An amazing venue
Joel H.

This was just a delightful place to enjoy some lunch and a meeting with friends. We came here for an official Kiwanis meeting and it was just the perfect place. Very centrally located in town, we drove and parked with no problem. Being that this building is an old warehouse, there was plenty of parking and room inside. I just loved all the old pictures and nostalgia items throughout. Our dining area was very large and easily accommodated everyone very easily. There was enough space for a check-in and raffles. We conducted our meeting and proceeded on to lunch. I was surprised that there was only one server but she did a great job with our group. We all received our drinks in a very timely basis and all the main meals came out together and were served. Isn't this the way it's always supposed to happen? I had the cannelloni while my wife had a grilled chicken salad. All of the above was tasty-fresh and perfect temperature. This is definitely a fun place to come. They do a great job of welcoming you and helping you enjoy your time here. Food and service was wonderful. KUDOS's to the team at Spaghetti Warehouse.

Park and enter down here

It was hard to find this place, and once we did find the entrance down the sloped driveway, we found that there is an actual parking lot that was empty because everyone else like us thought the only lot was the street level one that was full, and parked on the street. See my photo for where to pull in to park. The atmosphere when we went in was questionable with a girls seating us who did not look like she wanted to be there, and a very confusing blend of decor of industrial factory and intricate stained glass and trolley car in the middle of the restaurant where families with kids were seated. But then things turned around when we had a nice waitress and the bread was delicious with a garlic herb butter. The eggplant parmesan was nice and crispy on the outside with a large portion of spaghetti. And the chicken riggies are labeled spicy and do have a nice little kick to them. It's not a fancy restaurant and is a good place to bring a family. They were not that busy and it's nice to have a place where you can stay and talk and not feel rushed, and still have good food at reasonable prices.

DONT DINE HERE. If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would. However the 1 star is for the server who was working her butt off to accommodate my group Restaurant: as soon as you walk in you'll be hit with a very rancid smell- think dirty wet dogs who shook the water off & it seeped into a carpet that has not been changed in over a decade. The layout of the restaurant is cute- there is a train inside which you can dine in. My friend said he dined here years ago & the place has gone down hill since then. I didn't need to hear it has gone down hill, you can literally see & smell it By the bathrooms were FILTHY, I attempted to walk in but was hit with another very rancid smell & based on all the toilet paper that was by the entrance- I did not even bother to enter Unfortunately I was visiting from NYC & most of the restaurants in Syracuse were unable to accommodate a large group for early dinner so we got stuck with the Spaghetti Warehouse. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo and my friend got the scampi. We had to literally drown it with salt, pepper & cheese to add flavor. The food was so bland I almost thought I had Covid & it took away my taste buds but no, that was not the case If you think this review has a silver lining- it does not. I ordered a glass of Chianti to pair with what I thought would be a good spicy seafood meal. I took a sip- it tasted old, as if they just opened the bottle & never recorked it. I looked into the glass & Low & behold there was a FLY in the glass of wine. & not only was there a FLY, it was a LIVING FLY, it was swimming around in my wine. We immediately got the check & informed the server Super disappointed, this was my last dinner in Syracuse & it was not even enjoyable. I would NOT recommend this place. If you care about health and safety I would recommend shutting this place down, gut it then rebuild it with new ownership/management team.

We arrived late on a Thursday evening and place was virtually empty. our wedding soup was subpar and just didn't seem to be like regular wedding soup. we ordered the manicotti and an order of spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parm. The manicotti was undercooked and flavorless, the chicken park tasted like they pulled a frozen chicken tender out of the freezer and microwaved it, and my spaghetti and meatballs never made it to the table. When the waitress was serving us, the spaghetti ended up face down on the floor. They offered to put a new order in but at that point it was too late. We had almost finished, and the waitress was using a sweeper and cleaning the floor. she came to clear the plates when we were finished, and she came over with the vacuum!! why would you bring the vacuum? Then when she went to clear the dishes, she had the vacuum with one hand and picked up the other dishes, and once again they started to fall. This time I was able to catch the dishes for her. I was done at this point. she did point out that they "comped" the spaghetti dish. really?

I went their over the holiday weekend since it's been years since we last ate there. The place hasn't changed a bit! It still has the train car inside which was always fun to eat in. The place was very understaffed but those working were really hardworking and managed to pull everything off! The food was okay as far as pasta goes. The portion sizes are quite large and I enjoyed the ravioli. I tried a couple bites of the fettuccine alfredo but the sauce was lacking a bit of flavor sadly. Hopefully once they can increase their staff the quality will go up!

The ambiance a little dark but we had a great server. She was attentive and gave us recommendations on food selections

Service and Food were great, we ordered so many things to try. They brought out bread with a "long…read morehot" butter to start. Then, For appetizers, the arancini, the polpette, the crab crostini, and the trapanese pizza. The Arancini were good, very cheesy. I loved the polpette - the meatballs had almost a crispy exterior, mix in the ricotta and they were excellent. The crab crostini special was just okay, not too special. The trapanese pizza was phenomenal - thin, crispy, cheesy. For entrees, with whatever room we had left, we tried the bolognese and the zozzona. Bolognese was good but the zozzona was great. The sauce was good and the sausage was very tasty. Wrapped it all up with an affogato. Would recommend!

Tables were well spaced so you didn't feel crowded and could enjoy conversation without overhearing other tables. Got the meatballs and the special appetizer which I can't remember the name of but was ok not as good as it sounded. Ordered and enjoyed the Zozzona and Bolognese. Both were very good and portions were large. I think if you got one of each and mixed them together and served it would be an incredible dish. Of the two I preferred the Zozzona because of the sweet sausage. My dining partner enjoyed and finished the Bolognese. Good experience and flavorful food... But I still prefer an other Italian restaurant in Liverpool.

The food was delicious, and so much to choose from! We had the Arancini balls to start, and they were delicious. We both tried the soups, and I adored the micro grilled cheese that topped the tomato bisque - SUCH a cute garnish! We recommend you get your steak "Jimmy style" because WOW, there is soooo much flavor! The shrimp scampi was also excellent. The large portions gave us some good leftovers. We had to finish with cannolis to-go, and we were so happy we did. Our server was very attentive, even as the place was filling up on a holiday evening! We can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.

When we left, we said, "That was weird."…read more We booked a reservation for a graduation dinner where we were sat upstairs alone for a while. At the beginning, service was prompt. Our apps of meatballs and calamari were good but when we got our red wine, it was freezing. Then we were waiting for at least a half an hour for our food. My sister was starting to worry about getting to her graduation despite us booking 2 hours ahead of her ceremony. When we received our food, all meals came except mine which was about 10 mins after everyone else. The best meals were the Chicken Riggies & Chicken Milanese. The Chicken Piccata was very heavy of Dijon and the Chicken Marsala tasted like Chicken Teriyaki; needless to say, neither dish tasted like its traditional description. Lastly, the Clam Provencal was void of flavor. Half of our party left as soon as I got my food and we paid the check so we weren't late to the ceremony, but then the rest of our party was asked to leave for another group. Sadly, it was different than what we were hoping for.
