There's not enough words to express how amazing Dr. Rossi, Dr. Fuertez and their staff are! I have been a patient here since 2010 and will never go anywhere else. Both doctors don't view you as just another number. They take their time with you at every appointment. They explain everything very thoroughly and are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The office always looks super clean when we come in, they constantly wipe things down right in front of you. Their eyeglass selection always improves and has the best designer brands! I love the office during every holiday because they decorate it so cute, makes you feel at home. My family and I recently moved out of state but that won't stop us from taking a trip to our annual visits. Doctor Fuertes was very informative and reassuring about my concerns, both her and the nurse were very professional and maintained cleanliness, by wiping down the machines in front of me to ensure peace of mind, knowing that they disinfected the machines. I have been coming to see Dr. Rossi since 2006! I was recommended by a friend who has been coming to him since 2001. Dr. Rossi is so thorough and truly cares about my vision! He spends time getting to know my vision needs to recommend the most suitable eyewear that I can benefit from! As a photographer, I need eyewear that provides exceptional clarity and precision, allowing me to see the finest details with maximum accuracy. Because of this thorough experience, don't expect a quick visit, you may have to wait a bit, but once it's your turn, all his focus is on you, your eyes and your needs! It is absolutely worth the wait! The office is a mid century retro! Super cute! He is however updated, well read and knowledgeable! I've been a patient of Dr. Rossi for several years and have always had great experiences. However, my most recent visit left me disappointed. The checkup itself was excellent--the new doctor was friendly and very informative. I needed a new prescription, and to save money, I asked them to replace the lenses in my old frames (which I had purchased from their office). What was supposed to take two weeks ended up taking five. I rely on my glasses for driving at night, so while I could manage for two weeks, the delay became a real inconvenience. Despite the extended wait, I was never proactively contacted by the office--I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. Each time, I was simply told that my glasses weren't ready. Eventually, I learned that the lenses had failed inspection twice at the lab, which explained the delay. Still, I received no updates, apologies, or attempts to make the situation right. After five long weeks, I finally got my glasses, but this experience has convinced me not to purchase glasses from their office again. For comparison, I ordered a pair of glasses online from EyeBuyDirect and received them in just two days. It was a night-and-day difference in service and efficiency! read more

I've been coming here for about 3 years, was referred by some friends. Like the smaller vibe in comparison to the larger shops I've been to and gouged by their pricing. It is an older office in a residential area, but it is clean and the staff is great. I am able to get Saturday appts and called immediately if there are any cancellations. They take their time with your appt and are very helpful when selecting your frames. Highly recommend!! read more

I just moved to Ontario. I made an appt on a Saturday. Dr. Rossi and his staff were very professional and courteous. It was somewhat slow in his office and Dr. R. took his time with me (he didn't have to) and spent about 2.5 hours on and off with me. It was a very pleasant experience. He provided me with different contacts for reading and distant vision. My other Doc never told me about them. He also answered some questions regarding my allergies and how they affect the use of my contacts. I like the office, a throw back to 1970. Retro. Neat. I hope they don't modernize it. I have been going to Dr. Rossi for over 20 years. He is highly professional, extremely competent, and detail oriented. He takes time to do an eye exam. He asks questions about the work I do and the tasks I perform that require glasses. He is up to date on the latest studies on exposure to blue light and other tech-related issues. He is meticulous in checking my vision. I love the office décor. It is very vintage, retro, midcentury modern. When I walk in, I feel as if I have been transported to the Mad Man era. If you don't like retro, don't be put off. He has the very latest equipment for conducting eye exams. The frame selection in the office is limited. I always have to order a few frames and try them on once they come in. I've had to wait weeks for back-ordered frames to arrive too. That is a pain. read more

Today I made an appt to return for new glasses and Adriana gave me stellar customer service, helping me with the glasses I had found online and assisted me with getting them. "The Strangest Feeling " You ever walk into a business, and an employee has a nasty attitude? Beyond Nasty??? I mean, u have never seen this person your whole life, and every time you drop by this is what u encounter as a personal experience: 1. call make an appointment, attitude. 2. Show up , make copay and relax in waiting area, attitude! 3. Doctor order employee to assist...really bad attitude, the kind where they are breathing very hard and u wanna say "chill homie, u making some money" !! 4. Watch the interaction with other employees with this person...you guessed right, attitude !!! I mean it is sooo bad, you can feel them bringing everyone down in the office, and it seems like rest office is walking around egg shells around girlfriend with attitude. Like you can cut the stiff air in the room...get my drift? 5. Have a nice small polite conversation with other employees and u turn around and see dagger eyes ....girl attitude!!!!! 6. Walk in to get prescription.....you guessed right again...ATTITUDE (in my Charlie Sheen "winning" voice) dagger eyes giving nasty stare. But I'm purple and another couple who walks in is green and oh, totally change? They just happen to be the same RACE and speak the same tongue and now she is nice. All of a sudden??? Wait....what???! And you were trying to talk down to me, and even Dr. Sanchez was looking the other way cause of Bertha's behavior.....what????? Hmm seems strange to me, don't you think??? Now you know why no matter what time of day you go, the office is empty Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more
