She takes the time to listen, never rushes appointments, and even remembers details about your life from previous visits, which really shows how dedicated she is to providing personalized care. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They also have a great selection of frames at very reasonable prices. I've compared prices at other optical offices, and many seem to charge significantly more for similar products. I'm also glad they moved into their newer, larger location in Eastvale. The office is modern, comfortable, and a great improvement while maintaining the same excellent service. If you're looking for an optometrist who is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to get to know her patients, I highly recommend Susan and the team at Cloverdale Optometry.

I had to call multiple times just to find out what was going on. For something as straightforward as getting a pair of glasses, the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude. Her attitude was unwelcoming and came across as if she owned the place and didn't need to treat customers with respect. Customers deserve timely service, clear communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this office fell short on all three. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the delays and the way customers are treated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

SCAM!!! Very…read moreDisappointing Experience -- Check Frame Prices Online Before Purchasing I had my eye exam and purchased my glasses here a few weeks ago, thinking I had finally found my go-to optometry. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. After my purchase, I checked the Chanel website and discovered that the exact frame I bought was listed for $380, while this optometry charged me $525 for the frame alone. When I contacted them to ask about the price difference, they explained that it was due to additional charges and fees. They also claimed that the price was higher because they were able to accommodate my insurance, and that I only paid $220 out of pocket, which they presented as a better deal than the retail price. This explanation makes no sense to me. My insurance provides partial coverage; that does not justify inflating the frame's price. If the frame had been charged at the price listed on Chanel's official website, my out-of-pocket cost would have been significantly lower -- around $70, based on my understanding of my insurance benefits. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I called to discuss this issue and was promised a callback, but no one ever followed up. I understand that businesses have operating costs, but customers deserve transparent pricing and honest explanations, especially when insurance benefits are involved. I would strongly recommend checking the frame's retail price online before making a purchase here. I genuinely thought I had found an optometry I could return to, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust and left me very disappointed
