I actually asked for his name because I wanted to give him the recognition he deserves, but unfortunately, I have to admit that it slipped my mind. One of the rolls had shrimp tempura inside and the shrimp tempura tasted like it was old and has been sitting out for a while before being used. It was soggy, no crunchy at all.
