I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Dr. Lee was not professional and showed very little patience with my 4-year-old son during his eye exam. My son was nervous and having difficulty cooperating, which is common for young children, but Dr. Lee appeared visibly frustrated. Her facial expressions and tone made it clear that she was annoyed with the situation. I expected a pediatric optometrist to be understanding, patient, and experienced in working with young children. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The lack of patience and professionalism made us feel uncomfortable, and we decided to leave the appointment upset and disappointed. i had an eye exam and purchased a pair of backup glasses, did not start wearing them right away. i also had the special coating so the headlights from coming vehicles would not bother my eyesight. also, all the tinting, which would turn a different shade on a sunny day. also, the prescription was not correct started to have eye strain. when i contacted the optometrist, she stated the only thing she could do was send them back, only for the night glare from other vehicles at night, and i would have to pay everything else out of pocket. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't bring your kiddos here. I specifically brought my 4 year old son here bec on their website they specify that they treat kids with eye problems. I walked in...all fine but when it was time for my son's checkup...we were having trouble getting my son to stay still....he wasn't crying nor yelling...just interested on the equipment. What bothered me was that each single time that my son moved his head, the technician would take a big sigh (total of 9) or she would just drop her hands and make a frustrated face....to make things even more frustrated. She made it very uncomfortable. All she wanted to do is dilate my son's eyes! I walked out extremely disappointed. Please save your kids from going here. read more

By far the best optometry office around. I wish my primary care doctor was as great as these gal's over at oasis! They're family owned and operated by two sisters and you definitely feel like family when you make an appointment here. The appointment process was super duper easy! Their website is really modern and easy to use- I ended up calling their office to confirm they took my insurance and they were able to get me and my wife in the same day. The doctor and all the girls that work there were super duper friendly and walked us through the entire process and helped explain the different coatings on the lens and picked out the right frame. Absolutely zero rush to pick a frame or pressure to gravitate towards a a certain brand. Man, this optometry is by far one of the best I've done too! They allowed me tot take my time, they were patient and allowed my kids to come with. Overall, a great place to go too. I'd come again. I'm so glad to have found this office! I'm new to the area and was specifically looking for women and Asian-owned optometry offices, and came across Oasis Optometry on Yelp. I was seen by Dr. Le and she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! I have a high prescription and high astigmatism, and I expressed some concerns to her and she provided clear explanations and was honest if she wasn't completely sure. I thought my prescription had gone up since my current glasses aren't super clear but she informed me that it's likely due to how they sit on my cheeks and not my nose, and which style frames would provide better clarity. She's also the only optometrist who has ever pointed out and been able to tell me that I have Nevus of Ota! For my entire life, I had thought that the greenish/purple tint around my right eye was a birthmark, but she asked me about it during my exam and I was surprised since past optometrists have never brought it up. My case isn't severe and it's a benign condition, but what a relief to know that there's an actual name and condition for it because I've lived my entire life being questioned about my "bruised/black" eye! The front desk women are also great! I had made a mistake with my insurance and they were quick to inform me that my contacts were not covered under HMO. They were also patient while I tried on frames and offered to see if other colors were available. I didn't end up selecting frames since I couldn't find a pair that I liked, but I appreciate their patience and helpfulness! read more

First time here and the entire staff was very kind and friendly to all my children, myself included. They saw us right away. the facility was very clean! i have 5 kids that got checked and they tended to each one gently. They were chill with my boys and made all my girls feel comfortable ( it was all the girls first eye exam ever) The youngest of my littles (6 yrs old) did well with them, which is a plus because she can get intimidated easily in a new setting. I had a great experience with Dr. Le! She was warm, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Le explained what she was doing each step of the way and answered all my questions. She gave me extra tips for my dry eyes and even unclogged a pore on my eyelid. While I originally came in for an eye exam and contacts, I noticed they have a nice selection of glasses that includes luxury, indie, made in the USA, and sustainable brands. I also appreciated how modern the practice is. Scheduling and paperwork can be done online. The office is airy and clean. Their equipment is modern, too.
