An amazing venue

This was just a delightful place to enjoy some lunch and a meeting with friends. We came here for an official Kiwanis meeting and it was just the perfect place. Very centrally located in town, we drove and parked with no problem. Being that this building is an old warehouse, there was plenty of parking and room inside. I just loved all the old pictures and nostalgia items throughout. Our dining area was very large and easily accommodated everyone very easily. There was enough space for a check-in and raffles. We conducted our meeting and proceeded on to lunch. I was surprised that there was only one server but she did a great job with our group. We all received our drinks in a very timely basis and all the main meals came out together and were served. Isn't this the way it's always supposed to happen? I had the cannelloni while my wife had a grilled chicken salad. All of the above was tasty-fresh and perfect temperature. This is definitely a fun place to come. They do a great job of welcoming you and helping you enjoy your time here. Food and service was wonderful. KUDOS's to the team at Spaghetti Warehouse.

It was hard to find this place, and once we did find the entrance down the sloped driveway, we found that there is an actual parking lot that was empty because everyone else like us thought the only lot was the street level one that was full, and parked on the street. See my photo for where to pull in to park. The atmosphere when we went in was questionable with a girls seating us who did not look like she wanted to be there, and a very confusing blend of decor of industrial factory and intricate stained glass and trolley car in the middle of the restaurant where families with kids were seated. But then things turned around when we had a nice waitress and the bread was delicious with a garlic herb butter. The eggplant parmesan was nice and crispy on the outside with a large portion of spaghetti. And the chicken riggies are labeled spicy and do have a nice little kick to them. It's not a fancy restaurant and is a good place to bring a family. They were not that busy and it's nice to have a place where you can stay and talk and not feel rushed, and still have good food at reasonable prices.

DONT DINE HERE. If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would. However the 1 star is for the server who was working her butt off to accommodate my group Restaurant: as soon as you walk in you'll be hit with a very rancid smell- think dirty wet dogs who shook the water off & it seeped into a carpet that has not been changed in over a decade. The layout of the restaurant is cute- there is a train inside which you can dine in. My friend said he dined here years ago & the place has gone down hill since then. I didn't need to hear it has gone down hill, you can literally see & smell it By the bathrooms were FILTHY, I attempted to walk in but was hit with another very rancid smell & based on all the toilet paper that was by the entrance- I did not even bother to enter Unfortunately I was visiting from NYC & most of the restaurants in Syracuse were unable to accommodate a large group for early dinner so we got stuck with the Spaghetti Warehouse. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo and my friend got the scampi. We had to literally drown it with salt, pepper & cheese to add flavor. The food was so bland I almost thought I had Covid & it took away my taste buds but no, that was not the case If you think this review has a silver lining- it does not. I ordered a glass of Chianti to pair with what I thought would be a good spicy seafood meal. I took a sip- it tasted old, as if they just opened the bottle & never recorked it. I looked into the glass & Low & behold there was a FLY in the glass of wine. & not only was there a FLY, it was a LIVING FLY, it was swimming around in my wine. We immediately got the check & informed the server Super disappointed, this was my last dinner in Syracuse & it was not even enjoyable. I would NOT recommend this place. If you care about health and safety I would recommend shutting this place down, gut it then rebuild it with new ownership/management team.

We arrived late on a Thursday evening and place was virtually empty. our wedding soup was subpar and just didn't seem to be like regular wedding soup. we ordered the manicotti and an order of spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parm. The manicotti was undercooked and flavorless, the chicken park tasted like they pulled a frozen chicken tender out of the freezer and microwaved it, and my spaghetti and meatballs never made it to the table. When the waitress was serving us, the spaghetti ended up face down on the floor. They offered to put a new order in but at that point it was too late. We had almost finished, and the waitress was using a sweeper and cleaning the floor. she came to clear the plates when we were finished, and she came over with the vacuum!! why would you bring the vacuum? Then when she went to clear the dishes, she had the vacuum with one hand and picked up the other dishes, and once again they started to fall. This time I was able to catch the dishes for her. I was done at this point. she did point out that they "comped" the spaghetti dish. really?

