First time here in awhile, it's been remodeled and no longer has the on-site lab. Kisha helped us out today and she was wonderful. My daughter's glasses needed new nose pads. Kisha expertly and quickly changed them as well as tightened everything so that her glasses fit better. I'll be back to choose some new glasses frames soon I think! Rene assisted me on 12/12/25 with a purchase of prescription glasses. Before proceeding, I asked him to confirm whether I would be receiving a brand new pair of glasses. He checked his tablet and confirmed that the glasses were in stock and that a new pair would be ordered. He also informed me that I could add a year of protection for replacements if needed. Based on this information, I agreed to the purchase. When I went to pick up my glasses the following week, I inspected them and noticed that I was given the display model. They were visibly worn, dusty, and had residue from previous customers. Rene was present and only confirmed they were display glasses after I questioned him. When I asked why I had not been contacted beforehand, he said they this information isn't disclosed to customers. He offered no apology or resolution and said the glasses would likely be replenished later in the week, which I later learned wasn't true. The following day, I escalated the issue to Keisha, the store manager, over the phone. She looked in their system and confirmed that the glasses I chose were no longer in stock and that the display model was the only option. She only offered two options to resolve my issue: take the glasses as is for full price (over $800) or receive a full refund. Based on this experience, I don't recommend this LensCrafters location. read more

Picked out frames asked if they could be made with 'Ray Ban' logo on the lens and was told by the representative "yes" I was to get my prescription, transition lens. In a few days when I picked them up and looked in the mirror I was horrified- I looked like a lady bug the lens in no way fit the frame and they were NOT TRANSITION nor were the lens bearing 'Ray Ban' . I went to return them and the BLACK lady I think her name is Nisia had a look of horror when I tried them on. The lens were inappropriate for the frame- I look around, found some and have order them. LensCrafter all they do is want your money they try to give you all the add-ons I was told they use my insurance however they did not use my insurance after I called to verify they said it was never used. The amount of my glasses were over $500 which I didn't understand since I have insurance for frames for $200 and free eye exam I got ripped off I received the eyeglasses the lenses were not high index thick and I did request high index because I chose Ray-Ban sunglasses for my eye wear which were very beautiful frames however with the lenses that were placed in them did not look right I would never recommend them again It took over a month for my refund I'll try Walmart unbelievably has great reviews they may not have the designer eyewear however the frames are very similar they just don't have Ray-Ban name or Gucci it's not necessary That's my opinion and the manager they're very short with you however I did appreciate Ed. He tried his best but even with him I felt I wasn't getting the full truth about my situation. read more

