    Dinner Chicken Parmigiana pasta
    Sawsan W.

Got there and were told it was a 30-40 minute wait. After exactly 30 minutes our table was ready. The place is not too dimly lit -it's just perfect for a romantic dinner. Our waitress was okay. Now the dinner. We ordered the beet salad which is one of our favorites. It did not disappoint -note that it's seasonal though. For the entrees, we got the chicken parmigiana pasta and the shrimp bolognese pasta. I was debating between that and the shrimp fra diavolo but the latter was out so my choice was decided XD . Our meal, overall, was delicious! For those interested, they have a special three course menu until the 14th of March, 2026, and it is 25$ per person.

Haven't been here in a while and I can say it went slightly down hill. The vibes were great, we got in quickly and everyone around us seemed to be having a great time, including us. The food came out quick but weirdly it was cold and soggy, no flavor. My hopes were definitely high especially with the prices, I can say I am very dissapointed. It wasn't super busy so there was no reason for the food to be cold. On top of this the tables for two are way too small for multiple food items. Something needs to be fixed.

SO DELICIOUS! We loved our meal at apizza, and cannot wait to come back! Our pizza and appetizers were top notch and left us full and happy. Servers were very good and on top of things despite how incredible packed and busy the restaurant was. The weather was gorgeous the evening we went, and it made our stop in especially lovely with a nice breeze flowing and the sun shining in this lovely spot. Can't wait to come back. As someone who has done many trips to Italy, it was great to have Syracuse's version of a Naples eatery (not the same but similar energy!)

Apizza Regionale is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots in Syracuse. I absolutely love this place. It is an upscale little spot that feels cozy and comfortable and is perfect for a date night. It can get a little loud on the weekends, but that just comes with how popular it is. My boyfriend and I love coming here every time we visit our hometown. We usually sit at the bar and always end up making friends with the bartenders pretty quickly. The energy is just right. We ordered appetizers and pizza and as always it did not disappoint. We are big fans of the Calabrian pizza. It is so good, especially with the hot honey on top. The balance of flavors is perfect. This time we also tried the special which had shiitake mushrooms, ricotta, a fried egg, and cheese. Overall it was pretty good. He enjoyed it more than I did, but it was still worth trying. The service here is always fantastic and the ambience is really dope. You can come here for a date night or bring the family. They have music playing in the background and while it can get loud at times, I think that just adds to the vibe of the place. I have been coming here for years and I genuinely think everyone should try it. One of my patients actually recommended this spot to me years ago and told me it reminded her of pizza from Italy. Ever since then it has been a favorite of mine.

I will start this as I always do by saying I do not give out five stars unless I am really blown away. I still really like this place. It's casual but feels upscale. It's not a big place which makes it nice. The only answer is warm and inviting. The weight staff does a great job cricket taking your order filling your drinks and they are very pleasant. The pizza is top-notch as long as you're not expecting New York style pizza. The bartender Katelyn is amazing. One of my favorite bartenders I've ever had. She has the best laugh ever. I will return very soon. And if you have not come in, it's worth your time.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile. I finally decided to go today and thank goodness it wasn't busy. I can see how uncomfortable it could be during their rush hours. Seating is so close together. Our waitress was awesome. Super friendly and our food was delicious! I definitely recommend the zucchine fritte with their lemon caper aioli sauce. The only complaint I have was I requested my Calabrian pizza to be lightly charred but it was too charred for my liking. Other than that, the overall taste of the pizza was tasty. I can tell they use fresh ingredients.

Nicely decorated for the holidays, cozy vibe, especially with brick oven fire going. Our server was attentive and helpful. We had antipasto salad and brussel sprouts appetizer, which was a little small for $14 but good. The star of the meal was the Calabrian pizza, which was very flavorful, although it got cold quickly. 2 things could be improved - - providing a pizza spatula to serve the pizza at the table and let staff know not to clear the water and glasses from the table until guests leave. It felt like they were rushing us out; the restaurant was only half full so no need to turn a table over quickly. Overall, a good meal and cute spot.

We visited Apizza during dining weeks. When our party of 2 arrived, we were told it was a 45 minute wait for a table. We decided to take 2 seats at the bar instead, but it seemed like the wait was not actually that long for the other parties waiting. There are no mocktails on the menu here, but I asked the bartender and he made me something with orange based on what I said I was looking for. I didn't have any wine on this visit, but I liked that their menu featured a wide variety of wines and how most of them were available by the glass. I really enjoyed my pizza, and it was big enough to take a few slices home. For dessert, I had the Budino which was good and very rich- I thought it was a great dessert for sharing. The brittle that came with it was delicious as well. Overall, I'm looking forward to returning to try more of the menu, including the wines and seasonal specialties.

