Overall great experience with office staff, particularly Allison who is beyond kind and personable. She really made our experience great. My experience with Dr Le was unfortunately not a great one. She kept insisting that my need for corrective lenses was my own fault and that I needed to perform eye yoga on a regular basis to correct this. She insisted that I relax my eyes and try to get the letters on the exam chart to focus during my exam on lines I couldn't normally read. As a result, I had a prescription that provided double vision and an inability to recognize faces, read, or see clearly 20 feet away. She said she intentionally gave me a lower prescription and to keep doing my eye yoga to make the prescription better at home. I came back to the office a week later frustrated and expressed my ongoing concern to Dr. Le. I wasn't able to function properly at work and was consistently getting headaches trying to focus my vision to "normalcy." She was clearly irritated with me and said I wasn't trying hard enough with the eye yoga. I've been wearing glasses for the last 30 years and have never experienced this with any other optometrist. After a bit of resistance she reluctantly gave me a stronger (but still not strong enough) prescription and insisted that I continue doing eye yoga at home. I had to deal with this poor prescription for the rest of the year to avoid additional fitting and exam fees, which continues to be frustrating. I have been to this office twice so far and have seen each doctor. There are only two I believe. I have been wearing glasses for 26 years now, so I wanna say I had a fair share of eye doctors. These two ladies are the real deal. Super nice, super patience, super helpful. They are very thorough and explain everything. Not only that but the young lady who screens you does an excellent job as well. They do have a small selection of frames but due to my insurance, I was only able to get one or the other ( contacts vs glasses) so I opt to get contacts. Covid was a weird time, so if you see any negative review during covid time, my advice would give them grace, everyone was trying to figure out all the weird stuff during a weird time. I've been in 2020 and 2023 and both times they have been pleasant. read more

On June 9th, I had a conversation with Dr. Lee about the ordeal with my frames. At the onset, she seemed defensive but as we spoke, it became clear that the main issue was not the damaged frames, but rather the unfeeling attitude and the dismissive response to my request to converse with her. Dr. Lee explained that Bernadette was a new employee, authorized to handle customer service matters. The message passed on to me was that "nothing else could be done" and that "the doctor does not wish to speak with you." This felt very dismissive. Dr. Lee apologized and requested that I revise my review to remove Dr. Owei's name as she was the one who conducted the exam, not Dr. Owei. It appears I made an incorrect assumption, as there are multiple doctors at the facility. The problem still persists, and I will need to return to select new frames, despite not needing or liking the ones they initially offered. Dr. Lee approved some special discounts for my situation. I'll provide an update once I have my new glasses. Dr. Lee also mentioned their Office Manager, who had attempted to find replacement lenses for me after the lab damaged the original ones. This was new information for me during our call. I appreciate the extra effort to find a solution. However, my main complaint is still based on Bernadette's communication and the fact that significant efforts to resolve the situation only came after my initial review. read more

They were like oh like nothing then overcharged for his glasses I recommend you not to go to this place for a small place. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Le when I had my eyes exam. Everyone was friendly, professional and they make you feel more than just a customer. So it just make sense to bring my daughter there to pick out frames for her prescription. I called to make sure they were open, and the receptionist said they were. I arrived 3 min later and asked her if we can look around for a frame for my daughter's prescription. The lady sitting behind the desk says, she can't help us and to come back at 1430 because she had to take a lunch break. Mind you, they had 1 other customer sitting down with an employee discussing prices. She came off rude and unprofessional. How do you turn away a paying customer ...? Very nice place, staff was excellent but 2 issues came up. First, the onocular test was optional when told over the phone while making appt and when I got there, no one asked me anything, just took me right in back and starting testing. Paid for the onocular test, $40 with my insurance and regular test with insurance, another $20. Second, the frame selection was small, I am not a designer kinda guy, just needed some nice metal frames that were not to fragile. found a pair over my insurance allowance but was willing to pay, but with the add ons, went way over budget (a $40 pair was now $160). I got my prescriptions and went to a big brand eye place, got both long distance and reading frames for a 1/3 of what they priced for 1 pair with my insurance. Again, staff was great but just wanted some simple glasses. read more