Came to get some glasses cause I finally got insurance came in just to get some reading glasses/working, was told that I had two different options, which was just a one lens or a working space lens, Order them got some really nice frames and when I use them, I saw right away that the working space lens gave me the worst headache. The day that I came in to get them adjusted into a single lens The gentleman that was helping me, was being very passive aggressive/condescending. I've always gone to independent optometrists, but I wanted something quick and convenient, so I decided to try this LensCrafters location since I no longer live near my old optometrist. Scheduling was super easy online (and super easy to reschedule, which I did do once). There were lots of appointment options as well, morning noon and night over a variety of days. I entered the store and was greeted kindly. Jamie checked me in and did the beginning eye exam stuff. She was wonderful! Then I saw Dr. Hse for the actual exam and she was great and answered all of my questions. I then got sent to Ed over in the frames area. He helped me find what I was looking for and took the time to show me different lenses. I was checked out using my insurance. There were no surprises as far as cost and what benefits my insurance covered. I didn't feel upsold on extras or glasses care insurance, but rather I was informed of it all and free to select what I wanted. I was told glasses usually take a couple of weeks, but since my lenses were in stock, I got a text two days later telling me my glasses were ready for pickup. Nowhere is it more true that you get what you pay for than here. Simple, straightforward glasses will probably fare just fine, they seem to really drop the ball when it comes to our contacts... no apologies not even trying to make it right. Very disappointed about this store. All employees have a bad attitude and bad service. Been a customer for many years and I take my whole family here. My husband recently bought expensive glasses like always and two weeks later the lenses are scratched. He took them back and spoke to two managers according to them (Ed and Annett) after talking to them for a while they just kept going in circles and couldn't help us because according to them we scratched the glasses ourselves. They sell you a bad, defective product and now All they want is for you to buy the insurance in order to fix them. What a deceptive sales practice and a way to take advantage of consumers. Scammers I would say. Do not go to this store. Find a different one which is what I plan to do. So appreciate the customer service here very much. They greet you as soon as you walk into the doors. I wear my glasses 24/7 and I have a toddler who likes to get creative in how to grab my glasses haha every time I come here to get it fixed they do within seconds. The screw to my glasses comes undone because my child pulls on them and when I come here they fix it quickly and hand them back to me. I'm always on the go so I appreciate the customer service and how quick they attend the customers. I've been coming to this LensCrafters location for three years now due to them being great. Hands down the nicest people you can ever know. My lens came out of my frameless glasses and they were able to fix it in no time. Ed greeted me when I walked in with a smile and asked how he could help me. Then Maria tried to pop the lense back in, but the string was loose and needed to bring them back to the technician, Renee, get the string tightened and they are as good as new. I went to LensCrafters this morning as soon as they opened as I'm trying to avoid crowds due to COVID. But I had employer based flexible spending money that expires 12/31 so I had to go in and use it. There were no other customers in the store and I was greeted promptly. They have protocol in place to sanitize frames after customers touch them before they go back on the racks which I appreciated. I found glasses I liked as their selection of frames was very good. Maria fitted me, told me how much it would be and asked if I had AAA as the discount was better. I didn't even think about that and appreciated her thoughtfulness. I was out of the store in under an hour. I brought an updated prescription with me so I didn't need to see the optometrist. The store was clean, I was greeted promptly, had all my questions answered, was able to look through a large selection of frames and Maria was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was late to the appointment and was told very politely that there is a ten minute grace period but if the next appointment is cancelled I will be seen. Dr. Carter was wonderful. She took time to explain how I will need time to adjust to my new prescription and when I picked up the glasses the associate also took time to explain and demonstrate how to adjust to progressive lens. I ordered my last 2 prescriptions from Lens Crafters and they have a great selection. The customer service is great and they the staff is very knowledgeable. They offer good deals but also have high end frames such as Prada, Burberry, and Tiffany and Co. I would have given 5 stars instead of 4, but my glasses had to be special ordered and it took 9 days for me to get them. I really needed the glasses right away, so the wait was a hassle. As a decade long customer of this LensCrafters location, I was honestly a bit disappointed and pretty crushed by my recent experience. Last week I wanted to update my lens prescription as well as get new lenses for my glasses - lenses being pretty scratched considering they were my only pair for the last 5-6 years (also purchased new at said location). Lagged on getting new ones since the whole process tends to be a bit pricey. I made an appointment and during a phone confirmation, I asked if I'd be able to bring in my frames and have new lenses put into them. The woman on the phone told me they would have to look at them, and said to bring them with me. So I did. After the appointment, I handed over my glasses, and the staff confirmed with the on-site lab that these would be fine to switch the lenses out, but did let me know that because the frames are plastic, I shouldn't expect much more life out of them. Fair warning, but I was fine with that and agreed to proceed. I returned home, and within 15mins received a call that the frames had been broken during the lens swap process. I was pretty bummed. Those were my favorite (and only!) glasses. A bit shocked, I asked her what my next move should be, and she told me that I "could glue them back together" Huh. Me? What about you? Why don't you glue them back together? You broke them!? I returned to the store, and they refused to give me any kind of discount, only offering a currently advertised deal on the lenses themselves. There was absolutely nothing done initially to make up for their mistake. And they tried to tell me that they warned me, in which I sternly corrected them that they had warned of a short life span, not breakage during swap. After 20-30mins of doing nothing for me, they eventually gave me a discount of $50 on new frames (which I did not plan on purchasing or liked very much at all) and put me in a financial situation that I was not prepared for. So all in all, thanks for nothing LensCrafters. You broke my frames and made me spend more money. And I still can't believe you told me to glue them back together. You've lost my business and I'll continue to let everyone I know to never go there. read more

