As someone who works in customer service myself, I am beyond disappointed with how I've been treated following my appointment. My annual eye exam itself was great, and I was excited to try a new eye doctor. I was given a trial of contacts that I wore for a week or two before deciding to stick with the contacts I've been wearing for years. Initially, I was quoted $800 for an annual supply of contacts, nearly double the $440 I typically pay. When I questioned the price, I was told they apparently didn't have my insurance information, despite me verifying my insurance before my appointment and again during the visit. This was frustrating and left me questioning why this information hadn't been handled correctly from the beginning. After speaking with Charlene, I was told the price with my insurance would be $500. I then asked about the Alcon manufacturer rebate, which I have always applied for when purchasing my contacts. Instead of providing information or helping me with the process, Charlene told me I needed to contact Alcon directly and insisted the office did not receive rebate forms. After spending three days trying to reach Alcon customer service, I finally received an email explaining that my eye doctor should be able to provide me with a rebate code. I forwarded the email to the office, only to then be told that they did, in fact, have rebate forms available for me to pick up. I work 10-12-hour shifts, so having to spend days going back and forth over something that should have been a straightforward process was incredibly frustrating. I explained that I was too busy with work to drive down to pick up a form and texted the office at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 16, when their posted hours were 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. I received no response for the remainder of the day. What makes this even more frustrating is that the office has previously responded to my texts outside of business hours, including at 8:36 p.m. I understand that staff cannot always respond immediately, but after all the time I had already spent trying to get a simple answer, the lack of communication was extremely disappointing. The entire experience has left a bad impression of an office I was initially excited to visit. Between the confusion surrounding my insurance, the inconsistent information about the rebate, and the lack of follow-through, I felt as though I had to do all the work myself just to receive basic assistance. Unfortunately, a great eye exam does not make up for poor customer service afterward. I expected better communication, transparency, and professionalism. I will not be recommending this office to friends or family, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

He took his time and made sure that our prescriptions were right. It was especially helpful for my husband who's current prescription has been giving him issues. I love the small town feel about this office and the fact that he always strives to get you the best prices. If you're in the market for a new eye doctor, definitely check him out!

When I asked for her manager and business card and her name, she refused. She then proceeded to call the police. This lady is an angry person with a short fuse. This is not how customers should be treated--especially by a manager. I left without ordering anything. As you enter, you'll noticed a clean bench seat to the right of a short narrow hallway. The office is small but serves its purpose. There's plenty of seats, four rooms, and a receptionist desk. Everything looks clean, neat, and organized. Staff: The staff was very polite, helpful, nice, and had a great smile. They helped me through my payment process very smoothly, explaining every detail, and offered options for my prescription and receipt to be email. Optometrist: Dr. Steve Vo was knowledgeable, meticulous, respectful, and listened to my concerns without judgement. Dr. Vo carefully checked my eyes, patiently explain the progression and offered options that benefited my vision. Price: I called ahead and the staff gave me a reasonable estimate. My final cost stayed within the estimated amount. Overall, I gave five stars because of the quality of care I received from Dr. Vo was outstanding. I had been experiencing eye pain for the last 2 weeks and she wanted me to wait until she came back from her vacation to get results. After Waking up this morning with horrible eye pain, headache and pressure that wouldnt go away i decided to do a quick Google search and corona optometry popped up. I called them today around 4pm, told them my symptoms and they immediately got me within 30 mins. The office staff was super friendly, thoroughly explained all testing to me, Dr..SADEGHIAN was very patient, had professional chairside manners, has new state of the art equipment and listened to my whole ordeal that I've been dealing with for months now. Unfortunately,…read morethis year has been a very different experience, and it seems to coincide with new staff and more aggressive sales tactics. I went in for a routine eye exam and simply asked for my prescription at the end. I did not report any problems with my current contacts. Despite this, I was encouraged to try one-day contact lenses instead. When I asked for my prescription, I was told they needed to order trial lenses for my current brand, which meant I had to come back again just to receive what I already use. When I returned for that follow-up, even though my appointment was on time, it still took about 10 minutes for someone to take me to the back. I had already clearly stated that I was not planning on purchasing contact lenses through the office so there wouldn't be any pressure, yet they still attempted to place an order at the end of my second appointment, and were reluctant to release my prescription until I firmly told them I was going to buy elsewhere. This was frustrating, especially since I'm paying for the eye exam and prescription and should not feel like it's being held back. To add to the frustration, I had a separate upcoming appointment scheduled for Monday that I canceled over the phone, yet I still received a text asking me to confirm that appointment after the fact. Overall, the experience felt pushy and disorganized compared to previous years. Because of these new tactics, I'll be switching to a different eye care office.
