I have been coming here for a couple of years. The office is always running on time for my appointment so there's little to no wait. I have seen all the doctors that practice here and they are all patient and knowledgeable. There is a smaller selection of frames at the upland location so I get my eye exam in upland and go to the Fontana location to pick my frames. read more

I am not a sensitive person, but I'm very sensitive about my vision. It was very bad for decades, and with the caring and understanding of Dr. Bruce Duvall (who I love and trust very much), we worked on getting it better. Then he retired last year, and I was devastated. What does this have to do with this medical group? I'll tell you: when you have a great relationship with a provider, it's so hard to go to someone new. SO HARD. But Dr. Duvall trusts them, and so, I decided to try them. I'm so glad I did! I saw Dr. Flores, and he was so kind to me. I was near tears because I missed Dr. Duvall so much, but Dr. Flores took his time and listened completely to all my concerns. He is full of empathy and his exam technique is thorough. I left feeling reassured and much better, and the front desk gave me a free eyeglass repair kit and lens cleaner! I'm always going to miss Dr. Duvall, but I like Dr. Flores, and I think we'll build up a good relationship. If you try him, I'm sure you will too! read more

I was a patient of Dr. Bruce Duvall, and loved his kind heart and expertise. He and his staff always put me at ease. When he retired, I thought I would find another Optometric group closer to home. I made an appointment with Dr. Flores, and I will be staying with this group! Dr. Flores was kind, understanding, and patient. The entire staff was very warm and friendly. Excellent service! Their whole team is wonderful! Dr. Leo, Tyler, and Alex were amazing to me and my mother. My mother whom is getting up there in age was treated very well and made to feel extremely welcomed. I quote "I felt very relaxed an well accommodated." Dr. LEO and his staff are the absolute best. At most places you have to wait even if you have an appointment. But here at Optometric Group of Upland after you check in you get seen moments later. All the staff are very friendly and respectful. I spent a good 30 minutes trying on different frames and was not rushed not one time. The staff here are very friendly and respectful. Dr. Gray and the staff are very nice, attentive and do not rush you. As we only visit the eye Dr maybe once a year and need our vision every single day, this quality is important to me, they did not make me feel rushed at all.