I went their over the holiday weekend since it's been years since we last ate there. The place hasn't changed a bit! It still has the train car inside which was always fun to eat in. The place was very understaffed but those working were really hardworking and managed to pull everything off! The food was okay as far as pasta goes. The portion sizes are quite large and I enjoyed the ravioli. I tried a couple bites of the fettuccine alfredo but the sauce was lacking a bit of flavor sadly. Hopefully once they can increase their staff the quality will go up!

Stopped here to support local businesses with my wife while we are in the area. Friendly staff and good food. We ate around 7pm and the restaurant seemed a little light of customers and the food was really good. I had the chicken riggies and my wife had chicken and broccoli Alfredo. We both had a bit leftover to have for lunch tomorrow.

Our waitress was okay. Now the dinner. We ordered the beet salad which is one of our favorites. It did not disappoint -note that it's seasonal though. For the entrees, we got the chicken parmigiana pasta and the shrimp bolognese pasta. I was debating between that and the shrimp fra diavolo but the latter was out so my choice was decided XD . It is an upscale little spot that feels cozy and comfortable and is perfect for a date night. It can get a little loud on the weekends, but that just comes with how popular it is. My boyfriend and I love coming here every time we visit our hometown. We usually sit at the bar and always end up making friends with the bartenders pretty quickly. The energy is just right. We ordered appetizers and pizza and as always it did not disappoint. We are big fans of the Calabrian pizza. It is so good, especially with the hot honey on top. The balance of flavors is perfect. This time we also tried the special which had shiitake mushrooms, ricotta, a fried egg, and cheese. Overall it was pretty good. He enjoyed it more than I did, but it was still worth trying. The service here is always fantastic and the ambience is really dope. You can come here for a date night or bring the family. They have music playing in the background and while it can get loud at times, I think that just adds to the vibe of the place. I have been coming here for years and I genuinely think everyone should try it. One of my patients actually recommended this spot to me years ago and told me it reminded her of pizza from Italy. Ever since then it has been a favorite of mine.

A little advice, try to make reservations before 7 PM because the restaurant gets very crowded later in the evening. The complimentary focaccia bread was absolutely delicious : soft, fresh, and full of flavor. We shared the mozzarella triangles as an appetizer, which were excellent. For my entrée, I ordered the pecan-crusted salmon salad and it was amazing. My lady bug had the ravioli, and so did snore bug , both really enjoyed it. Our waiter was outstanding: bubbly, attentive, and made the whole dinner even more enjoyable. The ambiance was vibrant and lively, perfect for celebrating after graduation weekend. Another plus is that the restaurant offers complimentary parking with several parking lots available nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and would definitely come back!

I do recommend going to an earlier dinner there, as it gets very busy after 6:30. The service was lovely, very timely and I never felt rushed. Our server was very informative about the menu and answered every question I had. After ordering drinks our server let us place our appetizer order and informed us that after we were done with the app, they would start dinner for us. We got the bang bang calamari as an appetizer. Cooked beautifully. The calamari was not rubbery and the breading was crispy. Well seasoned and not overly spicy. Soups and salads were brought promptly after the appetizer. We never had a crowded table, very lovely service. I got the side Cesar salad and my partner got the Italian wedding soup. The salad wasn't a plain Cesar salad, it came with red peppers and olives. The soup was hot and tasted lovely. We used the bread that came with a tomato sauce in the soup as well, good combo. For dinner I enjoyed a filet mignon topped with garlic butter, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and added 3 scallops. The filet was cooked perfectly! Very tender and melted in my mouth. Scallops were cooked beautifully as well. Everything was seasoned to perfection. For dessert we enjoyed the chocolate lava cake topped with a raspberry ice cream and chocolate drizzle. The chocolate lava cake wasn't very lava-y however, that didn't ruin my experience. I was weary of the raspberry ice cream, as I usually don't get a fruity ice cream. But it was very pleasant, the raspberry wasn't overwhelming and complemented the chocolate cake. Highly recommend Francesca's always! And I'm excited for the summer when they open outdoor dining again. All in all, I enjoyed my time. But I must add this restaurant is priceyyy. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Then, For appetizers, the arancini, the polpette, the crab crostini, and the trapanese pizza. The Arancini were good, very cheesy. The trapanese pizza was phenomenal - thin, crispy, cheesy. For entrees, with whatever room we had left, we tried the bolognese and the zozzona. Bolognese was good but the zozzona was great.
