Worst experience with this location from the OWNER Lawrence today. Last week got a car wash that went well, but today this guy dies a crappy job scrubbing the roof, which is all glass. Watched him miss a huge portion, but could not roll down the window to say anything as I was entering the wash. Phoned the store while being washed to advise them and got nothing but attitude from the woman who answered the phone and then was nearly accosted by the owner who came out to my car to argue and then told me to never come back. After buying the monthly pass and getting a wash, I learned that it was only for the truck I was driving at that time. There are other washes that you can use a pass for up to 3 family cars so when I learned this I immediately asked for a refund, less the cost of the wash I just had, as the truck I was driving wasn't even mine. I was told he couldn't do it but I could cancel it via web site or calling the number on my receipt. NOTHING. NADA. I immediately called when I got home and no one answered and there was no option to leave a message. I've left 5 emails using the web site and have received no response. Now I have to resort to leaving scathing reviews and deal with them through Visa to get my money back. read more

The worst customer service possible. Lawrence their manager is arrogant and doesn't listen when you talk. Has no priority other than being right. I purchased a monthly pass and the next day noticed damages to my vehicle as well as low quality "wash" and immediately wanted to cancel (did not even request a refund for the month). They make it impossible to cancel without going into the location which I went out of my way to do and they STILL charged me an additional month like all shady businesses. Now they are refusing to refund me because they don't show on camera the day I requested the refund although I waited outside for 10 minutes for them to cancel. I have been coming to this car wash close to one year. I have a membership for 2 of my vehicles. I pull in and the scanner isn't picking up my barcode. I try and push the read button still won't read my barcode. I pull into another lane and same thing happens. I get out of my car and proceed fo get help. Their employee approaches me and ask me a questions...like are you a member, where is your barcode etc. I answer them and then she snaps and tells me she doesn't like my "tone" and I am being rude. I was shocked and got extremely defensive. We go at it and the owner walks up! He sends her home (she was a manager BTW). Doesn't listen to a word I say, gets defensive over his scanner, and then proceeds to tell me that he is sorry but I had a "face" when I walked up!! Wow!! It's 110 degrees out pardons me for being uncomfortable. I couldn't not believe how both of them handled a "scanner" situation. Poor customer service!!! Canceled on the spot!! Just got told my vehicle was too muddy and was turned away. Had to back out from the kiosk to pay and turn around and drive the wrong way.(Good thing it wasn't busy and no one coming from that way) Little confused because my vehicle did have some mud but not a lot. Brand new CAR WASH place and vehicles are too dirty? Isn't that what it's for.. to clean them. Have never been turned away in the past from other similar car washes. Great place to wash your car! Has whatever you need for a car wash, including a airspray for spots at the vaccuum area. It's fairly new, so the equipment will clean well and it's maintained. Today I went to get my car washed because we had a weekend at the pumpkin patch with the family so naturally my car was dusty and covered with dirt and straw. I've been wanting to try this car wash and I'm glad I did. Great customer service, vacuums worked well, and my daughter loved the different colors during the wash. At the end, you vacuum and wipe the inside of your car and it wasn't that hard to do. My car is clean and I'm happy. I'll be coming here from now. read more

Stopped in here today because my car was parked under a tree over the weekend. Mind you I just had the car detailed a couple weeks ago, but I promise after driving through this wash my car is actually dirtier than before. All it did was move the dust around and turn it into a kind of paste. I ran though hoping for a quick touch up on my way to work but this is an absolute waste of 10 dollars. I would have asked to go through again if I had time. Oh, it's also very slow. Only three cars were ahead of me when I got in like but it took almost 10 minutes to actually enter the tunnel. Bought a monthly car wash plan that says you have unlimited washes, but TWICE now within a 10-day period the car wash either "broke".....we were told the chain broke, and had to wait 35-40 minutes before we could drive thru the car wash over all those rollers to get out!! The next time, just yesterday morning, the crew opened the car wash late (supposed to be open and READY for business at 8am.......the crew removed the orange cones in the approach road at 8:05, and after several cars and trucks lined up at all 3 "pay terminals", this crew could not get the terminals to operate, so once again, we had to wait 15-20 minutes and everyone had to back out of the pay lanes!! If you advertise that you are open at 8......you need to be open and ready at 8......not 8:10 or 8:15. So, my monthly unlimited washes is really not unlimited, but is limited to when the damn car wash is actually operating!! read more

This place is quick easy and does the job. Drive-thru car wash only with a couple different car wash options. The tire shine doesn't always work but it you let them know they will come hand I apply tire shine. Free vacuums and air hoses. Thought for a week before making this post. In the past I have loved this carwash. The people were friendly, provided great service and free vacuums! What else could a person want right. Last week we took both cars. Neither were clean after the wash. It was only the $8 wash, I KNOW this is in no way the best wash and I get that but both cars still had dirty windows and spots on the vehicle. After speaking to the owner he advised why the wash wasnt good enough and that was because it was $8.00 then told us all the things it didnt do that we didnt complain about. Well no kidding sir I get those things aren't done, that wasnt the complaint. When we told him we just wanted it fixed and no excuses why we should by more next time we were told to get off the property. I gladly told him when I am done vacuming I'd leave. He promptly advised he was calling the police. I said I would happily wait on the police as at this point it is theft of services. After this he told my husband he was Lucky he was on the property, wow that sure seems like a threat to me, my husband said he would gladly meet him off the property. My husband left and waited off the property for the man while I waited on the police who never showed. It was all a big joke, there was no reason for the managers actions, tone, or explaining we needed to pay him more. All we wanted was for the wash to get what is advertised. There are plenty of carwashes near I will never go back but this is by far the worst experience with any business in the area. read more

I must say I've never seen so many unhappy people working at a car wash. I come here because it's the closest one to my house but if there's another one I'd go to that one. The people just don't seem happy. The kid just pointed to the sign that says put your car in neutral and seemed so lazy doing it. I'm like if you don't like this then why work here. Payed $15 for their best car wash. I should of gotten the $5. Wasn't much of a difference. Some birds had a little poop party on my car and I thought maybe paying a little more would help, but it was just as if I would of gotten the basic wash. There's still bird poop on my car. Vacuums don't work very good either. I thought they would have those towels to clean any missing spots, but there was nothing. If I could give NO stars I would! The incompetent employee that should have helped align my tires gave me no direction except straight, which caused my rims to ride on the edge. Both my rims are scraped up now, the owner proceeded to tell me there's no way that could happen essentially calling me a liar. I heard it clear as day as they were scraped up. He told me I had to have hit a curb, calling me dishonest. The video showed my car not going in straight and he told me there was no way the plastic edge could scrap my rims, again calling me a liar. This place is amazing! I usually hate drive thru car washes, but this place knocks it out of the park. They pay attention detail before you even go through the wash. Scrubbing all the grim off the front, back and runners. The car wash itself is amazing. The dryers at other car washes hardly dry my car off. The dryers here are the best I've ever used!