I would say this is currently my favorite pizza in Syracuse. The tables are tightly spaced and the atmosphere can be boisterous at times. I went Sunday at 7 and they told me a 15 minute wait for a table so I sat at the bar which was entertaining in its own right. Will be back

The food was really good. I had a chicken parmesan sandwich and a salad. It was one of the better chicken parms I have had in the area. I also had a slice of their Calabrian pizza. Definitely one of the best slices of pizza I have had. The service was good, friendly, and helpful.

Apizza Reginale in Syracuse has delicious food. They don't take reservations. So,its 1st come first serve. I get that. In the past visit their kitchen closed at 9. So, you order all before then. So, here's the thing, 2 stars or less for lack of communication to manager and restaurant personnel. .... Why? Multiple emails, phone calls and messages for an attempt to order a special meal on a significant special night. Nothing - nada.. no replies, no answers during business hours, phone # on web gets recording leave a message as it trips to a different number. Nope. Try to find out if they deliver- not- Grubhub says no - . Outcome- no order, no arrangements, no meals for the remember time. SAD.

    Dinner Zucchine Friette

Came with my sister and her boyfriend, so I could argue that white sauce pizzas are better than red sauce pizzas...Apizza helped me make some strong points. We started off with the zucchini fritters and wow, definitely our favorite of the night. Then came the pizza showdown. Both pizzas were excellent with crispy dough and flavor but I loved the flavor of the rucolo and that's my bias for sure. We sat outside and were seated very quickly for being a walk-in party of 3 on a Saturday night.

    Meatballs were gross burnt

Where to start so my son comes into town for Christmas with his just married new wife they decide they wanted pizza from here they been here before with a big group of friends and liked it, So me and my wife decide to treat them and it was a hit on my son and wife's food but a big miss on our food my wife asked for her pizza to be light baked it came out burnt bigtime the zucchini frites we had was good but the meatballs I had were burnt and super small and the arachini balls were bland no seasoning anywhere to be found it was not worth the money we spent so I'm sure my son will return but me and my wife won't.

Service was so prompt and nice, and being able to order straight from your phone and pay/being able to walk away easily after was super convenient. I got the Meatball Riggie Turn Down (side) since I wasn't super hungry after traveling, and I definitely recommend this as a lunch portion - the side size was really filling and still pretty big. The meatball was incredible (and large) and the sauce of this pasta, while it had a little heat to it, was well seasoned and smooth. Great chill place with an awesome playlist of oldies music and the opportunity for indoor and outdoor scenic views.

The bread and spicy tomato dipping sauce was an excellent complimentary starter. All the pastas we had were excellent as well. The table all argued for their own, but I am writing the review so the broccoli, walnut, garlic oil pasta was obviously best. The wait was not as good (5:15 entered name on wait list, told to come at 7 and table ready around 7, waited outside until 7:52 to be seated). The service was friendly but very slow as well. They talked up the bread (rightfully so), but then took 25 minutes to bring it, with the drinks taking almost as long. So all in all, if you have the time, definitely worth it. And know going in that it'll be slow. If not, may need to look elsewhere.

I checked OpenTable for 6:30PM on a Wednesday night and it said there was nothing within 3-1/2 hours. I found this very odd and since I was on my own, I ventured on down anyway to see if I could score a spot at the bar, which I easily did because they were only 1/4 full and the bar only had 3 other people at it when I arrived. I believe the bartender's name was Justin and he was great... very friendly and helpful, as well as engaging. He constantly checked on me and discussed the menu and restaurant, as well as their offerings. I chose their All 'Amatriciana with their slightly breaded chicken breast on top. The chicken was so very good! The All 'Amatriciana itself was so bland. I was disappointed in how bland it was. There was no spice at all to it, so I asked for their crushed red pepper and ended up putting several spoonfuls on it - turns out their crushed red peppers are either old or stale, but they're definitely bland and useless, as they didn't add any spike to the flavor of this dish and if the chef used these to season this dish while making it, that would explain some of what it was so bland. I will say that their table bread was outstanding! It came with their whipped butter, seasoned with honey and parmesan and that combo was so good! Too bad I didn't order something else, like pizza, as this is what I initially saw in reviews that looked amazing. I'm sure they normally are great here, I just came on an off night.

My sister was starting to worry about getting to her graduation despite us booking 2 hours ahead of her ceremony. When we received our food, all meals came except mine which was about 10 mins after everyone else. The best meals were the Chicken Riggies & Chicken Milanese. The Chicken Piccata was very heavy of Dijon and the Chicken Marsala tasted like Chicken Teriyaki; needless to say, neither dish tasted like its traditional description. Lastly, the Clam Provencal was void of flavor. Half of our party left as soon as I got my food and we paid the check so we weren't late to the ceremony, but then the rest of our party was asked to leave for another group.
