bow for my graduation, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The vibe of the salon was perfect for a spa experience--relaxing, clean, and they even had calming spa music playing, which made it feel so nice and peaceful. I have been coming here for pedicures for a couple of months now and I'm always very happy with my results! The staff is all very thorough in their work and friendly, always making sure to listen to what you are wanting to get done and executing it beautifully. This time around I also decided to get a manicure and I was so impressed with how well my nail tech was able to tie my ideas together to give me exactly what I was envisioning, a very clean natural look. I had a very disappointing experience at Sparkle Nails. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. One of the staff members was rude and dismissive when I was trying to choose the nail style and color I wanted. Instead of listening to my preferences, I felt pressured and rushed into options I wasn't interested in. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and allowed to make my own choices. First time and loved the experience! Had a pedicure by David and a manicure at seat #7. All nail techs are friendly and thorough. There are more thsn 5 individuals working (probably about 10), so they are able to take their time, and chat with you, without their being a long wait. During the mani and pedi the nail techs checked to make sure I liked the shape, length and color. The salon is very clean, organized and appealing. I had such a great experience with Lynn! I was a little nervous since it was my first time at the salon (I'm from Sacramento), but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was so gentle, kind, and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She did my pedicure and it turned out amazing clean, smooth, and exactly how I wanted it. My nails lasted me 4 weeks and that's huge for someone who nails only last tops 1 or 2 weeks. The service is great they also work with my mom she has very paper thin nails and is always nervous to get them done they were patience and helpful in finding how they can do her nails correctly .