I've had bad experiences with eyes doctors not taking out the time for a decent eye exam but did not have this problem here. I decided to try it out because of the reviews on yelp, and they did not fail me. Loved it here. Dr Lee is such a great person. And she took the time out to thoroughly check my eyes. I've explained how previous doctors could not get my prescription right and she started from scratch and tested me three times so that I'd have a peace of mind. She is very honest, answers all questions and hopes that patients take her recommendations. Plus her staff are friendly. The office is clean, nicely updated and sleek looking. && they take IEHP! The staff here is so nice and welcoming and the doctor is the best I've worked with. She was extremely thorough and helped me with my visions so much. Her prescription was the sharpest and most comfortable I've ever seen in my life. It was much pricier in comparison to Costco but for the quality of service and attention to detail, it's totally worth it. They are all about what is most comfortable for YOU and they actually listen to your concerns. I've had chronically dry eyes for half my life and for the first time in over a decade I finally have some relief. Dr. Alazigha Owei is amazing. The love and care the entire team shows at One Vision has made me a loyal customer. They never fear explaining everything that's going on with your eye health. The doctors here realized my old optometrist had actually overcorrected my vision causing eye strain and fatigue. After attending I have been able to lower my prescription and improve my eyesight. In the decades that I've been going to Optometrists, Dr Hong Chau T. Le is hands down the best I have ever had. She genuinely cares for her patients the way one can only dream of. If you are looking for an optometrist who will look out for 1) The Health of your eyes 2) Genuinely care for her patients and doesn't look at you like a number. 3) Looks out for your best interest in the products that are made available to you and not try to sell you something you don't need. Optumvision has a great and friendly staff, who are very diligent and patient. The office is stylish and clean and nicely furnised with great selections for eyewear at affordable prices. I enjoy coming to this optometrist. Her office is the best! They helped me pick out a pair of frames that I would never have tried and I love them. The doctor is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have keratoconous and need to wear scleral lenses. The lenses I used to get fitted for by a different optometrist in LA were ok. I didn't really like wearing them because they weren't the most comfortable. My old optometrist also seemed to only be given one choice of lenses to prescribe. But after having gone to One Vision and getting fitted by Dr. Le, my contacts have been the most comfortable. She knows what she is doing and is a perfectionist. She had me try different ones and each one is better than the last. Now, when I wear my scleral lenses, I feel like I'm not even wearing contacts because they are so comfortable. I'm so glad we found her. I feel completely confident that she has the best lenses to offer to those that need scleral lenses. No need to make those long trips to LA where I used to think I could only get the best lenses. My appointment was on March 4th for my young daughter and myself. It was super easy to get an appointment, the staff was extremely friendly and practiced covid safe protocols. Dr. Owen was the sweetest and most knowledgeable optometrist I have been to yet. She took her time explaining my eye details, how to practice good eye care and did not try to upsell me on glasses I did not need. I appreciated the courtesy and honesty. I love that the location is in my area and appreciate the scheduling practice, they did not double book me. I did not have to wait hours to be seen or be left in a room waiting for my exam. I had an appointment with the eye doctor at noon. By 12:45 PM I was still waiting for the eye doctor to see me, I could hear her clearly chatting away with the previous patient. Now I completely appreciate Dr. spending time with the patient, however not when you have had another patient waiting for 45 minutes to see you for a scheduled appointment. I ended up not getting an exam and leaving As I had some words out to be and now I have to find another place to go. This was an absolute waste of time. read more

I came here since I was experiencing spots in my vision. My husband and my daughter (who are both nearsighted) have raving reviews of Dr. Lee, so I thought that I'd give it a shot to see if she can help me. I've only worn glasses 20 years ago, didn't really like wearing them, and I quickly lost them only 2 weeks after I got them. I didn't really think that I needed glasses so I never thought of getting them again. I didn't really know what to expect since I was sure that I didn't need glasses. I was driving fine and can read fine, but I don't know what was causing the spots in my vision. After the very thorough eye exam, Dr. Lee found that I did have a little bit of farsightedness and recommended that I do get some glasses. She was very patient in explaining that the reason for the spots in my vision is due to my eyes working harder to adjust for that little bit of farsightedness, causing an ocular migraine, but, more importantly, because I work in front of the computer non-stop. The glasses can help with the eye strain a little bit, but it's really my habits that needed to change in order for the vision spots to stop. She has this motherly demeanor where you know that she's reprimanding you because she cares. I really don't like glasses and I didn't adjust well to it. I was experiencing nausea, and when we explained this to Dr. Lee, she was very accommodating and lowered the grade of my glasses even further to help me adjust. I'm pleased to say that after a couple of weeks of the new glasses and following her advice, I'm no longer experiencing the vision spots! read more

