I was greeted immediately at the door by a very nice young lady, she helped me with my insurance and there was no problem with it. I went to Azul Vision originally that day to try and get it done and they refused to take my insurance. They were rude to me. They said that I had no insurance and they pushed me out the door. I will never go back there. The young lady sent me to a gentleman by the name of Albert Castillo, who brought out all the frames that I could pick from and there was a nice variety and beautiful colors. He helped me very quickly and help me find sizes that fit my face and nice colors. It took us only about 15 minutes. He got me ones that I really liked and then he also set me up so that I could get ones that would go dark outside because my insurance normally would not cover that but I have macular degeneration and he he he knew that and he set it up so that I could get it the other place said that I didn't even have coverage let alone something for macular degeneration. They really embarrassed me and I was really happy to have Albert help me with this. He made me feel glad to be there and made me feel that I was really good to be one of their customers read more

I've been going here since I was a kid. Both Dr. Quan and Dr. Morton are great and are extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining. The office staff is always efficient and nice. I can't imagine going to any other optometrist. And they have GREAT availability they have Saturday appointments!!! read more

Very bad experience, don't recommend at all. I felt the discrimination one of the employees treated me because of my accent. I need a replacement of the glasses which I purchased last year and they just told me they would contact the factory. BUT I don't think they did cause I went there the third time after one month they told me I need to drop off the glasses first in order to check if it's under warranty. Why didn't tell me the previous times. And the attitude of one of them was so rude that make me feel so unwelcomed. read more

My mom and dad also my husband get their glasses here. They always let you wait at least 30min if you are lucky. So i try make appt for myself just because it is near my house . I am a person who likes to be on time so when I came to my appointment they made me wait for not half an hour but more than an hour. Since i had another appointment at the time with my client ( i am own a hair salon ) so i had to walk out and keep my other appointment. My family and i will never come back here again. Hope this review will make them improve their handling in customer services and appointments. read more

I had scheduled yearly eye exam- my insurance pays for that. Afterward they would not give me an RX for contacts telling me that they didn't do the exam for contacts only for glasses. Now my insurance won't pay for a separate exam, and I'm out of pocket to get Contacts. I've worn glasses for 20 years an never had an optometrist do this. I'll never go back. read more

I purchased 2 pair of glasses from this place. One set of computer glasses, which work great. Second pair of progressive lenses.....a very bad experience with progressives from this place. On Friday I will be making my 5th trip to this place to see if they can readjust the frames again or just give me my money back. I decided to go here as my Optometrist was booked & does not have hours I can see him. Bad choice. I have paid hundreds of dollars for the progressive lens & frames & do not see well. read more

I had high hope for this place. But, I was greatly disappointed. I showed up 5 mins before my appointment. But was not seen until 10 after my appointment. The 1st person I felt with was a young lady who was not very pleasant. We did our 1st two eye test. Then went to the exam room and pretty much slammed the door as she left me in there to wait for the doctor. She needs to treat the client as if they matter and are welcomed. This set the tone for my visit. The doctor was great. Very professional, courteous & pleasant. She was a pleasure to deal with. The person who was to help me with my glasses selection. Was ok....but not helpful. Gave me no info with regards to my vision plan and what my plan covers. Also did not even step up to work with in finding frames that could be a good fit. The selection was poor. The men's area was lacking....they just all looked like the same as the others. No Variety. The women section had a better selection but still limited. The young lady I was working with was not helpful instead said "ok, I'll go get you a copy of your prescription." My thought were Wow! They just don't value me as a customer. I felt like they just did not care at all. I have been to may optometrist and this by far is the worst.. I would recommend not going to this place. If you don't fit their version of what they want as customers....your treated like garbage. The funny part...I was pleasant during my time there. I just wanted to see how far this bad service could go. Well they showed me. Don't spend your money and time here. read more

This was my first visit here and I have been blown away by amazing customer service from the beginning. Due to the pandemic it has been challenging finding an optometry office that is open that excepts my insurance, but they made the frustrating situation feel a little less irritating. They were able to get me in to see a doctor in less than a week ! The office was clean, I was seen in little to no wait time, everyone was so nice & Professional! It was an unbelievable experience bc good customer service is hard to find these days. The only thing I can honestly complain about is the distance I have to travel is a little ways, but I will continue to come regardless. Check them out! Worst eye doctor around. I would consider this place a SCAM. I have been coming here for years and every year i have to explain to them how my dual insurance will FULLY cover my contacts. My complaint is not with the eye exam, but with the unethical practices of the business. I had my eyes examined back in August. I got my prescription and told them I wasn't interested in buying glasses. They put a hold on my insurance for the glasses anyway. I was not aware of that until December when another place informed me they couldn't use the insurance. I called Alta Loma Optometric and they said it was standard practice. I told them it was unethical and they had lost my future business and the person I was talking to basically said, "Oh well." read more

I am so disappointed. I called this morning and made an appointment for 1115 on the same day. I went and removed my daughter from school and took her to the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early, and completed my paperwork and turned it in five minutes before my appointment time. After 40 minutes had gone by I finally asked what was going on and was told "I'm sorry were running a little bit behind". I then asked how much longer it would be and she said another 15 minutes. That is an hour after my scheduled appointment. I pulled my daughter out of school for nothing. They just lost all four members of my family. We will not be back. read more

I was going to this office for years. Had my appointment today for an eye exam, arrived early and was told they would not provide me service unless I allowed them to make a copy of my driver's license. They said this is a new procedure for them due to fraud they've supposidly had in the past with prior patients. I told them, I have no issues showing them my ID to prove who I am, but I do not authorize them to make a copy of my driver's license for their files. This is what leads to identiy theft, which is on the rise, particularly from medical offices. I can tell you for certainty, not all employees in medical offices are honest, many actually have a criminal history. There is no reason for medical offices to request your social security number or copies of your driver's license. This is a red flag and this office should be avoided if you value your privacy. I was extremely disappointined with this office for their lack of professionalism and they wasted my time today. They should have informed me their updated policies when I made the appointment over the phone. read more
