This team is great everyone is super friendly and Dr. SO is fantastic, really knows his stuff. I have been to several eye docs over the years and he is very technical comparatively. Doesn't try to upsell like other Optometrists I have been to. His main office dude is way over the top friendly and a genuinely good guy who bends over backwards for customer service. Which you really dont have to do at the eye doc but should, and it goes a long way with the patient experience there. They have a clean office and updated technology for diagnosis. Prices are great to with quality brand name frames. Never had a problem here. The 5 stars is 100% real and you do have to book out a few weeks because great docs get really busy as you'd expect. Parking in front is awful LOL but you can park in the pizza lot next door which is an extra 25 steps or something small. read more

Seriously the easiest eye appt I've been to EVER! Had an appt at 1045, showed up at 1020 and was able to get right to business. I already had my prescription from my dr and they didn't try and hassle me to get a new one through them! Loved that! They have a good selection of glasses here. That's exactly what I wanted. They let me be, didn't pressure me to buy expensive, were VERY upfront on which were included with my insurance and let me Roam free to pick my glasses. I cannot tell you how awesome it was! Dr So (or Yip) worked directly with the customers too. None of this "I'm too good to sit and work with customers" as other spots do. You really should try this spot out!
