October 9 2025 I called I was place on hold for over half hour so I hung up and recalled and of course someone answered right away and it was the same person a young girl who answered the first time I acted like nothing happened and said I would like to make an appointment gave my insurance information and I again was placed on on hold for another 15 mins and I was told they do take my insurance but I knew that because I'm looking at my computer showing there in net work she tells me that there next available appointment is November 18 th well over a month but yet they take walk ins I'm smh maybe it because I have health net insurance which the basic insurance by Medical and maybe there being bias towards cheap insurance and probably don't care about helping people eye issues but rather but more about $$$. read more

I purchased a new pair of glasses on Saturday, and unfortunately, they accidentally fell and broke just a few days later. I returned to the facility on Wednesday hoping for some assistance, but was told there was absolutely nothing they could do--no warranty, no replacement options, nothing. The optometrist offered to bend the arm back into place but made it clear she would not be held liable if it broke further. She did adjust them, but they're still crooked. We were shocked and disappointed that there was no support for glasses that were less than a week old. While we understand not everything is covered, there should be some level of consideration for such a recent purchase. We just left feeling completely unsupported and frustrated. Terrible customer service and unfortunately they don't care about there walk ins. I was told when we walked in there was 3 people in front of us. I said that was ok.3 hours later and 3 additional walks ins later they completely forgot about us. Unfortunately they have a big staff with no sense of urgency. I was seen by Cynthia for the preliminary tests and Brandon Friedman for my consultation; this was my first visit to this office. The wait was short and I was attended to in a timely manner. Both Cynthia and Brandon were a solid 5/5 for customer service. At no point did I feel rushed or upsold on anything. I did take the iWellness and Fundus Photograph on the advice of a friend of mine. Brandon and I had a great casual conversation and was very knowledgeable on matters pertaining my eyes -- which comes to no surprise given his profession, but something that should be pointed out. The clerks do a good job of making sure you're attended to. So, that... I appreciate it. Whenever making an appointment here, I feel that they honor the time most of the time. Being a small office and it seems as though there is only one optometrist on deck, the wait time could be a bit longer than anticipated. Overall, one person does a good job of accommodating for each client. The reason why I gave a 5/5 for optometrist knowledge is because I have never had an optometrist in the past 16 years to tell me the intricate details of everything that was going on. I just tried so hard to give you guys business but every time I go it's like your secretaries don't want my business and acting between smartass and rude. I don't know what it is, it's probably my insurance. I have VSP Insurance and I also have VSP Insurance through my wife.. last time if it wasn't for the doctor behind them I probably wouldn't have been seen. Of course I walked in early in the morning hardly anybody there and asked if I could be seen today.. first things (they made a caca face like they were in the restroom) she made a Eee noise & said it's about three hour wait without checking their calendar. I was about to say okay nevermind I'll go to Costco but the doctor said no I'm available and they fit me right in. the doctor is great but Jesus these secretaries in the front, do they know who paying their wages.. the customers are.. that's the first time. I went the second time was at 3:54 p.m. I was bringing my son for the first time and my wife I misunderstood the girl yesterday when I was there I thought she had made an appointment for me but she had told me that they take walk-ins. so I went in the same secretary that was by the wall sarcastically said oh you're not on here and that they don't take walk-ins after 4. so I just took off and said f you I'm going to Costco way better service by the way. So third day I go in the morning again. I had prescriptions and was just going to buy the frames and again really rude they said oh the measurements weren't done and that I wasn't able to choose any frames so I left and I'm glad I left.. so I'm glad, I called VSP now they referred me over to a new office which is way better and they have a variety of frames with Better discounts.. it's a bit of a drive. it's in the city of Rialto next to Jack In The Box on Riverside Avenue.. but the frames are really really nice and worth the drive and great variety of brands I love this place I'm glad and thankful for the bad service you guys gave me I would have not found this place. read more

I was recommended to your facility because I have a difficult prescription to fill because I've previously had RK Surgery and it has caused irreparable damage and not every dispensing optometrist has the extensive range of state of the art equipment and the training to deal with my situation (in his opinion). Dr. Barajas took that a step above and beyond with his obvious care and concern on top of his professionalism during a time when it was greatly needed. I will recommend him to anyone needing glasses or contacts, especially if you've had problems in the past.
