Sweet crepe with lots of fresh cream

Our third time here and it keeps getting better. Maybe the best bites on Maui. So fresh. So healthy. So unique. The savory crepes might be our favorite thing. Period. Don't sleep on this tiny spot

This cafe is appropriately named! Gluten free, vegetarian savory and sweet crepes are DELICIOUS. So are the bento bowls! Their coffee jelly is a delight. I've liked everything I've tried and I'm excited to eat my way through the menu. If you need something great to eat, home here!

This is a hidden gem, especially if you're looking for vegan food in Kihei! It's also gluten-free. Everyone needs to try this place, they put such love into their food and you feel so good after eating. Everything on the menu is delicious so you can't go wrong. Don't skip the Cone Salad, it's unlike anything you've ever tried. It's mainly savory but the Japanese sweet potatoes and the cone make it slightly sweet so it's the perfect combo. There is no seating inside, but don't let that stop you from eating here. There are a couple of benches outside or you could take your food across the street and have a picnic while looking at the beautiful ocean. This food is seriously the best!

Yuko and Rio put a lot of love into their very special culinary creations that are simultaneously delicious and healthful. Their food is so ono that some people might be surprised by how healthful it also happens to be. Don't think of it as "health food". Rather, it is super delicious food that happens to be very well priced and very good for you. Today, I had a wonderfully refreshing matcha iced tea on this very hot afternoon. It was perfect! I've eaten so many of their wonderful offerings from the crepes to mochi (coconut and coffee - each amazing!) and cones to soup. This place is truly Something Great Hawaii!

Mochi and Curry was so yammy!

They make unique Japanese menus with great Hawaiian and healthy real foods. So delicious! I had mochi and curry today. It was so good. Nice and spicy if you like spicy food! I head they blend spices on their own recipe. Must try!

    Inside maitaki crepe

It was our very first time visiting. We discovered it on a Monday when we were in Kihei. Needing gluten-free options. This felt like a wonderful discovery as the entire restaurant is GF.! We made a special trip to return for lunch. The trip was well worth it! The crêpes are lovely and thin. Our favorite was the roasted Maitake mushroom crêpe. We also enjoyed the eggplant and Tempe crêpe and cheese crêpe. All of them were good, but the Maitake mushroom was spectacular! Not quite done enjoying their wonderful Options, we shared a strawberry and chocolate dessert crêpe. The strawberries were wonderfully sweet and island grown in Kula. Chunks of chocolate and real whipped cream (vegan whipped cream was also an option.) made it a delightful end to a great meal. The owners are so kind and pleasant. While we waited for our dessert crêpe, we were also given samples of their homemade kombucha, one from root beer and the other from Chaga mushrooms. Bring your own container if you want to take some of the kombucha home. For sure we will do that next time! If you're in Kihei, or need gluten-free/vegetarian options, please visit this lovely place. They are near Lava Coffee and on the periphery of The Kihei marketplace.

    Gluten free chocolate strawberry crepe

The food was soooo good. They have gluten free options which is really amazing!! They are not just gluten free which is another huge win. The service is good the people in there are very nice. The ambiance is very nice the one flaw is there isn't rlly anywhere to sit down. There's one table right outside but you might have to grab and go. Totally worth it tho!!!

I have eaten many of their foods (they also have a booth at Saturday and Wednesday farmer's markets upcountry), and they are all so unique and delicious. I had mango crepe tonight for the first time. It was not so sweet, and the combinations of the whipped cream, local ripe mango and the nutty and slightly chewy crepe created something so special in my mouth. I'm definitely going back for their crepes!! Their menu is all GF and vegan options available. Oh and the price is so reasonable.