Very clean and orderly store. Sunlight from the large windows are almost as bright as the smiles that greet you when you walk in. Very nice staff and large open floor plan make this store much more comfortable than going into a mall with a bunch of crowded walkways. I was reading previous reviews about this store being notorious for your prescription glass taking so long to be made. I guess they're right and I didn't listen. Lesson learned. I've been going to this lens crafters since I was in the fifth grade. Until recently it's been an okay experience. I'm in the process of getting contacts the whole point for me was to have colored eyes so I finally finalized my prescription and asked the doctor if my contacts could come in color. He said no (he then said a long A word which I assumed was the brand) because they don't make these specific contacts in color anymore. When I got to the cashier I asked if they had color contact options since again I thought he was taking about a specific brand. The cashier didn't seem like she wanted to deal with me and said "well what did the doctor tell you?" I thought was kind of rude but I thought maybe she just doesn't know. So I said he said not these contacts in particular (again thinking it was the specific brand) and she said let me get the doctor so she brought him back out and he explained the a word he used was for the shape of my eyes since they aren't shaped correctly. So no contacts will be able to be colored. It was a bit disappointing but moving on. I then said I would like to buy some contacts (if I had not asked I would not have received contacts that day). The cashier said okay and then checked my insurance she said my benefits had ran out and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I am use to paying some of it out of pocket but not usually all of it. I asked how much it would be. She said $47 for 1 month or $100 for 3 months. I said okay let me just get 1 month ( I did not want to spend $100 in a day), she asked if I wanted it delivered to the store or home, I said home the total came out to $97 and I thought holy fuck delivering to my house was an extra $50? No she charged me for two months, instead of one. If i was going to pay $100 I would have just gone with the 3 month plan. She said they would arrive in a week. And I really hope that two months worth comes to me. read more

The doctor and his assitant were great and very helpfull. The exam went well and the doctor was very helpfull. The Lenscrafter retail staff really lacked customer service and were amazing in their lack of concern. It all started with the store manager, who when I arrived for my 9:00am appointment, 3 minutes early asked me to leave the store because they were not open yet, thats right, she made me go back outside to wait three minutes. Then later when they staff was checking on my insurance to find out exactly what my benefits were I found out later that they had processed the claim as if they were getting the business, so when I went elsewhere I could not use my benefits. I had to go back to the store and deal with the rude manager again. I want to say this is standard practice for this store as it guarantees them the business, well they did not get mine. read more

Poor...I walked out 2 months ago thinking they were expensive. Now that the glasses are bizarrely cracking down the middle of the lens the manager tells me they cannot help. She said "that is what the protection plan is for!" My reply was to say that the p plan is for my mistakes, and this was theirs. Then stated that it is a defect of the lens. So she looked at them again and I told her look, there are no scratches, and everything is in perfect condition. She said she would go clean them and ask the tech. My exam was quite pleasant thanks to the doctor and the assistant that did all the pre tests on me. The appointment was made at nine in the morning, but I did not get out until eleven. I'm not sure as to why it took so long; maybe it's because I was with my dad or what, but for a place that was completely (in the word of the assistant) "dead," you would think one would get out within the hour. The customer service was fantastic, really. The young assistant was very eloquent and patient throughout our long visit. Sure, we gave her a few problems, but she always had a smile on her face. And though I dislike the doctor for shining multiple bright lights directly into my eyes, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm docking one star because although their customer service was generally good and the entire place was spotless, the associates should learn to keep their condescending facial expressions to themselves or at least in private. Customers could get really offended by it, and that's never a good way to keep business running. read more

The service here is super handy. I found that the screws of my glasses had missed this morning, and the lenses fell out. I was lucky to find the free repair service online. I didn't make an appointment and they still kindly service. The store is very high-end, clean and repaired soon my glasses.
