First time coming here my sister found this office through yelp so she made an appointment for herself, I just needed to get myself a pair of glasses. Ladies in the front were really nice and helpful in picking out frames and letting me know right away what was covered by my VSP insurance. After we were done I was fitted with a pair and within a week a got call that my new pair of glasses were now in the office. My sister also had a good experience in this office for the exam, new contacts and a new pair of glasses as well. She will definitely continue coming here for eye exams. read more

Ive always gone to either this office or at costco. The experience here is truly memorable. They treat you like family as a customer and its so clean inside. They actually use alcohol wipes to clean the tools to assess your eyes (machines, etc) which I prefer. Positive attitude and friendly customer service. They will always follow up and leave a voicemail if you are unable to answer. They accept FSA debit transactions and provide a detailed copy for you to upload. They also assist in you getting rebates for an annual supply of contacts for you! So convenient! I will only go to this business for my exams from now on! read more

I've been going to Dr. So's optometry for at least 6 - 7 years now and it is absolutely the best for glasses, contacts and eyewear. Everyone is always super attentive and friendly, especially Phillip and Dr. So provides quick and to-the-point check ups every time. The first time I requested for contacts, I was noticeably very nervous. At this point, I couldn't even put in eye drops because my eyes would blink uncontrollable at any approaching object. Magically, Dr. So was able to put my contacts in without me even noticing and ever since then, I've been happily using contacts problem-free! There's a bit of a learning curve to placing and removing contacts; however, the staff allowed me to stay at the office to practice for hours and even taught me multiple methods to removal! I have now been using contacts for over 4 years with no issues. My entire family goes to Dr. So's and we are always excited to see Phillip as he is always amazingly attentive and always offers the best choices in eye wear fashion, even while on a budget! He provides excellent service in communicating to all the clients, getting the best deals, and showcasing stylish glasses most fitted for you.