Upon entering the restaurant, we enjoyed hearing upbeat music and hubby and I were warmly greeted by an employee named Josh. Hubby informed the employee about his but allergy and the employee said the restaurant was but free except the peanut sauce in one of the menu items. After reviewing the menu, I decided to try their Asian teriyaki chicken rice bowl with nozzarella sticks and hubby ordered their pulled pork fries. In addition to our food, I ordered a Hawaiian sunset to drink which is their version of an Arnold Palmer and hubby ordered a lemonade. As we waited for our food to be ready, we noticed an area with non-food items for sale including glass cup, a shirt, a graphic similar to the on in the restaurant sitting area, and silverware. The nozzarella sticks were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside and served with a side of marinara sauce. My Asian teriyaki chicken rice bowl was full and filling and I was shocked when I saw it not only contained full baby carrots. The pulled pork fries had the perfect balance of tenderness through the well seasoned pulled pork served on top of crunchy French fries. Since we at inside the restaurant, we appreciated Josh regularly checking in to ask how we were enjoying our meal as well as providing suggestions for other places in the area with vegan or plant based food options. We enjoyed the food, conversation and good vibes with Josh so much that we returned the next day. During our second visit, I ordered a chicken gyro and a crème brûlée which hubby ordered the BRB burger with fries, a side on onion rings, and a slice of avocado toast. Considering we were crunched for time, we took our food to go and similar to our first visit, the food was phenomenal. The chicken gyro was flavorful with several sauces and the onion rings were perfectly crunchy on the outside and the sauces Josh provided were creamy. Hubby's mind was blown away by the presentation of the avo toastie (he said this avocado toast was the best her ever had) and despite not being a big eater of sweets, he thoroughly enjoyed the crème brûlée which was soft and sweet. Given Josh's positive energy as well as creative and delicious food, if you are vegan, vegetarian, or veg-curious, I suggest you walk, not run to Earth Aloha Eats.

Not enough room for a large group. Food- we probably tried half the menu! Loaded fries are so good, two meals worth. Burgers are delish. Falafel isn't traditional but tastes made in house and hearty. The kids loved the bowls and tacos. Everything is gooooood.

So if you want to place or take out order? I highly recommend putting in the order online and then going into pick it up. We got the Loco moco with Poached eggs and white rice. First time having a Loco Moco and I heard that this was the place to get it at, so I'm glad we got a good experience! Eggs were perfectly cooked and the entire combination of the beef and rice and eggs and pickled onions was really good together! Came with a nice macaroni salad and also some lettuce to get some veggies in, haha. Overall, there was quite a line here on a Sunday morning, so it's a good sign that this place has good food.

Table side service would have been preferable. It was an eclectic selection of foods with us choosing an açaí bowel, fish & green bean fries, and beets/goat cheese salad. The combination of food worked well for our family and was certainly tasty. We downed every single bite and licked the bowls clean. No leftovers to be had here! The green bean fries are to die for and this is where I hated that I had to stand in line for an additional order :( My kiddos had a blast naming the neighborhood chickens. I suspect those chickens were disappointed that we had no crumbs to spare for them!

I called and asked them for directions and they actually guided us. They were also really patient in explaining the menu to us and explaining the different types of fish and what not. Really glad we were patient and actually came here! Such a lovely aesthetic to the whole area and the food. Oh my goodness!!! The burst of flavor in everything was phenomenal! Such unique combinations and everything was so fresh and cooked so well and just mind blowing! Husband and I kept saying how we should have just gone there multiple times for food! Mahi Mahi Bento bowl with Ono instead. (It has Crispy Sushi Rice / Black Garlic / Market Vegetables) I really have no words to see how good this combination was! I was actually a little full going into dinner but ended up actually wiping this whole plate clean! The food was that good! Husband got the Roasted Organic Chicken With Coconut with Coconut Carrot Curry and Roasted Vegetables. Very different vibe from my item but also really delicious. Heat thoroughly enjoyed this one! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the carrot coconut curry combination with the vegetables and the chicken was lovely. He kept some leftovers for the next day because the chicken portion size was quite huge and we enjoyed it even the next day! Seaweed salad was also delicious! Super fresh and tasty!

I'm not sure I've had, or will have, a better meal on Maui. It was named one of the top local spots last year, and that recognition feels completely deserved. Set at the far end of South Maui Gardens, the outdoor seating gives it a relaxed but special ambiance. For our 30th anniversary, my wife and I shared the smoked tomahawk steak family-style, along with black garlic roasted rice, pickled carrots and onions, and a roasted vegetable medley with a beautiful spice mix. Every bite was outstanding -- perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and clearly crafted with intention. We finished with the lilikoi meringue pie, which was just as impressive and a perfect way to end the meal. Maui has some incredible dining experiences, and Kitoko stands comfortably among the very best -- food truck or not. If you're looking for a truly memorable dinner on the island, don't miss this one.
