Wow, what a great car wash! I had had my car washed earlier in the day at a different car wash in town, and wasn't happy with how my windows and chrome grill came out. So a few hours later I stopped at Costco to get gas and thought why not try this place, I pulled into Sossaman Auto spa and all I can say is WOW what a difference! They really take their time as you enter their car wash, I met a guy by the name of Kevin what a sweet man, He took the soft brush over my windshield and grill and sprayed and soft brushed the back end of my car all before going in. It is an excellent car wash and all for just $14. I'm telling you if you have not been to this car wash it's right next to Costco on Sossaman then you are truly missing out. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Both the attendant and the supervisor (the supervisor at least tried a little harder). I paid for the top tier wash and you'd never know it. I was trying to get all the soap out of the truck bed and asked them why I would come for a car wash only to leave with my truck filthy again. They need to have signage if they aren't going to leave your vehicle cleaner than when you arrived. There are better places than this and customer service goes a long way if you want to explain something to a confused customer. As part owners I guess they only feel the need to answer to themselves and not to the people they provide a service to. An expensive one at that. No thanks I guess I'm not alone as I'm pulling out I see that they've been berating some poor little old lady for some in fraction she didn't understand either. Now that I'm home I also see that there are a number of places were some sort of black tar substance has been Streaked on my truck they weren't there before they clearly need to inspect their machines and clean them if necessary so many opportunities for improvement. read more

Oh my goodness. Best car wash I've been to in a while! Not only for their quality of wash.... But for the kindness and friendliness that was shown to me! *TRIGGER WARNING: me being an idiot* I mindlessly locked my keys in my car while I was vacuuming & I've never done that before. When I went up to the office to ask to use their phone to call someone to bring a possible spare key or just pick me up, the manager said he could probably unlock it for me! My hopes weren't high but I was more than happy to have him try... AND HE GOT IT UNLOCKED SO EASILY!!! I could not have been more thankful. I mentioned to the employee that I had purchased the extreme wash and then I gave him a two dollar tip and he said "thank you OK extreme wash. I paid $8 so that it wouldn't have water spots after the wash and bugs on the windshield. It has water spots and bugs on the windshield as if i would have taken the hose to it. I asked the guy working there if i can go through one more time to get the bugs at least...he was immediately rude, asked for me to pay the difference to upgrade to a $12 car wash after starting at $5, i paid $8 & now he wants $12 to take remove dead bugs in my windshield. This is ridiculous!! I will NEVER come back and dont recommend you as well. The $3 carwash in Greenfield does a much better job for less!! Came in today and bought a monthly unlimited car wash. Machine tells me to wait for receipt before proceeding. Well no receipt is printed. Go to the car wash. Inform the guy. He says come back to office after wash. I go back. Guy can't print me receipt. Says I need to come back tomorrow cause boss isn't in. I tell him I need something to show that I paid. Nothing. The car wash itself is awesome. The customer service when you cancel your subscription is crap. They are not helpful and charge your account and refuse to work with you for a refund. At first I thought the car wash was good, they were open later in the evening which was convenient, all until I found out my credit card I used was hacked the next morning. The worst part is the charges took place in my neighborhood so it was a nightmare dealing with my credit card company to get this resolved. The value stem on my driver's side front tire was snapped off and broke while I was going through the car wash. This was due to the car wash and some how it damaged my tire. Lawrence or Florence?, the manager claims it didn't happen in the car wash because he couldn't see it on camera. What a bunch of shit!!! Don't go there. First time in over 30 years I came out of the wash with an 18" crack. Stopped to talk to an attendant who called the manager (Lawrence) who he said just left 20 minutes ago. Lawrence asked the attendant to get my number and he would call me back. That was Saturday. He returned my call Monday, claiming it was the weekend and he was off. Said he came in on the holiday (Memorial Day) to talk to me and asked if I would drive there so he could look at the window, of which he pointed out a pinhole type nick that caused the crack. The crack was on both sides of this pinhole and may or may not have been the issue. The point is that Lawrence had no intentions of making anything right. And if I wanted he would hire an investigator to prove it. At that point he was done and recommended I call my insurance company so they can investigate it. You know you take a chance when you use these car washes and I will not spend any more time dealing with this shady manager. Not caring enough to call back timely, and not intending to do anything. They are not affiliated with Costco, so don' t make that mistake. He made it a point to tell me to "Have a nice day" as I walked away. Bad businessman and business acumen. This is the new spot for quick drive-thru washes. They are competitive with their prices and even better with the service provided. They offer a wipe down for the dash like others yet separate themselves as they wash and wipe down the front of the car before it goes through. Their vacuums also have suction to them, not all self service car washes can say that. Definitely coming back until further notice. read more

Best automatic car wash I've used in years. I am very particular when it comes to washing my car (Tesla Model S) and always inspect the car very closely afterwards for any missed spots, hard water stains, or scratches. This was the first time at an automatic wash that I didn't find any spots that I needed to "touch up" afterwards with a microfiber cloth. Even the tire shine was evenly applied, which almost never happens in automatic washes. Will definitely come back. read more

