Im concern everytime I come in and nobody help clean disinfect my eyes for treatment. They just wipe the machines never offer to wipe my eyes for boogers. Im concern if they disinfect all the sample eyeglasses after people try it on. read more

Location: Business is in a strip mall area nestled between Sixth & Smith on the West side of the complex, closer to the Smith entrance. Limited parking with a handicap next to the building. 1400 W. Sixth St Suite 101. Decor: Very professional, clean and laid out very nice. Nice waiting room with TV's because we gotta watch our favorite shows while waiting! Many frame display cases with a great selection of frames. Staff: Cheerfully greeted upon entering, all staff professionally dressed in medical attire. Experience: We had our own frames and prescription and only needed prescription lenses made. Therefore we did not need an appointment or exam. They checked us in right away and we waited 5 min in the waiting room. The technician that helped us was very professional and provided us our options with costs. She made several measurements and explained how they are used to develop the prescription lenses. Pricing was average. Was informed it will be about 2 weeks for delivery. Overall an excellent visit. read more
