The shape is beautiful, the colors are blended so well & they couldn't be more gorgeous. She paid attention to every detail, 100% went above and beyond. The pedicure was soooo relaxing, my toes were a lot of work, but they put the effort into getting my cuticles and calluses cleaned up. It's literally been over a year since I've had my feet tended to. The exfoliating scrub and massage were pure bliss... and the hot stone & paraffin were icing on the cake- and the warm towel rub was def the sprinkles on the icing lol. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Was a great experience from start to end. I will be back!! They earned my business and I will def be a new loyal customer.

Wow! I am blown away from my very first time being here. (: I've been getting stiletto shaped…read moreacrylic nails for about 6 years now (on and off) from California, Portland, to Seattle. I've had a lot more bad experiences than good ones and when I found a lady I really liked up north, I went to her for 3 years. However due to COVID, she no longer works there and the anxiety of having to find a new person is extremely nerve wracking. I've gone to a few places and trust me girl, I cried a few times, I ripped them off a few times, I completely understand that I have a tall order asking for it to be extra sharp, narrow, and perfect. I get it. Not everyone wants to spend 2 hours trying to sharpen my claws. So I have a modeling photoshoot coming up (was in hiatus thanks to COVID) and now I'm back behind the camera and needed my nails done! I stayed up all night the last few nights scrolling through photos as well as reviews that date back to 2015 for all I care. I've read some scary stories of people getting cut and bleeding and whatnot. Now I came across Shadow Nails and have never seen so many stiletto shaped nails done so beautifully! I mean you really should take a look at their photos! I was so excited I didn't care if it was 4am, they had a inquiry form so I emailed them immediately asking how much and when I can book an appointment. Pricing is a big deal for me too because I've been charged $100 for crappy work and my go to lady only charged me $30. It's more about the service and how well they take care of you that I care about. When I walked in today, it was a Saturday afternoon, it was empty. There was a cute little dog that greeted me at the door and I'm like "... hello? Anyone there? Looks like the little dog was my nail tech for the day". I had the pleasure of meeting Chin who offered me water, tea, something to drink before getting started! So kind of you, he finished with my full set acrylic, looking extra sharp and am so happy with how it turned out! He constantly asked me to check the shape and style to make sure it was to my liking. I get anxiety asking people to fix something and rather would ignore it because usually they get mean after I say something but Chin just fixed it right away and my mind was at ease. I'm sorry this review is long but then again all my reviews are long! I'm so content with my service today that I'm happy to say I found my new go to spot and it's so close to home! I was originally driving 45 mins back then to go see my lady. Thank you Chin! You were great!

Dip powder manicure should last at LEAST 2 weeks, most of mine last for 3. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! I came in for a dip powder manicure. The place was pretty much empty since it was the middle of the day on a weekday- I was seen right away. In my past experience with dip the top layer is sanded off then the rest is soaked off with acetone. This technician sanded off all the previous dip, which I suppose is fine. Some areas of sanding got very hot and painful. There were not any swatches in order for me to pick the color of dip powder I wanted. I was just shown a huge basket of dip powder containers. I picked what I thought was a purple, but because there was not any swatches for me to view and dip powder changes so much once applied it actually is more of a brown, which is disappointing. The technician did a fine job applying the dip and shaping/sanding. However, she did not fully dust off all the nail dust before applying the top coat. So now I have dust marks under my top coat. The positive is the technician was nice and did a good job shaping my nails. The place was mostly clean, however, the files and tools used were not single use and we're noticeably dirty from previous use (aga. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