Extremely sad at Lawrence for blaming a CUSTOMER for an XPT(machine sales) sensor error. The carwash itself is amazing and we had the top level car wash subscription. But with his lack of patience we will no longer come do business with Sossaman Auto Spa. I would like to add the lady, who came to speak with me after the failed conversation between my husband and Lawrence, was extremely professional and remorseful about the situation. Situation: We had pulled up behind a truck in the very left lane and we had noticed he was waiting quite a while at the machine. My husband, trying to be helpful, went up to the truck and noticed that the machine had said the wash was busy even though there was no one in the little driveway. Then he noticed the guy in the center lane had his bar up but had not pulled in. He walked over to let him know to pull up and discovered that the center lane sensor had picked up my sticker via my name on the receipt. Since no one was behind him (or us) he let us ahead of him and i continued through. While I went through, my husband had went to talk to Lawrence about the situation and in turn was interrupted and snapped at. Lawrence had blamed us for causing the situation and said "that couldn't happen" about the sensor malfunction. My husband told Lawrence our sticker was read from a different lane and a whole truck away. Then stated we "should've just pulled up to the bar and wait for the gate to open" how could we do that with a truck in front of us? He also said we should have just stayed in the left lane even when my husband had let him know no one was moving. My husband had just wanted to help and let him know that his sensors were malfunctioning. Not argue to with him and be scolded by another adult. To the owner/partner of the man who was verbally abusive to me at the car wash today at approximately 11 AM, August 24, 2018. He was standing to the right on the entrance doing the pre-wash. I was on a business call when I drove up to the entrance kiosks. A young girl leaned over attempted to engage me in conversation while I'm talking on speakerphone with my business contact. I waved her way and entered my own choice of carwashes she walked away I paid for the wash continued through the gate. As I approach the entrance behind another car, this man banged on my driver window, I rolled the window down and he proceeded to scream at me while my business contact is on the phone. He screamed at me that I was abusive to his staff and to never come back to the car wash again. I rolled up my window and as I progressed another car length he came back again and banged on my window again and screamed again never to come back and motioned for me to exit the car wash that I had already paid for. I ignored him and then he screamed at me again. If that young lady is offended by being waived away from the kiosk then she probably is not in the right job. Most of us who use car washes are used to entering our own choices and paying without someone trying to sell us a higher paying car wash . He was totally inappropriate in his screaming after he could plainly see that I was on the phone having a business conversation as a young lady at the kiosk also could hear and see. I would love this place if it was open during the hours posted. Every time I come in the morning they are never open at 8 or even 8:30. Posted open time is 8am. I have gone later in the day and it has closed early as well. I pay for the $30 per month and can never use it and can't cancel unless I find someone working there. I don't want to cancel, I just want to be able to go before or after work but they're not open during posted hours :( read more

This is my favorite car wash! The prices are great & my car has never been so clean on the outside when it comes out. The vacuums are VERY powerful & does as amazing job on your interior. There's trash bins on each side of your car so it's fast and easy to clean your car out. They also presoak your car by hand before it enters the automatic wash. & There's someone standing outside to help you select your wash & payment!! 10/10 great experience!!!! read more

Previous trips may have left me giving higher marks but after the dryers broke and I had to sit for 20+ minutes with a line of cars behind me for my car to get washed and it rained unexpectedly the very next day (less than 24 hrs later) -- you should all be warned that they don't give rain checks like many other car washes. If the forecast had shown rain I would not have washed mine and my husbands cars yesterday. However, it did not show this and it rained just enough to make it look awful. Yes, the car looks somewhat better after going through this wash, but I consistently leave with bug smears still intact on my windshield, and they consistently fail to clean detail work like tires, trim, etc. Fine if you're ok with washing your car again by hand once you get home to clean up what's missed. Worst experience with this location from the OWNER Lawrence today. Last week got a car wash that went well, but today this guy dies a crappy job scrubbing the roof, which is all glass. Watched him miss a huge portion, but could not roll down the window to say anything as I was entering the wash. Phoned the store while being washed to advise them and got nothing but attitude from the woman who answered the phone and then was nearly accosted by the owner who came out to my car to argue and then told me to never come back. After buying the monthly pass and getting a wash, I learned that it was only for the truck I was driving at that time. There are other washes that you can use a pass for up to 3 family cars so when I learned this I immediately asked for a refund, less the cost of the wash I just had, as the truck I was driving wasn't even mine. I was told he couldn't do it but I could cancel it via web site or calling the number on my receipt. NOTHING. NADA. I immediately called when I got home and no one answered and there was no option to leave a message. I've left 5 emails using the web site and have received no response. Now I have to resort to leaving scathing reviews and deal with them through Visa to get my money back. read more

I have been coming to this car wash close to one year. I have a membership for 2 of my vehicles. I pull in and the scanner isn't picking up my barcode. I try and push the read button still won't read my barcode. I pull into another lane and same thing happens. I get out of my car and proceed fo get help. Their employee approaches me and ask me a questions...like are you a member, where is your barcode etc. I answer them and then she snaps and tells me she doesn't like my "tone" and I am being rude. I was shocked and got extremely defensive. We go at it and the owner walks up! He sends her home (she was a manager BTW). Doesn't listen to a word I say, gets defensive over his scanner, and then proceeds to tell me that he is sorry but I had a "face" when I walked up!! Wow!! It's 110 degrees out pardons me for being uncomfortable. I couldn't not believe how both of them handled a "scanner" situation. Poor customer service!!! Canceled on the spot!! The worst customer service possible. Lawrence their manager is arrogant and doesn't listen when you talk. Has no priority other than being right. I purchased a monthly pass and the next day noticed damages to my vehicle as well as low quality "wash" and immediately wanted to cancel (did not even request a refund for the month). They make it impossible to cancel without going into the location which I went out of my way to do and they STILL charged me an additional month like all shady businesses. Now they are refusing to refund me because they don't show on camera the day I requested the refund although I waited outside for 10 minutes for them to cancel. Just got told my vehicle was too muddy and was turned away. Had to back out from the kiosk to pay and turn around and drive the wrong way.(Good thing it wasn't busy and no one coming from that way) Little confused because my vehicle did have some mud but not a lot. Brand new CAR WASH place and vehicles are too dirty? Isn't that what it's for.. to clean them. Have never been turned away in the past from other similar car washes.