Dr. Le is AMAZING. She was extremely patient and explanatory, she made it a point to get to know a little bit about me and was just overall a great person. She walked into the exam room with a big smile which made me feel comfortable going to a new doctor, she spoke about reasons why my eyes are so weak and suggested a specific type of lens that has helped me with not straining my eyes as I am doing school work or focusing on a specific thing for too long. I enjoyed that she took the time to sit and talk with me and didn't rush my appointment. My whole family was extremely happy with the way we were treated and the glasses we got. GREAT DOCTORS! Rude staff.  I've been coming here for years & never complained, until now. This time, the glasses I spent a pretty penny on began to get dings and lines on them and I had only worn them at my computer for about 2 weeks. I didn't think there could be scratches this soon, so I brought them back when I could to ask if that's what they were (they have wonky hours, rarely answer their phone, won't return your messages, and they will straight up knife you if you walk in without an appointment, so it took me a while to get in there). Yes, they were scratches and dings. For real? I have FIVE pairs of reading glasses and not one pair has a scratch on them; I'm very careful. There was no reason for this so soon. Anyway, they sent them back and I paid $20 for shipping. No biggie. When I came to pick them up, I wasn't treated well by the short-haired woman out front. I am always pleasant to people because life is hard enough, but this woman openly made it known that she thought I was lying. She accused my dog of eating them. She accused my non-existent grandchildren of playing with them (gee thanks, I look THAT old?). And if that wasn't enough, she said in a condescending tone, "Good thing we had this available for you or you'd be out of luck!" Excuse me? You sold me a shoddy pair of glasses at top dollar (I spent $543 at my last visit, WITH insurance), gave them to me in a frame I didn't order (which I kept quiet about because I didn't want to fuss), charged me for shipping to have them fixed, handed them back to me with loose screws, and then you feel entitled to speak that way to me? Hands down the best optometry I've ever been to! I was skeptical because I used to go to the optometrist in Eastvale by Baskin Robbins and they lost my glasses in the mail. So when I was looking for places this was the first one I noticed. It's super nice and clean inside and they make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. The doctor and staff are so amazing. My glasses had broke and I was able to get an appointment right away. I had a budget and the staff helped me work around it! They definitely care for there customers. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Dr. Le and her staff were friendly, accommodating and they actually CARE. I have been looking for a great optometrist in the I.E. and have finally found her! She started from scratch with me even though I have been wearing glasses/contacts all my life. We spoke at great length about the health of my eyes, my medical history, what vitamins/supplements I can take to make my eyes more healthy and other behaviors I can do to keep my contacts and eyes at their best. She seriously knows her stuff! Dr. Le gets to know each one of her patients and will quickly win you over with her "bedside manner". She asked me how my holidays were and how I spent them and was genuinely looking for a real answer, not your typical "they were good, thanks". Dr. Le will look up your insurance information and will work with you to get you the best deals out there. She will make recommendations and will not try to up-sell you. At other optometrists, I always felt like I would spend hundreds of dollars every year and with her I actually walked out of her office making money through a rebate she offered! Her staff also took the time to sit with me and pick out the best frames for the coverage I had, explained my eye insurance in detail and I didn't feel rushed when I was looking through their huge selection of glasses. They have a big selection of discounted frames as well as high end, brand name frames. You can even get some sunglasses if you need to use the last bit of your FSA. Came in on a whim after waking up with an irritated right eye, which left my eye red and swollen. Really didn't know what to expect. The office is big and clean. They do carry a large selection of brand name glasses. The staffs were friendly and very helpful! They went the extra mile and called my insurance for any coverage. I had to wait a bit, but that's normal for a first time visit filing papers and answering questions. Dr. Le was wonderful! She was very caring and genuinely concerned about my eye. She was professional and did a wonderful job at finding out what was causing my irritation. I received some free eye drop samples and prescription. I gotta be real and state my opinion about all these 5 star reviews because they look phony to me. If you notice, most of these rave reviews of 5 stars have just a handful of reviews associated to them. Keep that in mind as you read on. My experience was ok, nothing superb or out of the ordinary. I was a bit disappointed in their frame selection, it has about 50% of the selection of my old place I went to. My gripe are the business hours, they are closed on Mondays. They are closed the first week of January 2022 due to exposure to Covid. I mean, the whole place has to close down??? Can I not order anything at all?? Can you take my order over the phone? Lastly, I have a complaint about the wait time. I waited for the optometrist for a solid 25 minutes. I can hear her talking to another patient and I understand it's easy to fall behind schedule but I'm just as busy and have a schedule myself. When I got my eyes checked, the optometrist initially said no change in prescription. I had to tell her my eyes are blurry and vision is not clear. Had I not spoken up, I'd still have the same one year old prescription. Would I return? Only if this is the only place in town. Would I recommend? Only if you feel like waiting around and do not mind the frame selection. I feel all of the above warrant 2 star rating. read more
