But I wish that there is a way the on line ordering will allow specific instructions and carry it out correctly. Often times I order by phone to specifically request for a certain dressing or ingredient to be taken out or added but I get disappointed that certain things are missing or wrong dressing. We ordered one of the family meals that they have offered for curbside pickup yesterday and I can't say enough good things about it. It was a welcome change of pace having exhausted our cooking skills stuck inside the house and this hit the spot. Everything was prepared with care and ready on time. It is a casual restaurant that servers Mediterranean food . I enjoyed it very much. The only thing that I found to be a problem was, the receipts. It was very questionable. Very non-descript. And for me, and my crew who turns in my lunch receipts and gets reimbursed by them. That is a problem. A proper receipt should have an address on it. My boyfriend has been coming here for years and recommended we order from here because of the great food, but with one caveat: the service. True to his words, the food was pretty good...the first time I went a couple of months ago, October 2020. But today (2/5/21, 7pm), the chicken came with a lot of fat on it and the ground beef skewers looked and tasted a little undercooked. The sides are usually awesome - dolma, broccoli salad, grilled veggies, but overall, I think the food is a little overpriced. I wouldn't mind paying so much if the people working there were at least nicer. The employees all have stuck up attitudes that make you feel unwelcome if you're not from the neighborhood. When we asked questions, the employee gave us curt responses and treated us like he was better than us for some reason. One example is when we picked up our food, my boyfriend asked if there were utensils in the bag, and the employee acted as if it was a stupid question. But when we went to open the bag later, there weren't utensils in there. Now, I've worked in customer service and understand that we all have our days, but the thing is, the guy who is particularly rude to us is ALWAYS there and ALWAYS rude to us. Food was just ok. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap with a side of sweet potato fries. Both needed more flavor. Ambience is very nice and clean and the staff are kind and friendly. Prices are too high for what you get. Paid $56 for three people and only one person got a drink with their wrap. I know everything is more expensive now but at nearly $20 pp, that's too much for wraps. read more

I have been ordering from SOTTA for many years. However, for the THIRD time now they have made a mistake in my order. I specifically asked the person in charge when I picked up the order if everything was included, he replied with an emphatic yes, but when I came home, a food item that I PAID for was missing. For the third time I called and spoke with the manager who apologized and offered to send the missing item to my house. This is unacceptable. They do Mediterranean food but they also have an espresso bar and a beer selection! I was already wowed by the decor when I came in, but my senses were subsequently overwhelmed by the amazing aromas of the food this place serves. I ordered the Filet Mignon Kebab with a cucumber salad in the side. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium, moist and tender... and the flavor was out of this world! Very well seasoned! Yum! The minute I walked in, I noticed how clean, bright, and yet warm and inviting this restaurant was. The menu was full of plenty of choices, made easier by a mix and match offering of proteins and sides. The chicken kabob, salad, and hummus were out awesome. Pleasantly surprised on how good this place was. Chicken kabob plates and sides were on point. Interesting how not many other places offer dark meat chicken kabobs... it was definitely a first for me. Ordered the white and the dark to try and they were both amazing.
