I loved coming here except for one thing. The receptionist. The older lady (possibly his wife) is so rude and she answers with such an attitude as if she's the doctor. I called about ordering new contacts and about the price and she responds with " ok? Does it matter how much it costs? Does it?!" And I was like well yes cause my insurance won't pay for it. And she proceeded to reply with "no! It doesn't matter honestly!" Other times she always lost my paper work and my patient file I would have to wait about 20 min for her to find it. Sometimes she wouldn't update files and tell me I still owed from previous times until I had to prove I didn't owe anything. Dr Perry is such a great optometrist but he needs to get a new receptionist who doesn't give so much attitude and acts professionally and loves their job. Won't be coming back here until the receptionist is replaced.

I needed an exam as I had an eye concern and she gave me a very professional and thorough exam. Thankfully, my exam turned out alright. I appreciate her great approach to patient care. Only thing here is parking can be incredibly difficult to find, as it shares the lot with dozens of business and think some condo buildings. Jennifer spoke to me in a condescending and rude way, as if I'm stupid, instead of simply helping me look at frames. When I asked her to please speak to me normally and not be rude, she escalated the situation, told me to leave, and physically went to the front door, opened it, and ordered me out. When I asked for her manager and business card and her name, she refused. She then proceeded to call the police. This lady is an angry person with a short fuse. This is not how customers should be treated--especially by a manager. I left without ordering anything. I hope corporate or the district manager addresses this, because the lack of basic customer service and kindness was shocking. I will not be coming back, and I will be asking for a full refund of the cost for the exams.

I had been experiencing eye pain for the last 2 weeks and she wanted me to wait until she came back from her vacation to get results. After Waking up this morning with horrible eye pain, headache and pressure that wouldnt go away i decided to do a quick Google search and corona optometry popped up. I called them today around 4pm, told them my symptoms and they immediately got me within 30 mins. The office staff was super friendly, thoroughly explained all testing to me, Dr..SADEGHIAN was very patient, had professional chairside manners, has new state of the art equipment and listened to my whole ordeal that I've been dealing with for months now. He really made me feel cared for and heard! Dr. Was very thorough explaining all his findings and even showed me all the images as he was explaining everything. He gave me solid suggestions on how I can better my eye health, and made sure I left his office feeling confident that I had nothing to worry about because he double checked everything. I appreciate that he saw how anxious and concerned I was over the eye pain and even gave me a note to take to the ER in the event the pain and blurriness got worse. I appreciate that so much. It's not everyday you come across a doctor who really cares for their patients and makes them feel heard. I would highly recommend this office if you're looking for a compassionate, thorough optometrist who really wants to help. Thank Corona Optometry

Last year I had no issues with this office and was always satisfied with my visits. Unfortunately,…read morethis year has been a very different experience, and it seems to coincide with new staff and more aggressive sales tactics. I went in for a routine eye exam and simply asked for my prescription at the end. I did not report any problems with my current contacts. Despite this, I was encouraged to try one-day contact lenses instead. When I asked for my prescription, I was told they needed to order trial lenses for my current brand, which meant I had to come back again just to receive what I already use. When I returned for that follow-up, even though my appointment was on time, it still took about 10 minutes for someone to take me to the back. I had already clearly stated that I was not planning on purchasing contact lenses through the office so there wouldn't be any pressure, yet they still attempted to place an order at the end of my second appointment, and were reluctant to release my prescription until I firmly told them I was going to buy elsewhere. This was frustrating, especially since I'm paying for the eye exam and prescription and should not feel like it's being held back. To add to the frustration, I had a separate upcoming appointment scheduled for Monday that I canceled over the phone, yet I still received a text asking me to confirm that appointment after the fact. Overall, the experience felt pushy and disorganized compared to previous years. Because of these new tactics, I'll be switching to a different eye care office.
