Im a big believer in second chances but 2/3 times visiting this salon I've left with bad pedicures and this one was the worst and will be the final one. The manicure was absolutely beautiful and the flower design was perfect and matched from one hand to the next. The man who did my pedi cut 2 of my toe nails crooked and could not make the same flower on either toe and I asked him to redo it a second time. Still unsatisfied I asked for him to stop, without getting a massage or the hot rock treatment they do, nor any lotion. When I went to pay he tried to charge me $52 for the pedicure. I asked to speak with someone and showed her my uneven and crooked toe nails and that the designs weren't the same after 2 tries. She wanted me to have him redo it for a 3rd time! I denied. They took off $7 for the bad flower design. For $87 I would give my money and time to another salon. read more

I was recommended here but regret it. The minute I arrived, the ladies gave me a rude vibe. They acted like I was suppose to know what the rules are about getting a full acrylic set for my daughter. I honestly haven't been in a nail salon for a couple of years. The lady who was doing my daughter seemed like she wasn't gentle with the whole process. As for me when I was getting mine done, it felt rushed and not fully done. My nails look like they need a refill already. I just got them done this past Friday. Where can I start? I had never been to Sparkle Nails before because I have always went to Serenity Nails in Modesto because of course my nail tech who I believe is the best had been there. When Vincent moved locations, I must admit I was sad because Serenity Nails was close to my home but let's just be honest, wherever Vincent goes, I will go because it doesn't get any better than him. He is very skilled at what he does, takes pride in his work, and never ceases to amaze me. I have seen my fair share of nail techs and Vincent is a Gem, a Godsend to say the least. It is hard to find people that love and value what they do and with Vincent he really puts all of his clients first. I am so glad he found a new home within Sparkle Nails because his talent was just too big for his last location and the plus side to it all is Sparkle Nails is very updated, clean, and inviting. And our nails look like shit. They cut our hands with the files and drills and charged us more for coffin shape, they were all rude! It was a disaster! Definitely will not be going back. If you go, ask for Vincent, if you want your nails done! Vincent is a great guy and aside from being great. He does a phenomenal job on your nails. He's been doing my nails for a few months now and let me tell you my nails do not lift I don't go crazy long, but they look natural and I always get compliments. One of my pet peeves about acrylic nails is that when they start growing out the lifting on your nail beds get caught in your hair that does not happen with Vincent work! I am very satisfied with his work, and I highly recommend him. He also can carry a conversation so it's nice to go in and not only sit there, but talk as well. read more

After coming here for at least six months I feel like I can give a proper review. I only come in for pedicures, so I can't speak to any other service, but the consistency of pedicure received varies greatly. When cutting the cuticles and trimming your nails, they don't always file your nails properly so they are rough. The last three times I have gone they have dug too deep into the side side of the nail and the toe skin and it has caused blood and after my service earlier this week, there is swelling and a dark spot of skin on one of my toes where they went too deep. I am pretty sure it is infected now. You don't receive a leg or foot massage that's proper. All they do is circle their hands around your shins really fast and they won't even rub your feet. There are two particular ladies that are just overall really rough with your feet and it hurts. I really love that it is very close to my house and it's convenient for me to go to, but because the service performed is very inconsistent and now it's starting to hurt I may not go back. read more

If not several months This pedicure, that I paid $70 for has not lasted even a month is now chipping and peeling off my nails.The edges of my nails are rough and my feet are not feeling any better.
