Went in before they closed and bought the upgraded $19 wash. After we came out we noticed several scratches from the rollers in the wash. This is a brand new car and the FIRST car wash we had. David took a report and pictures of the hood, mirrors, trunk, etc that shows clear scratches to the clear coat. Was told the managers Jason or Kris would call me first thing in the morning. I called 6 times and left messages, finally getting someone on the phone. They took my info and told me someone would call me in 30 min. A few minutes later, someone called and told me they were denying the claim because it was inconsistent with their brushes. Despite the fact that it was the only wash the car had. Apparently I wasn't the only car damaged that night as well because he asked me if I was the white corvette, I told him no, so it wasn't just me. I now have to pursue small claims court actions. Be careful with this place.

This place is in a very busy place being next to the main costco entrance, but I'm sure they get a lot of traffic for these shoppers. Pulled up and was greeted by a nice guy who helped to purchase the carwash that I wanted. Quick and easy, there weren't a lot of people in line, despite being a huge rush at costco. The attendants doing the pre-wash was quick and efficient and even handed me the car scent and dash wipe. Great location.

He was more concerned with flirting with some senior lady making a recording of his conversation with her as she was going through. very unprofessional. when i initially went through the two tunnel attendants were not thorough. the one on the driver side just did a quick spray on the windshield and not the areas needed.the chemicals didn't even have 5 seconds to penetrate the areas in need. the attendee on the passage side did a quick swipe with the brush on the upper passenger and rear passenger window. his efforts were Little as possible. I decided to go with the up scale one because of what i was told by the employee whom immediately dismissed what he told me. almost a dozen spots that are removable with a proper wash that could have been easily accommodated had he not been pre occupied with flirting with customers. at first he was hospitable and educated me on the differences between the washes guiding me to choose the more expensive wash because it guaranteed the full removal of bird poop and bugs. as i pulled through the wash, the first attendant did a sub par scrub., as i inspected the thoroughness of the wash i noticed bird poop and dirt that was not removed. Because i was told they guaranteed the full removal of bird poop, i pulled through the wash again to point out the car wasn't cleaned as promised. I was challenged immediately by a visual instruction. the attendant stated "well it looks clean to me" in a very condescending manner. "as i stated before we only guarantee the removal of bird poop and bugs" after some more verbal disputing of what i could see and what he could see i left without my car being washed again. If zero stars was an option that's what i would do.

This is an update I am extremely pleased to write, and I'd like to draw attention to the fact that this business is run by a very attentive owner who TRULY cares! I can't say I've ever spoken with someone so adamant on making things "right". It was somewhat unexpected, but left me humbled & sincerely wanting to return to give it another chance! First, he read my prior review- and immediately reached out via reply. It wasn't even 24 hours after corresponding & I received a personal phone call from Loren (sorry if I misspelled that!) the owner this afternoon. Not only was he apologetic about the experience I had, but he opted to take the time to explain some things I may not have understood, as well as hear my thoughts & response to the matter. I will definitely give credit where it is due- technology glitches happen! That isn't the fault of a certain person or anyone, which is why I don't feel like anyone should be thrown under the bus for how their system may have acted up just at the particular time I went through the wash. How it was handled on-site (without a manager or owner being present) was a learning experience for constructive criticism on the business end. And I truly appreciate him wanting to get the very details needed to make necessary improvements going forward. I also feel very grateful with the offer to come back for another wash whenever I am able or in the area. Would I like to go back and try again? Absolutely! Especially after witnessing just how genuine this business is taken & run by the owner- I think he deserves recognition for the professionalism & topnotch customer service. I will definitely update this to a 5-star upon return, hopefully experiencing a better day for technology (and probably not opting to go on a BUSY Saturday afternoon when it's a bit hectic, lol). But I do want to recognize & applaud the fantastic follow-up & customer service I received. That is the kind of practice I WANT to bring my business to & highlight for others to experience on their own. So, thank you very much for turning my opinion 180 & leaving me more than happy, looking forward to coming back in the future! Tis' the season for gratitude, and this one deserves it.

I think this is one of the best carwashes I've ever been to it's extra detail and the dryers are so amazing but I love the free vacuums and the fact they have the air compressors at the vacuums to finish blowing out your car your car mats and excess water left over from the wash. It's rare you find a manager to take so much pride in his business and take great care of his customers but Lawrence the manager has been here for quite some time he waved to me every time I come through and he Provides amazing customer service I have the monthly pass here and come three times a week nothing like keeping your car clean I'm looking good

Monthly subscriptions at $20, $25, and $30 price points. You get a maximum of 15 car washes per month and a complimentary packet of "Dash Wipe" with each visit. There are 23 self- vacuum stations, including one for handicapped patrons. Visit the car wash during first half of the day and you'll most likely find two people attending to your car for pre-wash mopping\scrubbing of windshield, grill, doors, and back of car. Don't forget to put your car on neutral! Mom and I bring our cars here for their weekly washes and occasional self-vacuums. As time of day approaches 6 pm, you'll more likely find only one attendant at the entrance of car wash, and I noticed that one row of self-vacuum stations will have their vacuum houses taken away (the row with the handicapped spot) at this time. If you want a more-thorough cleaning of your car's exterior, visit before 6 pm. One caveat to having a spotless car every week is I've noticed our cars' paint finishes are not as shiny, and I see more and more s areas of paint being washed away. Am thinking of possibly getting clear coat treatments for the cars in the near future...

It's frustrating to be paying for a membership when basic services and amenities aren't even usable. What made the experience worse was seeing an employee focused on selling memberships instead of addressing the obvious issues around the property. The priority should be maintaining the facility and creating a positive experience that actually makes customers want to sign up. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location.

When I went inside to address it, I was told cancellations and refunds could not be handled in person and that I needed to go online. Unfortunately, the website was down at the time, so I wasn't able to cancel right away. It has been 8 hours and I still am not able to cancel- the website is still down for "maintenance." I later found out that several of my neighbors have had similar experiences. I would strongly recommend that customers carefully review all options on the payment screen and that the business improve transparency around membership enrollment and cancellation.
