I saw Dr. Vo today for the very first time and what a breath of fresh air it was. I have seen a few Optometrists before and I can say he's the best doctor I've seen. He was so very thorough with his exam, explained everything and did a few additional things that my past Optometrists have never bothered doing. Dr. Steve Vo is incredible. To be honest Walmart is not my go to place for anything specially for an eye exam, but a friend told me about his great service, so I decided to give it a try. I taught ill be your typical eye exam, but he went above the usual for me. He actually lowered my prescription from my previous exam I have been wearing for a year. I was shocked he lowered it I taught my vision was getting worst. It looks like the other place I use to go to over corrected my contact prescription it was way to high for me, and I can see much better now with less headaches. Recently our son had a minor medical issue in both of his eyes but seeing no improvement after a few days decide to take him in. We were a walk-in and was informed it would be a wait. I was ok with it under the circumstances as long as he was seen. Shortly after I was informed there was a canceled appt. and was given that appointment. Once my son was seen and accessed a Rx was given and was informed if I had any issues or concern to let them know. Son is doing much better!! Definitely takes his time and listens to your concerns. I went to dr vo who is located inside of Walmart. He seemed to be really really immature for some reason every time I would ask him a question he would laugh.....Ask a question ask a question, laugh..... I don't know what is so funny about that, so I finish my appt and I ordered my contacts, so the next week I went to pick up my contacts and I went to the office and I asked this little girl bitch receptionist if I can have the trial of the solution and the girl said sure and very bitchy pointed out to the isles and said you could get it in the aisle and I said no they have trials inside of the office for free. Companies give them to you so you can give them to your patients, and it became like an argument and I just wanted one I don't understand why she wouldn't give me one and Dr. Vo walks past us and instead of intervening and saying something he literally just starts laughing like a 10 year old boy. When I used to go to a different Walmart they used to give me those trials when I went for my appointment and when I picked up my contacts and I never even asked for them they would just always drop it in my bag. Well I never got it, I was tired of arguing and just said never mind......But it's OK because you are located in Walmart and that's where bad service is excepted. If you look at the main page of Walmart in this location there is hundreds of complaints of how bad the service is but I don't think they even care. I've never seen so many complaints for one place. luckily I went across the street to Costco and I got better and more professional service. read more
