I have had the best experience at Luxe Optometry! They are a smaller optometrist office with a very chic selection of glasses. I just picked up my glasses yesterday, and I've already gotten compliments on them. Dr Kim really helped me with understand how to take care of my dry eyes, and I also purchased multifocal contacts, which have been working out for me when past options did not. I found them to be reasonably priced (insurance helps), and they were willing to explain exactly what my insurance covered and how to get the most bang for my buck. I will definitely come back next year and beyond! One note: they give you electronic copies of your prescriptions, which several offices I've been to would not do. Very rarely am I presented with the opportunity, let alone compelled, to write a glowing review for a health professional, but the outstanding care provided by Dr. Kim and her staff deserve specific recognition. Recently I had seriously injured my eye while doing some gardening and by the next morning I realized I needed professional medical attention. I went to Dr. Kim's office to arrange for an examination. While Dr. Kim was not in at the time, her employee, Scott, immediately contacted her by phone in an effort to have me seen late that afternoon. While Dr. Kim was out of town at the time, Scott was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Kim the following morning. Impressive! After examining my eye and generating a prescription for an immediate pick up, Dr. Kim insisted that in the future if any vision-related injuries arise I should immediately text the office, even if it is after-hours. She explained that, as a habit, she will review text messages after-hours and is very willing to meet with a patient, on an emergency basis, to avoid the risk of any long-term vision damage. Several days after my initial visit Dr. Kim then reached out to me via a follow-up email to confirm that I was healing properly and that the injury had been alleviated. This place is a rip off! I purchased one years worth of Dailies multiracial contacts. I have never worn contacts. So they said is I purchased a years worth I would get a manufacturer discount. They also said u could return any unopened boxes and receive credit for other products. I am here now to return the unopened contacts and come to find out they want a 20% restocking fee! That's going to be $300!! They told me every charge I was going to pay that day EXCEPT the 20% restocking fee! I'm never going here again. I suggest you never go here!! read more

LUXE narrowed it down for me pretty quickly with an accessible website that I could easily access a request for an appointment, a quick call back (they were first to call me back out of several inquiries), a beautiful office, and a woman owned small business! I have been to over 100 optometry clinics in my life from California to Illinois to Tennessee to New York to Texas to Europe and Asia continents. Glasses are essential and life style. This one Luxe service is as good as most optometry. Good product lines of designer brand names frames in Inland Empire area. The fitting was good but one of the frames did not fit as well as I would have liked which just need to go back to get adjusted when I have time. The only thing that would block me from returning as a repeat customer is to pay all of my glasses in full up front in lieu of a deposit of 50% as 99% of the clinics do. In all my years of buying prescription glasses, this is the only clinic that demanded that I pay 3-4 orders up front. I did pay up front but it did leave a negative residual. Call me old fashioned, I would be taking my business elsewhere. Hence one star down from me. read more

I've been seeing my old optometrist for 10 years and decided to come to LUXE Optomertry to switch it up, and I'm so glad that I did! I always felt like my vision was off. My eyes were always dry, I could never focus and one eye was always blurry but my old optometrist assured me that it was due to my astigmatism. I saw Dr. Kim and she's absolutely amazing! She's very thorough with her eye exam. She also informed me that my prescription was way under the range compared to what she examined. She gave me temporary trials to wear for my contacts along with eye drops, and showed me what my vision would look like when my actual contacts came in and what a difference! My prescription went up but I can see everything so much clearer without discomfort! Her staff is so warm and friendly. They take their time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Liezl and Scott were so great at making sure they got everything covered for my glasses and contacts lenses. Very clean and modern interior. They have a variety of frames that you'll love. Luxe is a beautiful boutique optometry office. I was very impressed by Dr. Kim and her staff. I had an appointment scheduled for an eye exam and to get some information on dry eyes. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. I walked in at 12:50 and Dr. Kim was ready for me. I signed one piece of paper and walked right into the exam room. And the best part is she actually read the information I filled out online BEFORE my appointment. It was so nice to not have to repeat everything I wrote down. So many other places have you fill out a bunch of paperwork only to ask you the same questions in person. My exam was quick but thorough. She has the latest and greatest in technology. No more puff of air directly in your eye. She has a handheld device that feels like a tickle on your eyelash to replace that puff in the eye thing. Way better. And she also has a machine that takes a picture of the inside of your eye. It was all so easy. Dr. Kim discusses everything with you and answers any questions you might have. Dr. Kim is very professional but she is friendly and approachable as well. She makes you feel comfortable like you are talking to your friend. I have dry eyes and she explained dry eyes to me and how to alleviate the symptoms. She recommended some great products. I purchased the line she recommended and I can feel a difference between her recommended drops and the one I was using before. Her recommendation leaves my eyes feeling much more lubricated and refreshed. I can't wait to see what happens over time. Scott is professional and courteous as well. He had my insurance information straightened out before I was finished with my exam. All I had to do was purchase my eye drops and cleanser and I was done. Excellent customer service! read more
